The counter servis is good... The cina manager is dont know how to manage??... I book a room for 3 people on agoda... Already paid... Everything going smoothly... Then I arrived at the hotel... Want to check in... But my room only for 2 people??... Okey i understand there is a mistake... But why dont thr manager call me earlier before check in??... I cant refund in noww... Where do i sleep...

We book via traveloka and went to the hotel and the hotel reception told us tat need to pay extra coz they dont take bookings via traveloka..than why on earth you advertise there..dont chose this hotel

counter staff are friendly, the environment is clean, easy parking, it is not bad experience.

Suitable for those looking an acceptable budget place to sleep and shower. Stained toilet, a bit noisy at night(ppl singing karaoke). They provide hairdryer and free Wi-Fi password--if you ask for them.

Old furniture.
Very poor wifi and no coverage for maxis.
A lot of ants in my toilet I have to clear them once and once again.
Good location and very quiet environment.
Easy parking.
