The hotel room is quite large and clean, and the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. The hotel breakfast is also very rich, and Tacos is recommended. The only downside is that there is no free water.

Every time I go on a business trip, I stay in a hotel with an OXXO store, a barbecue restaurant, a Japanese food restaurant, and a supermarket nearby.

It's about 7-8 minutes away from the exhibition hall by Uber. It's very convenient. The room is clean and the breakfast is rich. There are many places to eat near the hotel, including pizza and Italian food. It's worth recommending.

Hotel feels tired. As far as I know, it’s new but furniture and overall rooms are damaged. Security is very overwhelming. You don’t feel welcomed or secure, but harassed at many times.

Once again, I stayed at the Hyatt. The location, the rooms, the food—everything in general is a 10 out of 10. I’ve stayed at other hotels before and I’ve always regretted it. Whenever I go to Guadalajara, the Hyatt is the best option.

We had a good stay in general. Loved the Regency Club amenities. We were very disappointed to not room service until after 3:00 pm the first day. We were very tired and wanted to rest. They advertise a heated pool, each day it was cold outside in the afternoon. The hallways are very dark. The shower does not have an assist bar and the shower floor is very slippery.

The highlight was the delicious daily breakfast buffet. Karen provided exceptional service. We will definitely be back.

Long weekend stay and it was perfect. Our room was beautiful, the service was exceptional and the location was perfect for us. The bartenders were particularly nice and welcoming but all the staff was great. Sunday morning there was a gentleman playing the piano at brunch. His music was so relaxing and beautiful. We came in after check in time and our rooms were not ready for another two hours. This delayed made it really difficult as we were traveling with young kids. The staff tried to make it better by giving us four voucher drinks. However they failed to let us know they were not for mixed alcohol drinks. That’s all the staff did. I stayed here for two nights with my family of three. Excellent choice for the price. Safe and functional, if sparse on design. The room itself seemed relatively new, complete with USB-C ports. The only issue I encountered was the keycard for the tower won’t work for the elevator to get to the gym, so you need to ask staff for access to the gym. Overall highly recommended.

The breakfast was good and fresh every day. It was also included in my package that was an option it help me. The service staff great. I recommend these hotel. The only thing I don't like was the shower because the water run out because the door do not close completely I have to put a towel every day on the floor to avoid accident. But overall is good.

Very nice hotel localized near the Expo. The breakfast buffet is varied, with typical Mexican food in addition to American options. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. There is a restaurant, a coffee shop, and a bar inside the hotel, making it very practical to enjoy your stay. It is about 45 minutes from the airport.

Just cross the street and you can enjoy Expo Guadalajara. This hotel is nice for a single adventurer or a big family.

Two of the lamps didn't work, the bathroom door wouldn't close, and I'd like to add the most unpleasant thing: there's a loud noise that starts at 6:00 a.m., coming from an elevator in particular. It was only two nights, but it wasn't pleasant enough to rest and sleep well. Honestly, I wouldn't go back.

The staff was incredibly kind when I came in early from a redeye at 8 AM. They allowed me to hang out in the sky lounge until a room was ready at 10:30.

The room was generally clean, though I did find a hair tie under the sheet. Some of the facilities feel a bit dated, and the toilet didn’t function perfectly. Because I needed to attend the exhibition, I was very satisfied with the overall facilities and sanitation of the hotel I booked. It was also close to the exhibition center, only a dozen minutes by car, and there was a shopping mall opposite, and it was convenient to eat Chinese food.

The credit card was stolen when I left it in the room. The hotel staff is of poor quality.

This is a beautiful hotel. We stayed with our little fur baby and had a wonderful experience. There are two parks nearby and a pharmacy as well. We absolutely love this hotel and stay here every time we visit Guadalajara.

It is a very noisy hotel, that beautiful inner hall in the middle of the building serves as a sound amplifier for everything that happens at the bar & restaurant, terrible any day of the week. If you are light sleeper this is not your hotel. For the rest, good food, friendly staff and clean. Great location if your visiting the EXPO.

Great value hotel with amazing staff. I knew multiple members of staff by first name by the time i left. They made a 4 star hotel feel like a 5 star. The hotel is in a central location and had easy access to ubers to get anywhere in the city.

The hotel was in the middle of construction works and there were numerous problems. No hot water for 2 days (depending on the location of the room), no WIFI, poor attention to customer's needs (reported a TV remote control that wasnt working, nothing was done about it). I would not stay here again.

The room was worn. Not as nice as to lower cost hotels that I was forced to stay at due to my original reservation at the Wyndham being cancelled prior to my arrival. The most dissatisfying holidayinn I have ever stayed at. It's a bit older, and the hygiene is a bit poor. At around 9 o'clock in the morning, there was a waiter knocking on the door and opening the door, and there was no Do Not Disturb sign.
