Guadalajara, Av. Lopez Mateos 830 Col. Chapalita (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel room is quite large and clean, and the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. The hotel breakfast is also very rich, and Tacos is recommended. The only downside is that there is no free water.
A wonderful, clean, well-maintained hotel, especially the bar is excellent. I recommend it.
Every time I go on a business trip, I stay in a hotel with an OXXO store, a barbecue restaurant, a Japanese food restaurant, and a supermarket nearby.
It's about 7-8 minutes away from the exhibition hall by Uber. It's very convenient. The room is clean and the breakfast is rich. There are many places to eat near the hotel, including pizza and Italian food. It's worth recommending.
The room is OK, the breakfast is absolutely great, with rich and varied varieties
The hotel is very clean, the facilities are very user-friendly, the environment is very good, the service at the front desk is also very good, it is a very good hotel,,,,,,,

Excellent clean, comfortable and well appointed hotel in excellent location close to everything the city has to offer.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was spacious with great amenities, and the location was very convenient. Everything exceeded my expectations—I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
Very immaculate place with outstanding customer service that it goes above and beyond. Great experience
The facilities and the staff are great. The hotel area it’s under a massive construction, (The Minerva) and the traffic to get to the hotel it’s super slow, but looking forward to see the final results in that area of the city.
I'm from Guadalajara but live in the USA. Every time I visit my family, I choose this hotel because of its amazing location. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Nallely. The rooms are nice and spacious, and the bathroom shower is great. The food at the restaurant is excellent, and the waitres are super friendly. They make you feel welcome like you're at home. What can you say. It's the Hard Rock. Upgraded our room to a jacuzzi room. Some great restaurants and in the center of town. Wonderful staff. Underground parking. Pool overlooking the city. Wonderful stay!!!
I had a great stay at Hard Rock Hotel Guadalajara. The hotel is awesome with a cool rock theme, comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything felt clean and modern. It is a bit pricey, but it is totally worth it for the experience and extras like the spa, gym, and great location near shopping and attractions. I would definitely come back. Highly recommend if you want something...
Nice hotel and restaurant. Went for the atmosphere of the rock n roll restaurant. Would've been nice to visit the pool side bar at roof, but it was reserved for non-existing hotel clients. Restaurant was as always with HRC quality. Staff is polite and try their best at Hard Rock Hotel.
Excellent service from a wonderful team of people. Super gym which a priority for us. Good massage too at the spa. The rooms were a little tired and could be cleaner but the bed was very comfortable. Great views from the huge windows. Breakfast is plentiful and so many great Mexican dishes to try. The bar area has a nice energy and live music in the evening. The lifts were a bit frustrating as only...

The hotel was impressive. Staff was very friendly and spoke English which is a plus. It smelled really good and was very clean.
Appreciated the lovely stay. Clean room, delicious good, and great personalized attention. The children loved the pool and loved the proximity to the shopping area which was very family friendly. The surrounding restaurants were also spectacular. Excellent stay and looking forward to returning:)
Once again, I stayed at the Hyatt. The location, the rooms, the food—everything in general is a 10 out of 10. I’ve stayed at other hotels before and I’ve always regretted it. Whenever I go to Guadalajara, the Hyatt is the best option.
We had a good stay in general. Loved the Regency Club amenities. We were very disappointed to not room service until after 3:00 pm the first day. We were very tired and wanted to rest. They advertise a heated pool, each day it was cold outside in the afternoon. The hallways are very dark. The shower does not have an assist bar and the shower floor is very slippery.
The highlight was the delicious daily breakfast buffet. Karen provided exceptional service. We will definitely be back.
Always great. Kids love the pool area. Location for dining amd shopping can’t be beat. Only place I like to stay

The hotel is very cozy and confortable, I got the junior suite room and it is far better than what I have seen in other hotels, I got very nice view to the city and a place for me, I wish I came before, since this is my first time in this hotel, so I will book here more often when being in Guadalajara, by the way, the brunch is the best buffet I have seen, they have cantaritos on your demand and...
Long weekend stay and it was perfect. Our room was beautiful, the service was exceptional and the location was perfect for us. The bartenders were particularly nice and welcoming but all the staff was great. Sunday morning there was a gentleman playing the piano at brunch. His music was so relaxing and beautiful. Highly recommend.
We stayed at the hotel for the entire weekend and appreciated the warm welcome upon arrival. The lobby was clean and stylish, and we were especially grateful to be allowed an early check-in since a room was available — a thoughtful gesture that started our stay on a positive note. The room was serviced daily, which we appreciated; however, toiletries and teas were not replenished, which was a bit...

I recently attended their New Year’s Eve special, and the quality of the meal was outstanding. Even with the pressure of a holiday event, every course was executed with precision. You can tell the kitchen team takes immense pride in their work—not just in the complex flavors, but in the elegant presentation of every plate. It was a fantastic introduction to their menu, and I’ll definitely be back to...
We came in after check in time and our rooms were not ready for another two hours. This delayed made it really difficult as we were traveling with young kids. The staff tried to make it better by giving us four voucher drinks. However they failed to let us know they were not for mixed alcohol drinks. That’s all the staff did. I will not be returning to this hotel
Fast and friendly check-in. Clean and beautiful suite. Availability of snacks and beverages for purchase.

It was a perfect stay and near UAG School of Medicine
I stayed here for two nights with my family of three. Excellent choice for the price. Safe and functional, if sparse on design. The room itself seemed relatively new, complete with USB-C ports. The only issue I encountered was the keycard for the tower won’t work for the elevator to get to the gym, so you need to ask staff for access to the gym. Overall highly recommended.
The service and everything else was above and beyond a 5 star.
It was clean, safe and great option close to the main area of Zapopan.
Lobby, restaurant, my room, and customer server were exceptional! Centric Location to UAG (you can walk to the University of Guadalajara). You are 15-17 minutes away from Andares (using Uber), hotel also has Taxi Service 24/7 and also Security. I paid for 7 days with breakfast included for two adults $700 (us dollars/Expedia). The only thing I don't like was the shower because the water run out because the door do not close completely I have to put a towel every day on the floor to avoid accident. But overall is good.

Very nice hotel localized near the Expo. The breakfast buffet is varied, with typical Mexican food in addition to American options. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. There is a restaurant, a coffee shop, and a bar inside the hotel, making it very practical to enjoy your stay. It is about 45 minutes from the airport.
Just cross the street and you can enjoy Expo Guadalajara. This hotel is nice for a single adventurer or a big family.
Reasonable place when you encounter a bargain. Well priced towards what you get. It is an EXPO visitor place. During EXPO prices fly sky high- here I would really doubt the price towards quality. Huge complex where you pass through and don’t get recognized: just another unit. In case of looking for something more personalized. They claim they have room service but there’s no menu in the room. Great...
You can hear people talking on the corridor very it clearly.
Two of the lamps didn't work, the bathroom door wouldn't close, and I'd like to add the most unpleasant thing: there's a loud noise that starts at 6:00 a.m., coming from an elevator in particular. It was only two nights, but it wasn't pleasant enough to rest and sleep well. Honestly, I wouldn't go back.
Very nice king room, although it was not the check-in time, they let us check in early without any extra charge. The service and breakfast are very good, thank you 🙏

How sad that a hotel that was a benchmark in all aspects is now so neglected. The carpets smell bad. Everything looks old, worn out and neglected. The bathrooms are poorly cleaned. Mosquitoes in the rooms, as well as a lizard. The safe is inoperative. The room doors are half-varnished because the sun has damaged them. I like everything about this place, is amazing to wake up surrounded by beautiful people and beautiful gardens Something I did not like is you remove a beautiful tree outside la Huerta restaurant possibly today it was covered with those beautiful yellow flowers
This is a five-star resort hotel. It is located in the downtown area, but it is very leisurely inside. It is basically like a hotel in a resort area. The service of the hotel is very good. The center is like a park, with birds singing and flowers blooming. The surrounding transportation is also very convenient. Maintenance overall. The pool area doesn't look like the picture; the pool was dirty, and the bathroom in the bedroom was not clean. I was expecting much more for the price I paid.
The staff was incredibly kind when I came in early from a redeye at 8 AM. They allowed me to hang out in the sky lounge until a room was ready at 10:30.
It needs some maintenance. You can hear everything from one room to another and also the music from a bar outside the property.
The pool was had a grate view of the city. The staff at the pool were all very friendly and professional.
Beautiful hotel and view. Location felt safe. The bar by the pool was pricey and the drinks weren’t that good.
Excellent location close to many dining options. The house keeping services could be better, I ran out of soap and shampoo and had to request hangers.

This hotel has a very good location, close to great restaurants and La Gran Plaza shopping mall. The staff is great, amazing people, all of them. Very friendly. The front desk attentions is prompt and nice. The rooms are clean and well serviced daily. Unfortunately, the rooms are outdated, old installations, showers that don't work and mattress that are too old and uneven. The restaurant is tasteless...
La comodidad y ubicación. Fue una estancia de placer, entonces la comodidad de la habilitación fue muy buena y la ubicación fue ideal para nuestros planes.
The hotel is relatively old, the front desk is quite welcoming, and the breakfast can only be said to be so-so.

Room was not given a good cleaning floor was untouched, bathroom amenities were lessened. No had towels or wash cloth or floor towel, even when asked for them.
Not a safe location. No one is out on the street at night. Rooms were clean but bathroom and shower had a funky smell to it.
Just okay. Defiantly get what you pay for here. Great location if you want to be close to markets and the central Part of Guadalajara.

The room was generally clean, though I did find a hair tie under the sheet. Some of the facilities feel a bit dated, and the toilet didn’t function perfectly. The in-room coffee was a nice touch, and the staff were consistently polite and helpful. The pool is on the smaller side, and the location felt fairly average. Overall, a mixed experience with good service but room for improvement in the facilities
This room is one of the best I can recommend, great location, near plaza de sol.
Because I needed to attend the exhibition, I was very satisfied with the overall facilities and sanitation of the hotel I booked. It was also close to the exhibition center, only a dozen minutes by car, and there was a shopping mall opposite, and it was convenient to eat Chinese food.
The credit card was stolen when I left it in the room. The hotel staff is of poor quality.
Not bad, the restaurants nearby are delicious, it's convenient to go anywhere, there is a Chinese restaurant opposite, very safe, we will come again next time, we are very satisfied, very satisfied
The room type was different from the photo, so I told the hotel and they were happy to help. The front desk was very helpful. I'd like to stay here again.

Good staff. Concierge was especially friendly and chatty. Convenient restaurant. Spacious room (Corner King) with wonderful soaking tub. Not enough places to hang towels, tub drain was confusing, and we couldn't get the TV to work, but room was otherwise nice. We appreciated having convenient outlets to plug in our devices at the desk and next to the bed.
This is a beautiful hotel. We stayed with our little fur baby and had a wonderful experience. There are two parks nearby and a pharmacy as well. We absolutely love this hotel and stay here every time we visit Guadalajara.
It is a very noisy hotel, that beautiful inner hall in the middle of the building serves as a sound amplifier for everything that happens at the bar & restaurant, terrible any day of the week. If you are light sleeper this is not your hotel. For the rest, good food, friendly staff and clean. Great location if your visiting the EXPO.
Staff verry friendly and helpful, had an issue that was resolved right away and i mean right away, traveled with family and will cone back nost def, if you have the opportunity go to the bar drinks are AMAZING
Very helpful front desk agent, Benjamin. I've never met a more helpful and service oriented hotel employee. Keep up the good work.

The hotel was in the middle of construction works and there were numerous problems. No hot water for 2 days (depending on the location of the room), no WIFI, poor attention to customer's needs (reported a TV remote control that wasnt working, nothing was done about it). I would not stay here again.
The room was worn. Not as nice as to lower cost hotels that I was forced to stay at due to my original reservation at the Wyndham being cancelled prior to my arrival. The staff was rather unapologetic for the cancellation and offered no assistance. Location is being remodeled. It is a noisy location due to the foot traffic at street level and a ground level "pre-lobby" that is open to the exterior...
I wish I knew the property was under renovation. The truth is unavoidably an inconvenient property at this time.

Pretty good hotel in a pretty good location. Just leaving this review to confirm that they do have secure bag storage, so you can leave your luggage after checkout if you have things to do in the afternoon. This is an important factor when traveling, and no previous reviews mentioned this.
The hotel is very nice and easy to travel to another place. The housekeeping staff are very friendly and very nice people.
The room was average and the beds comfortable. The location was great because they have a mall across the street and fast food restaurants nearby. Absolutely fantastic. I can’t wait to go back. The people who work there treated us like solid gold and the property was kept very well. Great location, too. I stay in 14-16 hotels per month all over the world. This is one of my top three favorites.
Love. Love. , love this hotel and location. Hotel staff are amazing and very responsive to guests requests inENGLISH and Spanish. Great Restaurants for days, all over the area. Safe area to walk around. Rooms re spacious and love the lighting in the rooms and auto curtains. Bathroom is luxurious.
Fairly upscale hotel in a wonderful area of Guadalajara. Close to several malls and adjacent to good restaurants and a cinema. Internet speeds were shockingly pokey for this type of lodging. But, what really stands out is the service at the morning breakfast. We were so well taken care of by Sofia in the hotel restaurant that we felt right at home and pampered!
The hospitality is top notch. For example, it was 2am and they walked me to the nearest taco stand so I could eat something. Everyone here is very respectful and helpful.
