location its a bit on the way side. not really in melaka old town. Grab is cheap in Penang though so not an issue. got a free cookie on arrival. has a sauna a gym and a pool (view from pool attached in picture). the points deducted are for the minor things - the room door doesnt close properly if you dont push hard enough. sauna takes quite a bit of time to warm up.

Horrible and terrifying experience ever have. Having twice electric cut and electric returns after few seconds later. Luckily twice of that moments my partner was beside me to comfort me. Imagine that I’m in that room alone, I guess I will be in panic and crying. Cant calm myself down and sleep, ready for my birthday next day. Later we request to change room, unfortunately only left with 2 single bed instead of a king bed. Would never visit such a horror place again.

The hotel is right by the sea and very close to the Floating Mosque. The facilities and service are excellent, highly recommended! 👍👍👍

Located at close to the center of Malacca. The room is spacious, clean and commands panoramic view.

Service: The service was fantastic, especially the complimentary cookies for every guest, which were quite tasty. They also provided service in Chinese.
Environment: The overall cleanliness was impeccable. The only downside was that the location was a bit far out, but it was quite close to a small island.

The room was very spacious, and we didn't even need to turn on the air conditioning at night. There are plenty of food options nearby, which was very convenient. Melaka isn't a large city, so getting around by taxi is easy. The views are beautiful, and our room had a stunning panoramic sea view.

This room offers a great view and looks quite nice. The cleanliness is acceptable, and the overall environment is good. Both the service and facilities are satisfactory. The breakfast spread is excellent. I'm looking forward to staying here again with my family next time.

Chain hotels are always a reliable choice. The rooms are spacious with great views, and the bathrooms are large and spotless. The shower pressure is fantastic and very refreshing. The beds are big and comfortable, the air conditioning is nice and cool, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options in an elegant setting.

The food was not only mediocre the eating plates were so dirty at the bottom. It was black with hardened muck which put us off the already so so food. I will nevet recomened this restsurant to any one. I had to give 1 star to write this comment. Otherwise they don't deserve any rating.

My fave steak restaurant in malacca. The taste is delicious and unique, and the price is suitable for the meal. I had tried smoked honey prok ribs (very nice), salmon steak (ok), pork steak (very nice), and italian tomato soup (all time fave). But i most love the crunchy garlic bread. The place is homey and manage by family. I think the recipe is a bit modified to suit our asian tongue (not as plain as western recipe).

Initally was kinda put off with the slow service upon entering. There is only one guy who takes the order and serving food. Asked for their specialty and he recommended their pork ribs which I must say it is one of the best pork ribs i ever tasted. It comes in just 4 slabs which is just nice for 2 person. Definitely a must try!!

Great Western food and some local dishes. Moderate prices and delicious grills. Owner was ex-chef at Ramada Rennaisance Hotel. Friendly staff. Wife is chatty and friendly. Cash term only.
