The hotel room is quite large and clean, and the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. The hotel breakfast is also very rich, and Tacos is recommended. The only downside is that there is no free water.

Great location. This hotel has all the ammenities you need, plus great service. Bar is a must, please don't forget to try the margaritas and dance during salsa lessons

The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are big, the breakfast is rich, and there are many Mexican-style foods, but I didn't try them.

Our 2nd time in the hotel in the past 2 yrs. This time we stayed for 1 night didn't sleep at all due to the street noise until 1 am. They gave us 4th floor where you could hear everything from the busy road

It's about 7-8 minutes away from the exhibition hall by Uber. The room is clean and the breakfast is rich. There are many places to eat near the hotel, including pizza and Italian food

It is a bit pricey, but it is totally worth it for the experience and extras like the spa, gym, and great location near shopping and attractions. Highly recommend if you want something fun and upscale

One note to the management - The rooftop area should have a smoking area since it's open air, asking to go down 26 floors each time you want a smoke is NOT ok when you are enjoying a few cocktails, listening to music, and spending time there

Breakfast is plentiful and so many great Mexican dishes to try. The bar area has a nice energy and live music in the evening. The lifts were a bit frustrating as only one working. Nice rooftop bar and pool area

What can you say. It's the Hard Rock. Upgraded our room to a jacuzzi room. Some great restaurants and in the center of town. Wonderful staff. Underground parking. Pool overlooking the city. Wonderful stay!!!

I had a great stay at Hard Rock Hotel Guadalajara. The hotel is awesome with a cool rock theme, comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything felt clean and modern

Excellent service from a wonderful team of people. Super gym which a priority for us. The rooms were a little tired and could be cleaner but the bed was very comfortable. Great views from the huge windows

Once again, I stayed at the Hyatt. The location, the rooms, the food—everything in general is a 10 out of 10. I’ve stayed at other hotels before and I’ve always regretted it

Clean room, delicious good, and great personalized attention. The children loved the pool and loved the proximity to the shopping area which was very family friendly. The surrounding restaurants were also spectacular

Fairly upscale hotel in a wonderful area of Guadalajara. Close to several malls and adjacent to good restaurants and a cinema. Internet speeds were shockingly pokey for this type of lodging

Long weekend stay and it was perfect. Our room was beautiful, the service was exceptional and the location was perfect for us. The bartenders were particularly nice and welcoming but all the staff was great

Clean and hygienic, the key is close to the exhibition, no need to drive early in the morning, traffic jam, just cross the road to the exhibition

Sunday morning there was a gentleman playing the piano at brunch. His music was so relaxing and beautiful

This is a five-star resort hotel. It is located in the downtown area, but it is very leisurely inside. It is basically like a hotel in a resort area. The service of the hotel is very good

The center is like a park, with birds singing and flowers blooming. The surrounding transportation is also very convenient. Next to It is a large shopping mall, and it feels like a relatively cost-effective hotel

Minor details like safety box not working or warm water instead of hot. Staff is great! Camino Real is not on it’s prime but it was a very pleasant stay

Would give 5 stars for facilities and service but there's an issue with parking space: It's not free and there's no elevator nor handycap access from parking basement to the lobby.

The restaurant is tasteless and the food is really bad, don't eat here, don't even pay for breakfast, instead step outside and go to one of the multiple restaurant close by. I do not recommend this hotel anymore

I stayed here for two nights with my family of three. Excellent choice for the price. Safe and functional, if sparse on design. The room itself seemed relatively new, complete with USB-C ports

You are 15-17 minutes away from Andares (using Uber), hotel also has Taxi Service 24/7 and also Security. I paid for 7 days with breakfast included for two adults $700 (us dollars/Expedia)

Pool was under repair but you can use the other Holiday Inn’s pool. There’s also a small gym but with so much to discover, see and walk in GDL you’ll do your exercise goals each day

The only thing I don't like was the shower because the water run out because the door do not close completely I have to put a towel every day on the floor to avoid accident

This hotel has very good facilities, delicious breakfast, and thoughtful service. There is a large supermarket in front of it with a variety of Mexican products. There is a commercial center nearby with a lot of snacks

Reception was very accommodating and polite even though I got there at 1AM. The staff aims at excellent customer service and will answer all questions about the facilities and what to do and see in the city

Great hidden oasis in the heart of Guadelajara. Rooms are super comfortable and spacious. They are currently upgrading some rooms around the pool, but we never heard any construction

This hotels location is perfect. It’s located two blocks from San Juan de Dios and the main attractions. It’s a 5 min Uber/taxi ride to the old bus station

It is about 500 meters to the Palacio del Infantado and a bit further the Cathedral, parks and historic area. The museum of Guadajara is not to be missed

The Hotel buffet breakfast choice is quite limited and I feel its not worth for the price. Location wise, I still need to cab for more than 15minutes to get to anywhere

So upon arrival, checking in was smooth and quick. The receptions are well verse in english, so that makes communication really easy
