No complaints on service or location. Front desk was friendly and the location was perfect, a 7-11 stays open nearby 24/7 and the cathedral front is like 4 blocks. Taxi service is available all day and night long just around the corner but you can call and request a cab to your hotel.

However, it is SUPER loud. The door has a vent that you can actually see through, so absolutely no privacy. I had someone look thru the other side and we could make eye contact, absolutely terrible.

We could hear peoples whole conversations outside in the hall and the cars were sooooooo loud, there was absolutely no noise control in this hotel. There is no fan so nothing to help block out the noise. Sleep was nonexistent.

Please note that a pair of underwear were left on the bathroom doorknob. Makes you question how good the rooms were actually cleaned.

The beds had no bugs and seemed clean enough but nonetheless, questionable due to the underwear. The window also opened and that part was nice.

Would I stay here again??? Maybe. The price was great but does that make up for everything else ??

Rooms given were so out of service. Toilet would not flush and bathroom was really small. Could not sleep because of construction. We didget another room which was great. All you would need is to check if everything functions.

Staff was awesome very respectful and kind. Great location many restaurants and stores, and the Cathedral are in walking distance. The only downside is the WIFI it wouldn’t connect. Other than that I felt safe, I was coming from Michoacan and it was a good to stay to rest for only one night before going to the airport the next morning.

The staff were incredibly helpful and nice. However the beds and the overall condition of the hotel was not great. The area it’s amazing though everything in downtown is at a walking distance.

Area was good distance from main road therefore quiet to sleep.

Restrooms had mold, water came out from the shower and tile was falling off.

A refrigerator would have been convenient.

The hotel was conveniently located and among the best priced in the downtown area. We obtained an upgraded spacious room with king beds when our room was not ready upon arrival. The shower water was hot.

Friendly people good buffet breakfast for $7.50 each. The walls and windows are thin so you hear noises outside but did not bother me much. Needs some fixing which looks like they started to do on the 7th floor. Wood stay again since great location.

The property was not clean, the bathroom was molded... the bathroom door did not work.... The towels were super old and stained... The beds were unconformable...
The only reason I gave two stars is because the hotel had a convinient parking.

Recommended by a friend. Enjoyed great meal for a family of 4. Each of us loved our food, lots of flavour - drinks were great too. Their horchata has lots of cinnamon. They have an English menu if required. Price was low food was tasty.

Restaurante el mas asqueroso de la ciudad, además el buffet esta vacillo, aquí fotos del buffet que avemos encontrado. Worst place on earth, and empty buffet. Only a few overcook bones at 8 pm, their excuse was we're closing in a few hours so we won't refill it. What was left was obviously some leftovers from lunch.
