Wonderful staff... but the structure is truly decadent... The room had no window, so the electricity went out for over 16 hours, and the room was 28 degrees!!! Without a window, you couldn't breathe... no bidet, no shower, no telephone, no water pressure, and with all this, not even a last-minute checkout!!!

Located in the center of the old city, next to the church and the square, there are a lot of people, there are a lot of homeless people at night, at the subway entrance, the personnel are a bit complicated, the room is quite large, the breakfast restaurant is on the 7th floor, you can overlook the entire city of Guadalajara, and appreciate the church up close, the lobby reception people can speak English, communication is convenient, this 🏨 is still cost-effective, but take a taxi to the airport or other places, you have to leave more time, there are indeed too many cars, traffic jams are commonplace

Good location next to the Basilica and train station. A little far from the restaurants and newer developed areas. Room service was not of a high standard, they did not replace the drinking glasses or provide new water bottles. Phone in the room was also not working to call for house keeping.

The location is very good, next to a historical and cultural square. The soundproofing is very poor, and the front desk customer service is not good. Other guests checked in around 12 o'clock, but they didn't let me check in, and kept delaying my check-in until 4 o'clock in the afternoon. It's amazing that they didn't give me cookies! I suggest you don't stay at this hotel, the One Hotel next to it is better than this one

Highly recommend getting the Terrance balcony. The view of the cathedral is magnificent day and night. Great central location, great customer service and restaurant. Will stay here many more times.

I came over New Years 2020 and booked one of the two terrace suites. Stayed for a few nights and it was amazing! The hotel was very clean and the front desk was amazing. The room itself was great. Great views at night of the cathedral. I ended up getting food poisoning on my last day at a restaurant NOT the hotel and the hotel went above and beyond to give me the help I needed. They were my family away from home. Highly recommended if you want to see the real Guadalajara in an amazing hotel.

Great location in the Centro Historic. Rooms are small but well equipped and we had a lovely terrace. The restaurant and bar are excellent. Staff were very helpful with our travel requirements.

Kind of a sleepy place even at close to 10am, but they didn't have coffee with their breakfast offerings, and didn't know when they would have some. I had to go across the street to the golden arches to have an apple pie and coffee for 20mxn, I drank the watered down OJ at BK. The prices are reasonable compared to the place across the street.
