The hotel room is quite large and clean, and the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. The hotel breakfast is also very rich, and Tacos is recommended. The only downside is that there is no free water.
A wonderful, clean, well-maintained hotel, especially the bar is excellent. I recommend it.
Every time I go on a business trip, I stay in a hotel with an OXXO store, a barbecue restaurant, a Japanese food restaurant, and a supermarket nearby.
It's about 7-8 minutes away from the exhibition hall by Uber. It's very convenient. The room is clean and the breakfast is rich. There are many places to eat near the hotel, including pizza and Italian food. It's worth recommending.
The room is OK, the breakfast is absolutely great, with rich and varied varieties
The hotel is very clean, the facilities are very user-friendly, the environment is very good, the service at the front desk is also very good, it is a very good hotel,,,,,,,

The hotel was impressive. Staff was very friendly and spoke English which is a plus. It smelled really good and was very clean.
Appreciated the lovely stay. Clean room, delicious good, and great personalized attention. The children loved the pool and loved the proximity to the shopping area which was very family friendly.
The surrounding restaurants were also spectacular. Excellent stay and looking forward to returning:)
Once again, I stayed at the Hyatt. The location, the rooms, the food—everything in general is a 10 out of 10. I’ve stayed at other hotels before and I’ve always regretted it. Whenever I go to Guadalajara, the Hyatt is the best option.
We had a good stay in general. Loved the Regency Club amenities. We were very disappointed to not room service until after 3:00 pm the first day. We were very tired and wanted to rest. They advertise a heated pool, each day it was cold outside in the afternoon. The hallways are very dark. The shower does not have an assist bar and the shower floor is very slippery.
The highlight was the delicious daily breakfast buffet. Karen provided exceptional service. We will definitely be back.
Always great. Kids love the pool area. Location for dining amd shopping can’t be beat. Only place I like to stay

I recently attended their New Year’s Eve special, and the quality of the meal was outstanding. Even with the pressure of a holiday event, every course was executed with precision. You can tell the kitchen team takes immense pride in their work—not just in the complex flavors, but in the elegant presentation of every plate. It was a fantastic introduction to their menu, and I’ll definitely be back to...
We came in after check in time and our rooms were not ready for another two hours. This delayed made it really difficult as we were traveling with young kids. The staff tried to make it better by giving us four voucher drinks. However they failed to let us know
they were not for mixed alcohol drinks. That’s all the staff did. I will not be returning to this hotel
Fast and friendly check-in. Clean and beautiful suite. Availability of snacks and beverages for purchase.
Property is really nice plus every staff member is super helpful and professional

definitely recommend this hotel, hospitality was excellent, rooms and beds were comfortable, pool service and restaurant service excellent
Amazing stay. Extremely friendly staff and very attentive. Once inside you have entered a small paradise. Loved it
The room was very old school which I guess I should have expected with it being an older classic hotel. It still had carpet which I think is why the room had an odd smell. The area wasn’t the best either. Probably wouldn’t stay again especially for the price we paid..
Staff is amazing, specially Jaime he does a wonderful job at welcoming the guests. He sure makes you feel like home. Bed are amazing, and shower has nice pressure. The hotel is very well kept.
I was very pleased with the staff. Aside from being very polite one of them went above and beyond. My son had a fever and the employee offered to drive to the nearest pharmacy to get medication. That speaks very loud of the staff in this hotel. My experience was very delightful.
Very professional and courteous staff, go the extra mile to be accommodating, I’m a global traveler and this is my favorite hotel anywhere in the world

Very immaculate place with outstanding customer service that it goes above and beyond.
Great experience
The facilities and the staff are great.
The hotel area it’s under a massive construction, (The Minerva) and the traffic to get to the hotel it’s super slow, but looking forward to see the final results in that area of the city.

What can you say. It's the Hard Rock. Upgraded our room to a jacuzzi room. Some great restaurants and in the center of town. Wonderful staff. Underground parking. Pool overlooking the city. Wonderful stay!!!
I had a great stay at Hard Rock Hotel Guadalajara. The hotel is awesome with a cool rock theme, comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything felt clean and modern. It is a bit pricey, but it is totally worth it for the experience and extras like the spa, gym, and great location near shopping and attractions. I would definitely come back. Highly recommend if you want something...
Nice hotel and restaurant. Went for the atmosphere of the rock n roll restaurant. Would've been nice to visit the pool side bar at roof, but it was reserved for non-existing hotel clients.
Restaurant was as always with HRC quality. Staff is polite and try their best at Hard Rock Hotel.
Excellent service from a wonderful team of people. Super gym which a priority for us. Good massage too at the spa. The rooms were a little tired and could be cleaner but the bed was very comfortable. Absolutely fantastic. I can’t wait to go back. The people who work there treated us like solid gold and the property was kept very well. Great location, too.
I stay in 14-16 hotels per month all over the world. This is one of my top three favorites.
Love. Love. , love this hotel and location. Hotel staff are amazing and very responsive to guests requests inENGLISH and Spanish. Great Restaurants for days, all over the area. Safe area to walk around. Rooms re spacious and love the lighting in the rooms and auto curtains. Bathroom is luxurious.
Fairly upscale hotel in a wonderful area of Guadalajara. Close to several malls and adjacent to good restaurants and a cinema. Internet speeds were shockingly pokey for this type of lodging. But, what really stands out is the service at the morning breakfast. We were so well taken care of by Sofia in the hotel restaurant that we felt right at home and pampered!
The hospitality is top notch. For example, it was 2am and they walked me to the nearest taco stand so I could eat something. Everyone here is very respectful and helpful.
The hotel is aesthetically beautiful. The room was gorgeous and very modern in design. It is located in a nice area and there are many nice restaurants in the immediate area. However, there are a few things i found to be very lacking for a business trip. For one the ironing board included in the room is a joke. It was a tiny little table top version that was extremely difficult to use given the...
Quiet, comfortable, clean and very nice. Excellent free breakfast. Convenient location to multiple factories and facilities, because if you are in Guadalajara, you are probably here on business. The hotel is adjacent to numerous good restaurants as well. Highly recommended.

Long weekend stay and it was perfect. Our room was beautiful, the service was exceptional and the location was perfect for us. The bartenders were particularly nice and welcoming but all the staff was great. Sunday morning there was a gentleman playing the piano at brunch. His music was so relaxing and beautiful. Highly recommend.
We stayed at the hotel for the entire weekend and appreciated the warm welcome upon arrival. The lobby was clean and stylish, and we were especially grateful to be allowed an early check-in since a room was available — a thoughtful gesture that started our stay on a positive note.

Minor details like safety box not working or warm water instead of hot. Staff is great! Camino Real is not on it’s prime but it was a very pleasant stay
How sad that a hotel that was a benchmark in all aspects is now so neglected. The carpets smell bad. Everything looks old, worn out and neglected. The bathrooms are poorly cleaned. Mosquitoes in the rooms, as well as a lizard. The safe is inoperative. The room doors are half-varnished because the sun has damaged them. The bathroom screen is dull from so much scale, the toilet paper is super ordinary...
I like everything about this place, is amazing to wake up surrounded by beautiful people and beautiful gardens
Something I did not like is you remove a beautiful tree outside la Huerta restaurant possibly today it was covered with those beautiful yellow flowers
This is a five-star resort hotel. It is located in the downtown area, but it is very leisurely inside. It is basically like a hotel in a resort area. The service of the hotel is very good. The center is like a park, with birds singing and flowers blooming. The surrounding transportation is also very convenient. Good staff. Concierge was especially friendly and chatty. Convenient restaurant. Spacious room (Corner King) with wonderful soaking tub. Not enough places to hang towels, tub drain was confusing, and we couldn't get the TV to work, but room was otherwise nice. We appreciated having convenient outlets to plug in our devices at the desk and next to the bed.
This is a beautiful hotel. We stayed with our little fur baby and had a wonderful experience. There are two parks nearby and a pharmacy as well. We absolutely love this hotel and stay here every time we visit Guadalajara.
It is a very noisy hotel, that beautiful inner hall in the middle of the building serves as a sound amplifier for everything that happens at the bar & restaurant, terrible any day of the week. If you are light sleeper this is not your hotel. For the rest, good food, friendly staff and clean. Great location if your visiting the EXPO.
Staff verry friendly and helpful, had an issue that was resolved right away and i mean right away, traveled with family and will cone back nost def, if you have the opportunity go to the bar drinks are AMAZING
Very helpful front desk agent, Benjamin. I've never met a more helpful and service oriented hotel employee. Keep up the good work.
Great value hotel with amazing staff. I knew multiple members of staff by first name by the time i left. They made a 4 star hotel feel like a 5 star. The hotel is in a central location and had easy access to ubers to get anywhere in the city.

The hotel was in the middle of construction works and there were numerous problems. No hot water for 2 days (depending on the location of the room), no WIFI, poor attention to customer's needs (reported a TV remote control that wasnt working, nothing was done about it). I would not stay here again.
The room was worn. Not as nice as to lower cost hotels that I was forced to stay at due to my original reservation at the Wyndham being cancelled prior to my arrival. The staff was rather unapologetic for the cancellation and offered no assistance. Location is being remodeled. It is a noisy location due to the foot traffic at street level and a ground level "pre-lobby" that is open to the exterior...
I wish I knew the property was under renovation. The truth is unavoidably an inconvenient property at this time.
Property is going through renovation. Loud and limited elevator service. Hot and cold water in shower was unpredictable
Water would change to hot and cold while taking a shower!
Power would go out!!
Overall 5/10 rating!

The Hotel Stay was very good, unfortunately the outside location at night is not very pleasant
Room was not given a good cleaning floor was untouched, bathroom amenities were lessened. No had towels or wash cloth or floor towel, even when asked for them.
Not a safe location. No one is out on the street at night. Rooms were clean but bathroom and shower had a funky smell to it.
Just okay. Defiantly get what you pay for here. Great location if you want to be close to markets and the central Part of Guadalajara.

Very nice hotel localized near the Expo. The breakfast buffet is varied, with typical Mexican food in addition to American options. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. There is a restaurant, a coffee shop, and a bar inside the hotel, making it very practical to enjoy your stay. It is about 45 minutes from the airport.
Just cross the street and you can enjoy Expo Guadalajara. This hotel is nice for a single adventurer or a big family.
Reasonable place when you encounter a bargain. Well priced towards what you get. It is an EXPO visitor place. During EXPO prices fly sky high- here I would really doubt the price towards quality. Huge complex where you pass through and don’t get recognized: just another unit. In case of looking for something more personalized.
They claim they have room service but there’s no menu in the room. Great...
You can hear people talking on the corridor very it clearly.
Two of the lamps didn't work, the bathroom door wouldn't close, and I'd like to add the most unpleasant thing: there's a loud noise that starts at 6:00 a.m., coming from an elevator in particular. It was only two nights, but it wasn't pleasant enough to rest and sleep well. Honestly, I wouldn't go back.
Very nice king room, although it was not the check-in time, they let us check in early without any extra charge. The service and breakfast are very good, thank you 🙏

Great hidden oasis in the heart of Guadelajara. Also Pele once stayed here. Rooms are super comfortable and spacious. Pool was nice and warm. They are currently upgrading some rooms around the pool, but we never heard any construction. Great stay.
Ordinary, OK. A little better than the Express Hotel. But this hotel is not new.
This hotel has very good facilities, delicious breakfast, and thoughtful service. There is a large supermarket in front of it with a variety of Mexican products. I like it very much. There is a commercial center nearby with a lot of snacks. There is also a courier company nearby, which is very convenient for sending things... Not bad, I will stay here next time...
The hotel is relatively old, but the service is very good, making people feel warm and comfortable. The air conditioner in the room is quite noisy, and the location is a little off, but it is quiet and safe, and the cost performance is there
The room has a bit of smell, the breakfast is good, short trip can be refunded
The hotel service is warm, clean and tidy, the suite is spacious, the hotel location is excellent, the room cleaning staff is also very friendly, the front desk service is ok, they will help you park the car without having to park it yourself. The room price is also very affordable, cost-effective!

The bad rating is because of the state of the building and rooms.

We don´t have any problem for parking. The breakfast was good, the food was good but i think is missing more variety .,
For a one night stay it was enough
Well located, reasonable pricing (rooms where better than expected), staff was great!!

Amazing views from the suite. The only issue we came across upon check in is a cash only hold instead of a credit card. It was inconvenient as we had to go withdraw 3000 as a deposit for the room in order to check in. They had no atm on-site and we had to walk about a block away to a nearby atm.
The hotel is in a good location, the new district is relatively safe, the rooms are relatively spacious, it is very close to the exhibition hall, there are shopping malls nearby, and travel is convenient. It is a good choice for business travel!
The room type given was not as good as the first one. The most important thing was that the shower head was still the type that pointed straight down, which was very inconvenient for people who didn't want to wash their hair.

Very nice property but it didn't have elevator access. Also the Food could be better but overall it's a good value.

The environment is great and very quiet. However, the room decor is quite old-fashioned! If you prefer something modern and trendy, this might not be the place for you.

We have stayed here many many times although the staff changes the service always is very good. It’s a great location and the rooms are really nice. It’s great pool. Everything’s cool.
This wasour second time at this hotel, and we are very pleased with the service/comfort of the room and all the amenities, including a steam room, pool Jacuzzi and a cute little Nespresso machine. It’s an absolute gem!
It was very elegant and yet inviting. The pool area was very beautiful and yet family oriented. I loved our stay and would return in the future.
Property needs attention and better employees. They are rude and the rooms need help. Tv never works properly. Bed light stayed on, shower head broke, water everywhere.
