The hotel room is quite large and clean, and the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. The hotel breakfast is also very rich, and Tacos is recommended. The only downside is that there is no free water.
Great location. This hotel has all the ammenities you need, plus great service. Bar is a must, please don't forget to try the margaritas and dance during salsa lessons
The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are big, the breakfast is rich, and there are many Mexican-style foods, but I didn't try them.
Our 2nd time in the hotel in the past 2 yrs. This time we stayed for 1 night didn't sleep at all due to the street noise until 1 am. They gave us 4th floor where you could hear everything from the busy road
It's about 7-8 minutes away from the exhibition hall by Uber. The room is clean and the breakfast is rich. There are many places to eat near the hotel, including pizza and Italian food
The hotel is very clean, the facilities are very user-friendly, the environment is very good, the service at the front desk is also very good, it is a very good hotel,,,,,,,

It is a bit pricey, but it is totally worth it for the experience and extras like the spa, gym, and great location near shopping and attractions. Highly recommend if you want something fun and upscale
One note to the management - The rooftop area should have a smoking area since it's open air, asking to go down 26 floors each time you want a smoke is NOT ok when you are enjoying a few cocktails, listening to music, and spending time there
Breakfast is plentiful and so many great Mexican dishes to try. The bar area has a nice energy and live music in the evening. The lifts were a bit frustrating as only one working. Nice rooftop bar and pool area
What can you say. It's the Hard Rock. Upgraded our room to a jacuzzi room. Some great restaurants and in the center of town. Wonderful staff. Underground parking. Pool overlooking the city. Wonderful stay!!!
I had a great stay at Hard Rock Hotel Guadalajara. The hotel is awesome with a cool rock theme, comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything felt clean and modern
Excellent service from a wonderful team of people. Super gym which a priority for us. The rooms were a little tired and could be cleaner but the bed was very comfortable. Great views from the huge windows

Once again, I stayed at the Hyatt. The location, the rooms, the food—everything in general is a 10 out of 10. I’ve stayed at other hotels before and I’ve always regretted it
Always great. Kids love the pool area. Location for dining amd shopping can’t be beat. Only place I like to stay
Clean room, delicious good, and great personalized attention. The children loved the pool and loved the proximity to the shopping area which was very family friendly. The surrounding restaurants were also spectacular
The highlight was the delicious daily breakfast buffet. Karen provided exceptional service. We will definitely be back.
Whenever I go to Guadalajara, the Hyatt is the best option

Quiet, comfortable, clean and very nice. Convenient location to multiple factories and facilities, because if you are in Guadalajara, you are probably here on business
This is my second stay at this hotel and I must say, it gets better each time. The NH Hotel is modern, convenient, and located in a prime area attached to a mini mall
, love this hotel and location. Hotel staff are amazing and very responsive to guests requests inENGLISH and Spanish. Great Restaurants for days, all over the area
Fairly upscale hotel in a wonderful area of Guadalajara. Close to several malls and adjacent to good restaurants and a cinema. Internet speeds were shockingly pokey for this type of lodging
The hotel is aesthetically beautiful. The room was gorgeous and very modern in design. It is located in a nice area and there are many nice restaurants in the immediate area
I had the Premium room this time and it was perfect, no complaints other than maybe that I wish they had more English channels other than CNN and Fox News, but then again, it's Mexico

Nice hotel, but not located within walking distance of many sites. Friendly staff and great breakfast buffet during the week mean I'll stay here again.
The hotel is very cozy and confortable, I got the junior suite room and it is far better than what I have seen in other hotels, I got very nice view to the city and a place for me, I wish I came before, since this is my first time in this hotel, so I will book here more often when being in Guadalajara, by the way, the brunch is the best buffet I have seen, they have cantaritos on your demand and...
Long weekend stay and it was perfect. Our room was beautiful, the service was exceptional and the location was perfect for us. The bartenders were particularly nice and welcoming but all the staff was great
Clean and hygienic, the key is close to the exhibition, no need to drive early in the morning, traffic jam, just cross the road to the exhibition
Sunday morning there was a gentleman playing the piano at brunch. His music was so relaxing and beautiful
Guadalajara, Av. Patria 999 Jardines Universidad (7 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Lobby, restaurant, my room, and customer server were exceptional! Centric Location to UAG (you can walk to the University of Guadalajara)
Great Staff and Location. Too much dust in the room.
I stayed here for two nights with my family of three. Excellent choice for the price. Safe and functional, if sparse on design. The room itself seemed relatively new, complete with USB-C ports
You are 15-17 minutes away from Andares (using Uber), hotel also has Taxi Service 24/7 and also Security. I paid for 7 days with breakfast included for two adults $700 (us dollars/Expedia)
Pool was under repair but you can use the other Holiday Inn’s pool. There’s also a small gym but with so much to discover, see and walk in GDL you’ll do your exercise goals each day
The only thing I don't like was the shower because the water run out because the door do not close completely I have to put a towel every day on the floor to avoid accident
Guadalajara, Av Vallarta No. 5005 Col. Chapalita (6 km from centre) 🧭 Map
I like everything about this place, is amazing to wake up surrounded by beautiful people and beautiful gardens
Something I did not like is you remove a beautiful tree outside la Huerta restaurant possibly today it was covered with those beautiful yellow flowers
This is a five-star resort hotel. It is located in the downtown area, but it is very leisurely inside. It is basically like a hotel in a resort area. The service of the hotel is very good
The center is like a park, with birds singing and flowers blooming. The surrounding transportation is also very convenient. Next to It is a large shopping mall, and it feels like a relatively cost-effective hotel
Minor details like safety box not working or warm water instead of hot. Staff is great! Camino Real is not on it’s prime but it was a very pleasant stay
This is a very nice hotel, it has been around for many years and is well maintained, the beds are comfortable and the room is cool (nice) 😄
It's a very nice, nice family atmosphere, for events or business. Highly recommended

One of the best hotels in Guadalajara. Beds are comfortable, rooms are super clean, and service is top notch. This hotel has amazing views of the city and is in a great location
Nice central location. 1st floor room was just ok. Paid parking. Fairly quiet.
This hotel has a very good location, close to great restaurants and La Gran Plaza shopping mall. The staff is great, amazing people, all of them. The front desk attentions is prompt and nice
A short taxi or uber ride anywhere in the city. Definitely recommend this hotel. Hope to visit in the near future!
Would give 5 stars for facilities and service but there's an issue with parking space: It's not free and there's no elevator nor handycap access from parking basement to the lobby.
The restaurant is tasteless and the food is really bad, don't eat here, don't even pay for breakfast, instead step outside and go to one of the multiple restaurant close by. I do not recommend this hotel anymore

its not on a ralgreay area, still woks but not the best, view was nice, but to many stairs to go from front to Libby to third floor.
Great place to stay at, staff very friendly and helpful
I enjoyed the stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
There is absolutely no beating that view.

Great hotel ,great location, very clean the only down fall is that they honor the check in 3pm policy not a min before
No hot water for 2 days (depending on the location of the room), no WIFI, poor attention to customer's needs (reported a TV remote control that wasnt working, nothing was done about it)
The staff was rather unapologetic for the cancellation and offered no assistance. It is a noisy location due to the foot traffic at street level and a ground level "pre-lobby" that is open to the exterior
Kitchen staff and other staff are great. No major concerns apart from that room is not big enough but i guess it is in the prime location so rooms may not be as big as anticipated.
It tended to collect a sizable amount of young people loudly socializing. Location is good for proximity to the local mall and the associated restaurants
The location is great.
The room was clean and quiet.
Breakfast was good and complete.
The staff was friendly.

Property was centrally located to Centro histórico, Tlaquepaque and about an hour from Tequila which are the places we visited. We’d most likely stay here again
Excellent location close to many dining options. The house keeping services could be better, I ran out of soap and shampoo and had to request hangers.
Beautiful hotel and view. Location felt safe. The bar by the pool was pricey and the drinks weren’t that good.
Hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and other great shopping options. Rooms are neat and new, very spacious.
The staff was incredibly kind when I came in early from a redeye at 8 AM. They allowed me to hang out in the sky lounge until a room was ready at 10:30.
The pool was had a grate view of the city. The staff at the pool were all very friendly and professional.

I was impressed with the service and amenities. The carpets could use a good cleaning and pool was closed for maintenance and remodeling. Other than that the place was perfect. Location is very central too.
The Hotel Stay was very good, unfortunately the outside location at night is not very pleasant
Once we reported it, it was fixed immediately. I read in other reviews that it was nosy but we stayed on the 8th floor and did hear anything. We plan to come back, the location is just to good
Room was not given a good cleaning floor was untouched, bathroom amenities were lessened. No had towels or wash cloth or floor towel, even when asked for them.
This hotels location is perfect. It’s located two blocks from San Juan de Dios and the main attractions. It’s a 5 min Uber/taxi ride to the old bus station
Just okay. Defiantly get what you pay for here. Great location if you want to be close to markets and the central Part of Guadalajara.
Guadalajara, Av Lopez Mateos Sur No 2375 (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
It is about 500 meters to the Palacio del Infantado and a bit further the Cathedral, parks and historic area. The museum of Guadajara is not to be missed
The Hotel buffet breakfast choice is quite limited and I feel its not worth for the price. Location wise, I still need to cab for more than 15minutes to get to anywhere
So upon arrival, checking in was smooth and quick. The receptions are well verse in english, so that makes communication really easy
The location is a bit dated but I like the architecture of the building. Not a bad place to sleep in GDL
AC hotel is a good base for visiting Siguenza and Alcala de Henares via train
Everything perfect
Nice and clean
Just feel little bit lack of lights

I love this hotel, I stay here every time I need to come to Zapopan, friendly staff, clean hotel, within walking distance to Plaza del Sol and plenty of restaurants around the area
Good location and good quality of the rooms.
I spent my wedding night there, super private super comfortable, my wife loved it, and very affordable price for the level of the hotel
I really like everything about it!!
I will definitely book this property anytime.
Best hotel in area, parking lot, internet, comfortable, near Plaza del Sol

The access to the hotel is quite good and so is its location
Good location. Shopping and eating very convenience
At around 9 o'clock in the morning, there was a waiter knocking on the door and opening the door, and there was no Do Not Disturb sign. The location is relatively convenient, with McDonald's and KFC just outside the door
- Great location, just steps from Plaza del Sol. Plenty food selections around
- Breakfast with not much choices but good enough to start the day
Excellent facilities and service. I really enjoyed the gym and the pool area. The breakfast is included and it is good enough to start the day. There’s a mall in front of the hotel with a lot of things to see
This hotel is exceptionally clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing. I recommend this Holiday Inn and will definitely return someday.

I went to the hotel to attend a pet friendly event, the service and food were excellent and the hotel has a nice vibe
This room is one of the best I can recommend, great location, near plaza de sol.
The in-room coffee was a nice touch, and the staff were consistently polite and helpful. The pool is on the smaller side, and the location felt fairly average
Beautiful lobby, but the room I stayed on was very outdated, the shower was a nightmare and the carpet on the hallways is the same as nine years ago
Not bad, the restaurants nearby are delicious, it's convenient to go anywhere, there is a Chinese restaurant opposite, very safe, we will come again next time, we are very satisfied, very satisfied
It was also close to the exhibition center, only a dozen minutes by car, and there was a shopping mall opposite, and it was convenient to eat Chinese food

There is an oxxo near by and Subway and Mexican restaurant in the same plaza. To go the cathedral or other restaurants, you will need to uber
Is e very convenient place is in the beltway and you don't have a problems about driving to any place
Great location. Easy to get around without a car. Personnel were amazing.a Food in restaurant was excellent
Great Location
Another good stay. The personnel are the best always there to help. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. There are things that need attention though
Excellent attention and service, all very clean, helpful, accessible, there is a pool, gym, restaurant. Also next to the fiesta inn there is an oxxo, a chicken pepe, a subway restaurant and a cafe
I realized at midnight that I lost my cell phone charger in the airport, so in that moment I called front desk, and they let me borrow one that has multiple adapters

Room was very clean, location was great, check in was seamless, staff was very kind and breakfast was delicious. Doesn’t get more authentic that that.
While One Guadalajara is not a bad hotel overall, this particular stay did not meet my expectations. I would think twice before booking this location again
The hotel is located far from major shopping centers and Guadalajara’s downtown area, which can be inconvenient for leisure travelers
to find that my room had not yet been cleaned, even though I had left early in the morning. In most hotels, housekeeping is usually completed around noon, but in this case I had to wait until 5:00 p
Breakfast is included in the room rate, and while the menu is simple, the food quality and taste were surprisingly good. However, there were several aspects that made my stay less enjoyable
I stayed for business purposes (4 days, 3 nights), and while the room itself was fairly clean and the bed and amenities were acceptable, the floor was noticeably dirty
Guadalajara, Av. Mexico 2727 Col. Vallarta Norte (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
I was very pleased with the staff. Aside from being very polite one of them went above and beyond. My son had a fever and the employee offered to drive to the nearest pharmacy to get medication
I have stayed at QR probably more then 100 times, it’s been great always, and this was not the exemption, staff it’s always great, but I do have to point out that in all of my years staying at QR GDL, I’ve never seen the restaurant so disorganized, it seems like all of the staff there is new, for breakfast on 12/12 I waited for a hole hour to get my food after I ordered and finally I had to leave to...
The room was very old school which I guess I should have expected with it being an older classic hotel. It still had carpet which I think is why the room had an odd smell. The area wasn’t the best either
The service was very nice, I came for an appointment, and they work so fast, I don't even had to sit down, when they know where the person that I'll meet, are, so I'm pretty impressed about they service
Staff is amazing, specially Jaime he does a wonderful job at welcoming the guests. He sure makes you feel like home. Bed are amazing, and shower has nice pressure. The hotel is very well kept.
Very professional and courteous staff, go the extra mile to be accommodating, I’m a global traveler and this is my favorite hotel anywhere in the world

Checked in 3/20/18, 1 night stay only. Located in a gated secure community, so we felt very safe. Hotel was clean, check-in and check-out went smoothly
The room was clean and beautiful! I would stay there again! I was upgraded to a suite because they were out of one bed rooms. It was nice! View to the city!
Excellent service good attention from the staff
Delicious food and an excellent view
Only one problem with the air conditioning did not work but if requested they provided fans
Quite large pool with wading pool for small children and great water temperature
Very spacious and comfortable rooms
Suite, and thats expensice, smell bad, i have some compleins with that Hotel) but in Radisson Tapatio Guadalajara i have a good experience, the buffet is plenty delicious, the service is excellent, i was for 6 days and everything was excellent! definitely i came back
A hotel atop of a mountain literally and metaphorically. Very nice views, pool, resturant, service, and serenity all around. I will come back to this hotel one day. And it's very worth the affordable price.
i recomend the hotel, is clean, the rooms, the pool, hallways, bathroom, beds, the restaurant, everything is clean, honestly was a surprise for me, ( i was in The Hard Rock Hotel 6 months ago in a Jr
