Everything was great except for the pillows they were too flat. The room was large in spacious. The food was great.

Just a tip: please, taste the coffee… is really weak

Something I liked is that the hotel is close to the historic center but not very close that makes annoying the noise of church bells, car traffic and people early in the morning. Also, I like the breakfast in the morning, delicious food and very polite people.

Great value and nice room and good breakfast. We arrived on a Sunday so traditionally in Mexico that is a noisy nite…next nite was quiet….I recommend the hotel

Liked the staff, and the facility.

Hotel Isabel

No AC, hard mattress and flat pillows

Everyone was so nice. The room and all was clean. It did smell strongly of caulking that had not cured but that went away after the first night. No soaps or conditioners in the shower bottles.

The location was perfect and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and the Wi-Fi was adequate. Great value.

Love the closeness to everything and food options around the area. Staff was very attentive to mine and my elderly mothers needs. Will definitely be back

Front staff at the hotel are very nice, the guy that worked during our stay took such good care of us! The hotel is a little bit noisy depending on which room you have and sadly we got bed bugs in room nr 9. Front staff immediately moved us to another room, closed the room off and took in sanitation service. They also helped with facilitating laundry (but we had to pay ourselves).

Close to all and a very good price I speak Spanish, I sensed many staff did not. It was nice to have the restaurant. My room had a fan and I used it every day. It would not cost much for the hotel to put them over the beds. On Friday, Sat all the people came from Mexico city. They were lively but respectful, you could sleep. The bed was firm but comfortable. T.V reception was not good. The towels were...

Very good and very convenient. I went on a business trip in the morning. It is worth recommending. I will introduce it to my friends next time. There is airport pick-up and drop-off. The environment is very good and the service is warm. It is a must-choice at the airport.

This hotel is nice, everyone nice, luxury style room. Great location. Only problem is that the water for tub is barely warm, so it’s impossible to take a bath, it’s very odd, by the time you fill the bathtub, it’s cold again, which was a let down because I waited all week for that bathtub moment, and they have a coffee maker in the room but provide no coffee for it which is confusing. Other than that...

Clean room. Staff was very helpful. Restaurant was also great, the room service was neat. There were some nights were it was kinda noisy, but overall the stay was pleasant. They might want to reconsider the amenities quality because the soap wasn't that good. However, its not a big deal. The hotel is great and location is a plus. I highly recommend it.

Hotel La Alhondiga

The staff were friendly, but the beds and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom cleanliness leaves much to be desired, and the faucets need maintenance. The one in the sink kept flushing, and the window was difficult to close, so I didn't open it again.

Good location but not pleasant because you can hear EVERYTHING from the notes next door and they are very small.

Lovely place to be at. Not too costly and the rooms are pretty nice. if you're lucky you can have a room with a small balcony that views to the small entryway you came in! Not to mention that it's near the popular attraction. Definitely worth considering. Service is friendly!

The first impression of the hotel is pretty good: located directly at Puebla's beatiful zócalo and an entrance hall that goes well with Puebla's historic center. On the other hand, the rooms are unfortunately very poorly soundproofed and outdated. However, you pay for what you get: a decent budget hotel in the historic heart of Puebla.

Beutiful art-deco building with colonial style rooms. The servicentro usted crear Aldo. I don't give ir 5stars because some rooms até somehow Small, and The included breakfast was a joke (coffe was crear tough) You can ask for noisy or quiet rooms. Noisy ones are amazing, many street musicians start playing in The morning.

Nice enough. Huge rooms in character. I was disappointed by the bathrooms. They were modern nd functional but not in keeping with the historic vibe. The only reason to Stan the center. But other than that a solid choice.

Great location. Very large clean room. Staff was friendly. Restaurant in hotel was excellent.

When we are in Puebla, Casona de la China Poblana is our home away from home. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The upper courtyard area is fantastic. Quiet, relaxing, and with great views of nearby colonial buildings. The restaurant is also top notch, with classic Mexican breakfasts their speciality. With only about 7 rooms, this is perfect for an extended family.

Very friendly staff. No problem checking in early. Very early in fact. Love Puebla and have visited many times and ate at the restaurant here but this was the first time lodging. One of the oldest places in Puebla but had all modern facilities. A 2 minute walk to the Zocalo.

Beautiful small hotel located in the historic center. Lovely comfortable room, attentive staff, delicious breakfast.

Gorgeous Historic Hotel with Modern Comfort This is an amazing and gorgeous hotel. This historic property has been updated with modern comfort. Each room is distinct and beautiful. The location could not be better for exploring central historic Puebla by foot. The staff were gracious, helpful and absolutely lovely. If you are visiting Puebla, this is the place to stay.

Very convenient and close to everything. Clean and safe. I like the fact that there is a security at the door. Welcoming everyone., staff is very polite.

This is a fabulosos hotel! It will be my main stay for years to come. I will use any excuse to come back (last time it was Talavera shopping). The hotel is modern, edgy but elegant, and no detall is lleft without attention. Super comfortable and in the middle of everything.

Nice stay at the hotel Only complaint was that when ever you enter the room and put the key in place the tv starts blasting music. I would recomend to take that automation off.

Our room was just great, spacious. We had 5 little balconies with great views of a crafts/antiques market and beautiful streets. We had a bath tub in the room which was also great. The decor was very modern and very edgy. Many attractions and restaurants were in the walking distance. We will definitely return.

Great service I enjoyed my stay!

The hotel is centrally located on a busy street but the rooms are completely quiet. The staff was wonderful assisting with restaurant and tour recommendations. Guadalupe helped us book our bus pass to Mexico City. The rooms are very spacious, clean and renovated. The only thing we don’t care for are those fancy bath tubs because they’re challenging to get in and out. The water pressure was excellent...

The worst part about this hotel? No elevator. It's not a big deal since the hotel is only two levels. However, if you have heavy bags like we did, there is help. The place is very nice, and the breakfast was delicious. My husband really enjoyed their "Cafe de la olla" which is essentially brewed coffee, as we enjoy it here in the states. The part he enjoyed was that they flavored it with cinnamon...

Great property and beautiful rooms. The staff is helpful and everyone is nice. The location is perfect and you're in the middle of everything. I'll be back for sure! Some areas of improvement: Replace the safes or provide clearer instructions. Use better quality toiletries. The body lotion is useless and mostly water. Replace the robes. They only fit children. Thanks for a great stay!

Breakfast included, unlimited coffee all day and night. It could use updated vending machines that take cards and not just cash. SD cable TV is not great but that’s a minor thing.

The food is always good and they keep cleaning all the surfaces and area .

Only complaint was the dripping water from the air conditioner unit everything else was great.

The staff and the breakfast buffet is really good . The bathrooms need an upgrade. The bed is hard .

The hotel is convenient for my husband and me because of the location. Mube the property need update on the rooms (bathrooms) . The staff excelent.

The service and employees are great so is the breakfast buffet . Maybe little updates on the bathrooms of the rooms hotel, curtains bathroom.
