The location, the setting, the ambience, the beach, the food in all 3 restaurants, the rooms, the pools are all first class. However for me what holds the Royal Palm above any other hotel is the staff. Every single member of staff from the cleaners to the GM put exceptional service first. Nothing is too much trouble. But the thing that stands out the most is the pride the staff have working at the Royal Palm as well as the sense of ‘family’ amongst them. This is unique and means as a guest I felt part of the ‘family.
