I have to wait for check in and the conditions of the room not good

The hotel was lacking warmth and upkeeping. There was mold in the shower, the majority of the staff weren’t very friendly (the housekeeping team were the nicest and most friendly) and the place had a dingy feel about it. However the pool was fine and the beds comfy enough. Not great light and a bad view

The area is close to most of main landmarks.
And lots of restaurants around the area.

Great value
I stay at this hotel one night per month for doctor's appointment in the area. The hotel is excellent for the price and location with great service and a nice pool lounge.

Beds were very comfortable. Good mini split AC. Nice pool and grounds well kept. Staff friendly. Nice parking area and secure. We had two different rooms over 3 nights - the first was old and unrenovated and cheaper - the second was a recent renovation and quite nice, bigger bed, better TV, etc.... Prices reasonable, particularly for that area. A GREAT steak house right across the street was a DEFINITE bonus. Good hot water with pressure in the showers. Comfortable bar by the pool.
