Good for a Short Stay The hotel is fine if you’re in town for a quick trip. It provides the basics you need—clean rooms and a decent place to rest. The breakfast is a bit limited and could be improved, and the service is just OK, nothing remarkable. That said, everything else is fine, and I would still recommend it mainly because it’s clean and functional. A solid option for a short stay.

The hotel has a great location with many excellent restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the front desk service was excellent. However, the rooms facing the street were a bit noisy, with constant noise from cars.

The windows were completely sealed shut and couldn't be opened. The room smelled terrible when I first entered, making me dizzy. Overall it's average, about the level of the most common budget hotels in China. It's convenient for transportation and close to supporting facilities (Walmart, bars, Chinese restaurants are all nearby).

Hotel is clean and ideally located right at at large shopping mall. The staff is friendly and for breakfast they have a live cooking station where you can get your egg dishes and pancakes and such. The gym is spacious but lacks some equipment like a lat station or at least a power rack. The room is nice and clean, only the water pressure is a bit feeble.

there is a trance club nearby, you can hear music from there on Friday and Saturday until 5 am. there are a lot of dogs, they bark constantly because their owners leave them alone

Overall the hotel is nice. Where it falls down it the breakfast. The food is edible, but not great. There is room for much improvement. I have stayed at multiple One Hotels, and this has the worst breakfast of all I have stayed in. A second point is the noise from the highway. Get a room on the back side of the hotel if you are a light sleeper

I think I have stayed at this property maybe four or five time, only one stay was not so great. I had a room that faced the highway, and the truck noise kept me up. After that I always took a room on the opposite side, something the staff was always happy to help with, and I slept like a baby.

The hotel is on the edge of an industrial zone so a bit of traffic is nearby. Nothing unsettling.

Spent 12 nights at the Hilton Angelópolis for work and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Staff was excellent and the fellas manning the bar took amazing care of me. The location is near the city center and close to a university. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed is quite soft. The swimming pool was not available. There is no public transportation system nearby, so it is more convenient to drive or take a taxi.

The Hotel was Very Clean and Safe!! The location was one block away from INM where i had to go to get my permanent residency here in Mexico. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room didn't have A/C but they brought me a very nice Fan. If i ever need to go back to that area of Puebla i will be staying there again!!

The parking is inside the facility and you can only access to it with the room key so it's pretty safe. The receptionist was really nice and helpful and there is an area where kids can play next to the pool.

I really liked the location, 1.2 km from the city center. The best thing was that they gave us access to the pool by booking in advance. Parking is available in front of the rooms. Easy access if you have a wheelchair.

Great location. No A/C, but a fan is provided. Secure parking; motorcycles can tuck way into the back, but there's only room for a few cars. The facility seems to be well cared for and in good condition. The place was clean. we originally booked the room with the balcony but unfortunately it was near the busy streets and we could hear the loud traffic. we asked to be transferred to ground floor and the staff was really helpful and we got another room which was quiet and we got to sleep well.

Hotel Nube is located right near the Parian Market and within walking distance of all the tourist sites in Puebla. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and even came equipped with air conditioning. After I checked out the next day the lady at the front desk let me store my luggage behind the counter for a couple hours as I walked around the town waiting for my ride to arrive. Very nice hotel close to the Zócalo. Rooms are nice but basic, and the bathrooms are new. Lovely rooftop terrace. And the staff is excellent. They were very responsive! I would stay here again.

Close to Zocalo, EL Parian and other attractions. Great rooms, modern and an excellent roof top for some sightseeing. On a clear day, you can see the POPO volcano.
