I was very pleased with the staff. Aside from being very polite one of them went above and beyond. My son had a fever and the employee offered to drive to the nearest pharmacy to get medication
I have stayed at QR probably more then 100 times, it’s been great always, and this was not the exemption, staff it’s always great, but I do have to point out that in all of my years staying at QR GDL, I’ve never seen the restaurant so disorganized, it seems like all of the staff there is new, for breakfast on 12/12 I waited for a hole hour to get my food after I ordered and finally I had to leave to...
The room was very old school which I guess I should have expected with it being an older classic hotel. It still had carpet which I think is why the room had an odd smell. The area wasn’t the best either
The service was very nice, I came for an appointment, and they work so fast, I don't even had to sit down, when they know where the person that I'll meet, are, so I'm pretty impressed about they service
Staff is amazing, specially Jaime he does a wonderful job at welcoming the guests. He sure makes you feel like home. Bed are amazing, and shower has nice pressure. The hotel is very well kept.
Very professional and courteous staff, go the extra mile to be accommodating, I’m a global traveler and this is my favorite hotel anywhere in the world

Checked in 3/20/18, 1 night stay only. Located in a gated secure community, so we felt very safe. Hotel was clean, check-in and check-out went smoothly
The room was clean and beautiful! I would stay there again! I was upgraded to a suite because they were out of one bed rooms. It was nice! View to the city!
Excellent service good attention from the staff
Delicious food and an excellent view
Only one problem with the air conditioning did not work but if requested they provided fans
Quite large pool with wading pool for small children and great water temperature
Very spacious and comfortable rooms
Suite, and thats expensice, smell bad, i have some compleins with that Hotel) but in Radisson Tapatio Guadalajara i have a good experience, the buffet is plenty delicious, the service is excellent, i was for 6 days and everything was excellent! definitely i came back
A hotel atop of a mountain literally and metaphorically. Very nice views, pool, resturant, service, and serenity all around. I will come back to this hotel one day. And it's very worth the affordable price.
i recomend the hotel, is clean, the rooms, the pool, hallways, bathroom, beds, the restaurant, everything is clean, honestly was a surprise for me, ( i was in The Hard Rock Hotel 6 months ago in a Jr
Guadalajara, Calle Cristobal Colon 73. Zona Centro (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Located in the center of the old city, next to the church and the square, there are a lot of people, there are a lot of homeless people at night, at the subway entrance, the personnel are a bit complicated, the room is quite large, the breakfast restaurant is on the 7th floor, you can overlook the entire city of Guadalajara, and appreciate the church up close, the lobby reception people can speak English...
The location is very good, next to a historical and cultural square. The soundproofing is very poor, and the front desk customer service is not good
Good location next to the Basilica and train station. A little far from the restaurants and newer developed areas
The room is very nice, comfortable and quiet, with a wide variety of breakfast options
Hotel entrance was a bit hard to find but generally great hotel.
Other guests checked in around 12 o'clock, but they didn't let me check in, and kept delaying my check-in until 4 o'clock in the afternoon
Guadalajara, Av. Chapalita #1470 entre (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel serves its purpose, centrally located, budget friendly, but getting there late from the airport was not smooth, difficult getting into the hotel at 11pm, it was all locked up with little assistance to get in
Was only there for one night but the hotel was very nice. My boyfriend and I had a nice stay. Thank you. I highly recommend this hotel.
Totally recommended, excellent service and attention, strategic location in one of the best areas of Guadalajara. The rooms are quite comfortable. Recommended for business trips.
Very nice hotel. Visited the outer shops for drinks and food. Will definitely be visiting again and will plan on being an overnight guest next time. Close to lots of businesses and activities in Guadalajara.
TV was only local, couldn't connect my devices for streaming or using YouTube. Nice set of restaurants outside (same building) & the convenience store is a life saver. Near of it there is a decent mall
The line to check in had 4 folks in front of me and that was a 30 min wait. Room was tiny, towels and soap were very below average and not very desirable, may try a different hotel next time
Guadalajara, Carretera Guadalajara Chapala (11 km from centre) 🧭 Map
I saw that there is a small gym with treadmills, rowing machines and other equipment, but I never went there when I come back from work, it is the last thing I want to do; instead there is a nice swimming pool, which is heated
Clean & spacious. Bathroom was clean just wish they left enough towels for the amount of people we had booked the room for. Food was great just wished it was warmer
The room that I reserved was not available, I reserved two bed room, and they gave me a one small bed room and facilitated kindly an extra bed.
Upon arrival in my room, I discovered stained bed sheets. This is unacceptable and raises concerns about the overall hygiene practices of the hotel. Beyond the room, the lobby furniture needs a serious refresh
The food was surprisingly good in the restaurant, and this was good as there were no other restaurants close by. The overall look was clean, but there was some mold around the shower
I stayed here for the location. The only downside was the food I ordered in my room I ordered dinner and it looked like a small portion for the price I paid. Also the coffee wasn't changed the last night I was there
Guadalajara, Venustiano Carranza No 16 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Overall the location is the reason why this hotel is an excellent choice
The hotel is in an excellent location in the historic centre of town
They worked very hard to keep the rooms clean, but bathroom toilet and shower are very old style. Overall well located and worth the stay
Very central to cathedral plaza and district action
No breakfast included. Restaurant overpriced,
Location good.
Basic room, bathroom dated, mouldy shower.
Would probably not stay again.
Front staff helpful.
Clean well kept rooms, great charm! Relatively quiet except for occasional nearby plaza construction and kids. All staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant was surprisingly good, quiet and also charming

Super clean and comfortable room. The hotel is perfectly located for visiting Centro Guadalajara. Evening dining was very good as was the buffet breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel while visiting
The location is perfect, too, as it's within easy walking distance of the main central area and the cathedral
The hotel had a beautiful atmosphere and was stunningly decorated for Día de Muertos. Having a front door security guard also made us feel very safe and protected throughout our stay
My dad and I arrived extremely tired after taking a red-eye flight, but the staff was immediately helpful and incredibly generous, which was such a relief
I absolutely loved this hotel and am so grateful for the wonderful experience my dad and I had; it truly made us happy
This hotel is a beautiful building with amazing, generous staff

Well located, reasonable pricing (rooms where better than expected), staff was great!!
Really enjoyed my stay! Don’t think I would stay again because they didn’t have a fridge or a safe. If they had both, this hotel would be perfect!
We don´t have any problem for parking. The breakfast was good, the food was good but i think is missing more variety .,
Lastly there’s no onsite bar which isn’t a deal breaker but the hotel may not have enough guest that ask for this amenity. I most definitely would suggest this Hotel to anyone looking for a clean comfy room
A huge thank you to Viki, our room attendant on the 5th floor, that went out of her way to tidy our room and replenish our room with fresh towels and toiletries
The place is what I consider to be in “hotel alley”. Many choices available to fit your budget. My stay at Hotel Celta was very pleasant
Guadalajara, Av Mariano Otero 2397 (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The access to the hotel is quite good and so is its location
Good location. Shopping and eating very convenience
At around 9 o'clock in the morning, there was a waiter knocking on the door and opening the door, and there was no Do Not Disturb sign. The location is relatively convenient, with McDonald's and KFC just outside the door
- Great location, just steps from Plaza del Sol. Plenty food selections around
- Breakfast with not much choices but good enough to start the day
Excellent facilities and service. I really enjoyed the gym and the pool area. The breakfast is included and it is good enough to start the day. There’s a mall in front of the hotel with a lot of things to see
This hotel is exceptionally clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing. I recommend this Holiday Inn and will definitely return someday.
Guadalajara, Lazaro Cardenas 3447 (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is in a good location, the new district is relatively safe, the rooms are relatively spacious, it is very close to the exhibition hall, there are shopping malls nearby, and travel is convenient
The hotel has excellent service and customer care, is very well located and has everything necessary to receive tourists.
The only issue we came across upon check in is a cash only hold instead of a credit card. It was inconvenient as we had to go withdraw 3000 as a deposit for the room in order to check in
The most important thing was that the shower head was still the type that pointed straight down, which was very inconvenient for people who didn't want to wash their hair
It is in a very good area.... Chapalita... Everything is nearby... Good food, drinks... the quality seemed very good.
Everything is very tasty on the buffet. And excellent attention. 100% familiar and recommended

Convenient location, affordable prices. Great value
The portobello hotel is in a great location, the rooms are spacious for a person and were very cleaned
The price/performance ratio is quite high, the transportation is very convenient, there is a subway station outside, and it takes 15 minutes to walk to the cathedral. There is a 711 convenience store next to it.
Great location, convenient shopping
The hotel is conveniently located, a 5-minute walk from the subway station, and surrounded by a complete range of restaurants
Sparkling clean, staff were friendly and helpful and the location was fantastic. I think I've never stayed anywhere I've been more pleased with at the price point
Guadalajara, Ave Mariano Otero 3261 (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Breakfast could be better, the juice was not that good and the eggs seemed to be cooked with water instead of oil.
The towels weren't that clean, but the rest was impecable.
Good service in general.
The location was great and it was very safe. Really nice hotel!
***Stayed here again 3 months later***
I had to change my rating from 5 stars to 4 stars
Seems a bit Aged by the outside and lobby aspect, but the rooms are in good shape and doesn't seem to be old or in bad shape. has pool and running course on top of the 4th floor. the personnel is very attentive

If you are light sleeper this is not your hotel. For the rest, good food, friendly staff and clean. Great location if your visiting the EXPO
The hotel is in a central location and had easy access to ubers to get anywhere in the city
the breakfast, rooms were nice and the location was quite accessible
Staff verry friendly and helpful, had an issue that was resolved right away and i mean right away, traveled with family and will cone back nost def, if you have the opportunity go to the bar drinks are AMAZING
We stayed with our little fur baby and had a wonderful experience. There are two parks nearby and a pharmacy as well. We absolutely love this hotel and stay here every time we visit Guadalajara
Great value hotel with amazing staff. I knew multiple members of staff by first name by the time i left. They made a 4 star hotel feel like a 5 star
Guadalajara, Avenida De las Rosas 3030 (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Very close to the exhibition hall, about 10 minutes walk, airport drop-off service needs to be booked in advance,
Breakfast is just so-so, all local Mexican specialties, I don't understand the food, non-smoking rooms
GTADALAJA
Clean. reasonable price, good location, great breakfast. Would definately stay here again One issue, no mini refrigerators in the rooms.
Second time to choose this hotel
One local convenience store and supermarket are close
Every day breakfast has a nuance, local fruits are great
Reception is friendly
A couple of restaurants are nearby
Environment: There are supermarkets and delicious restaurants around
Service: The breakfast is also very delicious, and the hotel staff is very friendly
Good, clean and sanitary, simple breakfast, there is a shuttle bus to the exhibition, just make an appointment in advance
The hotel is nice and the location is very good. It is very close to the exhibition hall and you can walk there if you don't bring anything heavy. The room decoration is average
Guadalajara, Av Revolucion 120 Col Centro (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Pros:
Super close to subway line & Centro historic zone. Great for budget conscious traveller. If you pay this price for this location including free breakfast & pool, you need to accept the problems with the details
Perfect Vacations
This hotel give us a clean smoker free.room and also provide us with a great breakfast variety. The service was excellent and we are planning to return soon. The room view was incredible, thanks again.
This hotel is on a great location, have access to many of stores and restaurant. This is not a luxurious hotel but a place to sleep. Nice to spend your money on adventures.
Circuit Assembly
The facilities are adequate but dated. Free breakfast is nice. Beds take some getting used to. Staff friendly and helpful.
Great breakfast including fresh fruit. Clean (less the small stains). Shower water pressure & heat
a/c worked well, not 'noisy'. Cons:
Low quality internet, cuts in & out. Sheets have a few small stains
Desk staff not great with English, nor try hard to help you. The details of the establishment aren't taken care of, and there's many. Inefficient system for giving you your breakfast tickets
Guadalajara, Avenida Vallarta 2477 (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
This is such a great hotel in a great location. All the good restaurants are within walking distance. Clean and updated rooms. Friendly staff. I will be staying here next time I visit Guadalajara.
Great location and nice pool. Rooms are large and comfortable. Could do with some maintenance but overall good.
The hotel is very clean and the rooms on the balcony have good sunlight, making it very comfortable to stay.
Perfect location and value for money
Overall it was a great experience, the location was gold, very walkable and close to lots of cute cafes, restaurants and Avenida Chapultepec. The bed was really comfortable and the shower pressure was great
located in the heart of guadalajara , pretty close to nice restaurants is the best value around , pretty clean and pretty good atmosphere
Guadalajara, Carretera a Chapala núm. 3213 (6 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Average, but conveniently located.
Nice hotel, great location. Highly recommend
The specifications of the hotel are similar to those of Home Inn in China. It is ok to sleep for one night. If you have more requirements, you can change to other hotels
It's a nice, inexpensive hotel. Rooms are very small but clean. Close to the airport and a couple pubs near too. Tlaquepaque is near also. 5 minutes by car. Store and banks aee very close. On the whole, I reccomend it.
Nice room, good service attitude
As a non smoker , I didn’t appreciated the smokers being at right outside at the main entrance every time we passed by.
Guadalajara, Av Mariano Otero No 1400 Col R (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Parking is convenient and it's not a noisy hotel (except when there are big events happening on the huge event yard behind the hotel or concerts in Expo) The location is good, it's right in front of Expo Guadalajara, it's a 3 minute walk to the entrance and it's a 10 min drive to Chapultepec, ir 5 to Chapalita, two trendy brunching/dining areas in the city
The hotel's location is prime, right across from Expo Guadalajara. Everything else seems pathetic to me
Their service "goes so far" that instead of offering at least a bottle of water, they place a refillable glass jug at a drinking fountain in the hallway
The hotel is located next to the exhibition hall, so I booked this one. The hotel is average, and the food is okay. It's less than 5 minutes to the exhibition hall and about 40 minutes to the airport
The facilities are run-down, there's no trash can
The location of ibis is very close to Exhibition Hall I, only a minute or two walk away. If attending an exhibition, business residence is a convenient choice
Guadalajara, 7842 Av. la Piedrera Baja California (14 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Airport drop-off: Upon arrival at the hotel, please inform the front desk of your flight information. The front desk lady was very friendly. The hotel is located near the airport and we also provide free airport service
Very close to the airport, with free airport transfers:
Meet-up location: International Arrivals Exit (llegada international), parking lot in front of Starbucks (estação de los Provenças)
It’s a conveniently located place if you are staying for a short period.
The location, the free breakfast was great and the staff so helpful.
When my shoe sole separated the maintenance team immediately glued it and fixed my problem. That was a real bonus!
Quiet place. Even when there’s construction around the hotel. The only issues we had was housekeeping knocking on door before the checkout time.
Excellent breakfast. Had a variety of food. The food was fresh.
The construction and traffic is a disaster. Signs to turn into the hotel are non existent and if you miss the quick lane change to the hotel it took more than an hour plus to make your way back and try again.
Guadalajara, Av. Guadalupe 596, Chapalita (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Nice Rooftop bar, good location, clean, nice decor, great Valet parking, anll good except front desk service horrible, waiters at breakfast horrible!
The Hotel is on a good location and it is clean, but i booked in this hotel beacuse the room description said 2 queen beds, this are not queen beds they are double!!, Also the breakfast was terrible.
The location is fine, close to the highway and 20 minutes from the center. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff are very nice and helpful.
Very clean and spacious room , very quiet at night m
Poor breakfast unfortunately
Walls are very thin. You can hear when people talk in the rooms next door. You can also hear all the maintenance staff talking in the hallways.
Very good service, very friendly staff, everything was good, I liked the hotel, I would definitely return
