Amazing stay, we relly enjoyed our time at Plumeria.

Overall good. Well organized and staff were friendly and well trained, but they charged additional fee for paying with credit card and there is no ATM on the island … This was definitely a down point, but other than this it was a pretty good experience. The island is very small with a beautiful reef and fish. The villas are a bit old and need renovation, as is the beach. There was no beach in front of my villa, it was just a cliff, but it looks like they are trying and renovating. The staff is very friendly. The room was incredibly spacious. Bikini Beach is literally right outside the door. We booked a triple room, and everything from the bed to the toilet and shower area was generously sized. It was okay, but the room was tiny. There was hardly any space left after the bed.

Facilities: A bit old-fashioned, but perfectly fine for a transit hotel. Hygiene: Very good, no issues with cleanliness. Environment: Average, a bit noisy in the morning. Service: Extremely warm and excellent. For transit hotels, if you stay less than 12 hours, you don't have to pay tax.

We stayed here for three nights. The hotel is above average for the island, although their tours are incredibly expensive. Some trips such as fishing and snorkeling cost three to four times more than similar activities offered in other islands or the local providers in the same island (which are not many). The hotel is good. It's new and located right on the pier. The rooms are clean and cleaned daily. The water runs out occasionally, apparently because of the water heater. That's why I've lowered my rating. I have no complaints about the staff, especially the waiter, Hasan. He's actively learning Russian and is very friendly and willing to help. I loved the place! Close to the beach and the room was clean too. Unfortunately, there weren’t any oral supplies in the washroom. Also, the food on the rooftop was not that delicious. But loved the buffet breakfast, especially the mini tomato cheese sandwiches.

The room was quite clean and comfortable, and it's very close to the beach. The airport transfer service was also excellent, and the restaurant downstairs had good food. You can see the sea from the rooftop terrace, making it a great hotel for a layover.

Very worth it. Smooth airport pickup, friendly staff, good facilities, and delicious breakfast. Highly recommended.
