💥 SCAM ALERT: PREMEDITATED CANCELLATION FRAUD – AVOID AT ALL COSTS! 💥
This is not an honest mistake; it is a long-running, deceptive practice designed to leave guests stranded during peak season.

My booking was confirmed and fully paid for through Agoda well in advance of the busy Day of the Dead period. To be extra sure, I even contacted the hotel directly via WhatsApp and provided them with my booking confirmation number.

Upon arrival, I was immediately told my reservation was "not in the system." The staff acted completely innocent and attempted to place the entire blame on Agoda, claiming they never received the information.

The Truth Revealed: A Pattern of Fraud
Frustrated, I checked the Google reviews and found the truth: This is a recurring scam that has been reported a year and two years ago! They deliberately oversell their rooms, cancel legitimate, prepaid bookings, and then push the blame onto the booking platform.

The Unconscionable Consequence
Because this pre-meditated cancellation happened during a major festival, I was forced to scramble for last-minute accommodation. This gross negligence resulted in me paying a new rate that was 5 to 6 times higher than my original prepaid booking, ruining the start of my trip.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. Their business model is fraudulent, and they rely on lying to customers during critical times. Save yourself the stress, the sudden financial burden, and book with an honest establishment.

One of the worst hotels I have ever seen. My sister, myself, my mother and my sister's son stayed there from 25th to 31st December and honestly we had a bad experience. The breakfast was basically the same food for 8 days, the staff is unemotional and the rooms were quite small. On one of the days we stayed, my mother politely asked if she could have hot coffee (they served it cold) and the waiter rudely told my mother not to rush. My mother is a 64 year old woman and the waiter treated her rudely. Which in my opinión is very disrespectful. On the last day, we were in a hurry to go to the airport and it turns out the staff lost our bags, someone from the staff moved them to another room without saying anything. Imagine if they actually lost our bags.

I am 100% sure the positive reviews are from the staff themselves to make this hotel look 5 star.
