Sandies Bathala, was everything we hoped for and were not disappointed. This resort is amazing, stayed in an overwater bungalow for 3 nights. Amazing snorkeling and diving. Resort was great, all inclusive makes it very easy. Only comment for improvement would be an outdoor shower to rinse off after snorkeling would be great.

Sandies Bathala is a real gem in the Maldives. The scuba diving was everything we expected and more. From abundant fish life to beautiful coral, sharks, manta's, turtles- too many to mention. The staff were all friendly and helpful, the food excellent & of a good variety and the accommodation clean, comfortable and conveniently close to amenities.

To be fair, the island has a beautiful natural environment with plenty of fish. However, the facilities are rather old, the rooms are only so-so in terms of cleanliness, and the service is just average. Dinner was decent, but breakfast was terrible; it tasted like leftovers from the previous night. This island is quite affordable and popular, so overall I would still recommend it.

The room was very clean, and the sea was right outside the door, where you could swim and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. There was also a small, winding beach.

Very good location, near the bikini beach and restaurants nerby. Room has lot of space, ideal for 2 people, clean. We had half board included, meals were chosen from menu (soups, sandwiches, noodles&pasta, very good fish meals). Staff is very friendly, helpful with trips as well.

We stayed here for 8 nights and liked our stay there. The beach is really nice - a shame that we had some rainy days there. (beginning of november) The internet of the guesthouse was really slowly and sometimes didn't work at all. The room was very big and had also a big double bed. We had half board there and wouldn't take it again because there is better food on the island. They have everywhere quiet...

We found everything we needed and were very pleased to stay for a week but the place has still some improvements to do. A small restaurant and better "turistic" feeling would be helpful

We had a perfect time staying on the island and in Thundee Inn. Actually the place consists of two different hotels and we stayed in the one closer to the beach (about 50m from our room). A staff member was around all the time and the owner (Saud) was there within minutes over WhatsApp 24/7. We got picked up from the ferry and also had a ride back there. Very nice and friendly staff, very close to the beach and restaurants. Very nice welcome coconut drink. Many options for activities at extra cost that are arranged by the host and they are totally worth it. I had stayed in Thundee Inn on 17th, 18th November 2017 for 2 nights and the experience had been very nice, unforgettable. The warm hospitality from the owner Abdullah Saeed and staff members was impressive. I definitely recommend it for couples. It's on the walking distance from the beach. The property has got 3 rooms, it's ideal for people who like calmness. The prices are perfect for budget travellers

We had last moment changes in our dates of booking and Afaaq helped us on that. Afaaq is a wonderful host and he guided us about the island. Rooms were good. We told them that we are vegetarian so they cooked special veggies for us in the breakfast next day. They also provide snorkeling gears for us. Overall we had a great experience and comfortable stay.

We had very nice 3 night stay at this guesthouse. Good value for money. We liked the breakfast buffet in the morning, mostly because of the tasty local foods. Employees are very kind and helpful. Waited for us at the harbor when arriving and directed us to the public ferry on the way to Rasdhoo. Rooms are nice and good WiFi.

This place is amazing for a vacation at Maldives. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, as the staffs were highly cooperative and treated us with care. The beach area is hardly 3-4 mins walk from the Ukulhas Beach Inn villa, which makes the location even more attractive. Highly Recommended for tourists and solo travellers!!
