The pool was relaxing and clean , my spouse and I had massages and they were also a great experience

One of the best hotels I've stayed in Mexico. I almost gave it 4 stars because the AC wasn't working in my room but they fixed it in less than 10 minutes by sending maintenance immediately at almost midnight.

Great experience starting w good location, friendly staff, everything looks new. Cozy bed, amazing view room 707. Had breakfast and food was excellent, they even have lactose-free milk 👍

The service and hospitality was incredible. Everyone was polite and friendly and I have absolutely no complaints. The food was delicious, cleanliness was great, room service 10/10

I like that is very close to the main bus station in Puebla, but the room I got, looked more like a motel roon than a hotel room to be honest. The towels looked like they seen better days.

The staff are always friendly, helpful and provide excellent service. The hotel is always clean and what I expect as a guest. I have never had a complaint when staying at the hotel

The place is very well located, comfortable, good breakfast, but the lobby looks a bit unattended, the lobby lady's room was dirty (3 toilets and all dirty).

I really liked its location, very clean, spacious rooms and the attention of a very cordial staff, I recommend them, it has parking if they charge you, but the price you pay for the stay is worth it.

The room was a little old dated, but the service was ok, and they have new 4k smart big screen tv if you want to spent a lot of time in the hotel. Breakfast is ok, but for a week, it's to common, and same food every day.

The breakfast is a bit limited and could be improved, and the service is just OK, nothing remarkable. That said, everything else is fine, and I would still recommend it mainly because it’s clean and functional

Although the hotel is a bit far from the city center, about ten minutes' walk, the hotel environment is very comfortable, the rooms are large, and there is a swimming pool on the roof with a view of the volcano and church

I have been to three cities and this is the best. They even rolled up my charging cable, arranged my face towels, and hung my clothes. If you want to use a computer, you can also use the hotel's Apple all-in-one computer

The first night’s stay was not good and the hotel put us in a small noisy room next to the stairs and elevator. Some staff members have limited English speaking skills so misunderstandings did happen

Breakfast is not included with stay and the price is expensive to add breakfast. Housekeeping forgot to give us coffee, tea, and hair nets few times. Staffs are friendly and nice even though we had some issues

I think I have stayed at this property maybe four or five time, only one stay was not so great. I had a room that faced the highway, and the truck noise kept me up

After that I always took a room on the opposite side, something the staff was always happy to help with, and I slept like a baby

Very pintoresque!! Being a restored building but in a very charming way, makes this place unique! A restaurant is in the property but is not part of the hotel, limited parking but walking distance to downtown.

Rooftop restaurant noisy some not all nights but lots of sound in Mexico. Neighborhood always felt safe and great weekend market across the street. Clean water morning coffee for 20 pesos

The unaffiliated restaurant in front is good, but a bit noisy during business hours, so if you want more privacy, ask for a room around the back patio

Loved the colonial atmosphere and look to Al Otro Lado. The receptionist, Sheyla, was very friendly and helpful. The staff was nice and helpful

I really liked the location, 1.2 km from the city center. The best thing was that they gave us access to the pool by booking in advance. Parking is available in front of the rooms. Easy access if you have a wheelchair.

The parking is inside the facility and you can only access to it with the room key so it's pretty safe. The receptionist was really nice and helpful and there is an area where kids can play next to the pool.

The rooms are really comfortable and it's complete, it has pool and gym. The only detail it's that they charge everything separately (internet and parking lot) which makes it a bit more expensive that other options.
