The hotel was amazing, so much history in those walls and lovely gardens. The staff was attentive and friendly. A special mention to Roberto at the front desk who's sense of humor and helpfulness was outstanding. The packets of chocolate every night was a special treat!

The hotel is gorgeous. The food outstanding. The location is the sweet spot of the hotel. Basically everything went amazing

Went with my husband and teenage daughter over new years 2025/6. Absolutely loved it—the location, the staff, the cleanliness, the pool, the courtyards. One note, we had a room w 2 full beds—and the beds for my husband and I were a bit small even though we are both lean. But we made it just fine. We would absolutely return!

The rooms were in good condition and the history of the hotel was amazing. However, for me, paying ove 2,000 for a weekend was way too much money. It's not like we were in Downtown Manhattan. Sorry! as beautiful as the town was, paying that kind of money was just not worth it.

Beautiful property, friendly and helpful staff and excellent location. I couldnt imagine staying anywhere else!

The lobby is nice and has a welcoming feel to it. Breakfast isn't anything to shout about, but it does the job. The rooms are great and the beds are very comfy. Can't comment on price as it was booked as a part of a tour

The service was excellent. The amenities are clean, pleasing to the eye, wonderful artwork in the hotel. I did get good night sleep although there is street noise so if you’re a light sleeper, make sure you have earplugs.

Excellent service, the hotel is in great condition, very clean and close to all points of interest. The friendly and professional staff make you feel part of the family.

Great location just a block off the Zocalo and a block from the two major markets. The interior courtyard is quite lovely but the rooms themselves are a bit basic. Nothing wrong with them, just nothing special.

The hotel was a perfect location. The rooms were clean and the price was good. We stayed one night but had to move to another hotel because they infused the air with an air freshener that gave us a headache. We don’t understand while hotels use those.

Excellent! So helpful! Rafael was our waiter for breakfast and he was great! He was so accommodating and brought us coffee while we waited for the kitchen to open. We were able to order and eat with plenty of time to meet our guide for our day trip. The Racheros Catrina were very delicious!

Location: PERFECT!!! On the main walking street where there was lots of activity (processions, food, festivities) but the hotel was quiet. Our room was even better than we expected - king bed with private bath- very clean Service was exceptional. Rafael Martinez made us feel like family on the first day. If we were younger, we would plan to come back many times.

The location was perfect for getting everywhere. It was a wonderful place to come back to each day. The people were extremely nice and Rafael Brito Mtz also a great help in making us feel comfortable and informed.

Perfect for groups or families, it sleeps 7 comfortably with plenty of space to entertain, including a dining table for eight and a pool table! PLEASE BE AWARE our floating staircase has very minimal safeguards and all bedrooms are on the top floor.
The space
On the main floor we have a large dining table for eight and living room seating for six comfortably. There is a full kitchen with an appliance cabinet that has a shake blender, electric kettle, toaster, electric coffee grinder, drip coffee machine, and french press. There is filtered water that comes out cold from the fridge and ice is also made with filtered water. There is a half bath on this floor.
Downstairs we have a large television, couch, pool table, treadmill, and game table.
Upstairs we have four bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. All the king suites have televisions and two of them have small outdoor patios.
