In saying that, they upgraded our room when we arrived and left chocolate covered strawberries as a treat. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The room is in need of some touch-ups and the windows in severe need of cleaning.
Did I not meet some kind of dress code or appearance standards? Apparently there was no issue with accepting my money. Honestly, it was an all around horrible experience. And as I mentioned, even worse seeing my credit card charged another $500.
They claim they have room service but there’s no menu in the room. Great amenities, couple of restaurants and bar in the building. Gym and swimming of decent quality.
