The hotel's location is simply superb! It's right north of Constitution Square, and in the evenings, you can go to the rooftop bar where they offer complimentary cocktails. Enjoying cocktails, music, and beautiful views is an absolutely worthwhile experience!

Not clean at all, I will never stay there again

The complimentary, high-quality breakfast includes eggs, fruit, coffee, milk, and grains.

There's a kitchen on the fifth floor, but the electric heating is slow, making cooking take a long time, which is a drawback.

Free drinking water is available, which I find thoughtful given the pollution of Mexico City's tap water.

The staff were all friendly, and the hotel was located right in front of Sokkalo Square, so it was easily accessible from the festival and transportation.

The hostel has an excellent location, right in the heart of the city center. It's incredibly convenient for visiting nearby museums! Breakfast is included from 8 am to 10 am. They also give you a Margarita cocktail voucher on your first day. Enjoying it at the rooftop bar on the sixth floor is simply wonderful. At my request, they arranged a lower bunk bed for me. Luggage storage is available for free at the front desk. The 15% discount coupon given upon check-in is even cheaper for dinner at the restaurant than going to a fast-food place. The fifth-floor lounge area and self-service kitchen have filtered drinking water available. So convenient! A perfect recommendation for Malaysia!

Hostel in the city center, only stayed one night
Good facilities, within walking distance to the city center
A bit noisy at night because there is a rooftop bar
Welcome drink provided upon check-in, so I drank a margarita and fell asleep

Ran across this as we were searching for an amazing culinary experience and boy did we find one. Set inside the beautiful courtyard of what used to be an 18th century home, now houses a bunch of little shops that surround this amazing restaurant. We had 3 appetizers which were all different and amazing, 2 seafood based entrées also equally amazing, a large shared dessert, 2 glasses of wine and 2 espressos for just under $100 USD! All of the food was beyond our expectations as was the service and ambiance. We will definitely make this a regular for Mexico City!

We randomly wandered in to Azul without a reservation (I would recommend a reservation) and what a beautiful restaurant!

The restaurant is located in the open-air courtyard of the building and the trees are lit up with blue lights. Don't worry about it getting chilly as they have heaters and blankets on every chair for guests.

The food was good as was the service. The ambience was great. The highlights of the meal were the tortilla soups, as they were served in bowls topped with catrinas. Plating was lovely and the food was all delicious, including the dessert. Extensive wine and bar list, we enjoyed some lovely Mexican wine with dinner.

If the man with fortune telling birds come by, definitely stop him and get your fortune, it's lots of fun!

This is a great choice for three reasons: first, the food is always very good to excellent and it's regional. The chef/owner is a notable food historian and an enthusiastic fan of Mexico's regional cooking. Second, the service will be very good or excellent, with servers who know the menu, the wines and the cocktails inside and out. Lastly, the location is impressive and they've thought through the details, from lighting to crockery and glassware. The menu changes frequently, so there will be some occasional misses on food but there will also be some amazing surprises. Its good value, though it is not cheap (lunch ran about 800 MXP/40USD per person for three courses and wine. It may or may not be the best food you've ever had, but this place consistently wins in lots of other ways.

Delicate, creative, beautifully presented dishes. This is Mexican food with a nouvelle cuisine twist.

Service was great even if they messed up our reservation and we had to wait for a half hour. I would normally just go elsewhere but I’m glad we stayed. My compliments to the chef.

I have always come for breakfast. They have amazing chocolate. Prepared the traditional way, with water and different species. It's truly a traditional Mexican cuisine restaurant with a gourmet touch.
