The lobby is nice and has a welcoming feel to it. Breakfast isn't anything to shout about, but it does the job. The rooms are great and the beds are very comfy. Can't comment on price as it was booked as a part of a tour

The service was excellent. The amenities are clean, pleasing to the eye, wonderful artwork in the hotel. I did get good night sleep although there is street noise so if you’re a light sleeper, make sure you have earplugs.

We stayed at Hotel Abu for a week between Christmas and New Years 2025. We loved the comfortable room and central location. The hotel is kept very clean and we enjoyed the breakfast provided.
I want to highlight staff who were extra helpful to us as we speak very little Spanish.
We left some valuables in our room at checkout and before we discovered this staff contacted us and is helping us ship them back to us- amazing service!

This was one of the most uncomfortable hotels i have been Roos are so smal that Parisans at Presidential Suits The worst breakfast ever had I requested an extra hour to check out on a sunday our group had almost all the hotel rooms taken and the desk guy said only paying extra (50 min seating infront of him at the mini reception area

Everything was good , couple of things can make it perfect improve flushing flow in toilet and coffee pot in the room.

I've been here for ten years, at least. Not the greatest, but competitive. So we decided to spend new year's eve 2017 here. It was a joke, bad food, bad drinks, horrible service. I will never return. Avoid at all cost.
