Bad service staff looked mad all the time

arrived at 2am . front desk staff could not speak English . it was hard to communicate . was assigned a room near elevator. a lot of noise from elevator. just stayed for one night .

Not family friendly,
This place is not suitable for families if the weather is warmer than 75 degrees Fahrenheit. The hotel is too warm for younger kids. The WiFi was unusable. I couldn’t complete any work or play shows for the kids. We left about 2 hours after check-in. They refused to give me a refund after several attempts. I don’t recommend. They lack dignity and respect.

We had a wonderful stay here! The service was fast, the concierge and doorman were extremely helpful and very friendly. We had no issues whatsoever! Prices were affordable and it is down the street from both a gas station and 7/11. It was very easy to get to, plus, they have a parking garage.
