Beautiful hotel in a good location with a view of the volcano.

WiFi connection needs to improve and they do not have a work center or a place in the room for you to work. The staff was very friendly and they offered me a table at the restaurant but it did not have a place to plug in and the WiFi was terrible.

Incredible rooms. Very sound proof. Everything is first class. It is a newer building integrated into historic structures with high quality finishing at every turn. Exceptional property. Just touching the historic district. Pleasant location. Only weakness I could find was they are about the only restaurant without a proper espresso machine. Poor me I know. Good excuse for a pre breakfast morning...

Liked that room was very quiet and very dark to sleep in. Didn't like that sinks are only 3" deep and due to unmaintained faucets, sprayed/splashed water all over our pants every time we turned on the sinks. Every though ******* filtered search for free breakfasts said this one had such, they would not honor it even though I showed them a screen print.

Hotel is very nice with a great location. Very easy to walk to major attractions. Check in was easy and they did note that there would be three people in our room and even scanned or ID’s. However, room was set up for two people. Only 2 bath towels, 2 coffee cups, 2 hand towels, 2 pair slippers, 2 bathrobes and 4 hangers in the closet. We asked for extra towels and coffee cups three times before...

Clean room, nice overall hotel. Issues with shower, uncontrollable cold-hot flow. Needed to call for simple maintenance issues. For a high end hotel, they were cheap in supplying 4 bath towels instead of just 2. Limited supply of hand bar soap and bath soap.

This was the most beautiful place my wife and I have stayed in. I had no idea it was as nice as it was

Breakfast was great, and the location was excellent.

Excellent option to stay in downtown, great location for visiting major points of interest and museums. The staff is very friendly.

The place is very well located, comfortable, good breakfast, but the lobby looks a bit unattended, the lobby lady's room was dirty (3 toilets and all dirty).

We had a few things like the security box was broken , some fluid running water during many hours and rare sounds like guns in the very early morning.

The location is great ,staff is very friendly and helpful, great parking. Hotel rules and policies limits staff for guests needs . Unfortunate batrooms had some mold, sinks with a yellow rim,bathroom black rims, water gets out of shower and make a big poodle in the outside, dirty furniture

Everything was perfect; the best part was the breakfast (buffet)

Lots of potential: close to the downtown square, restaurants and other points of interest. The restaurant in the premises is good, but a bit noisy. So if you are not eating there, the noise level is high.

Not great for holiday, just fine for quick stay. Parking is not in the property, it is close but it is need it to the staff to open the gate, at night is not ideal. Hotel have several not hotel restaurantes inside the hotel and they are too loud. Again, not for holiday only for quick stay.

Very pintoresque!! Being a restored building but in a very charming way, makes this place unique! A restaurant is in the property but is not part of the hotel, limited parking but walking distance to downtown.

It’s in a good location but the staff wasn’t very nice

Loved the colonial atmosphere and look to Al Otro Lado. The receptionist, Sheyla, was very friendly and helpful. The staff was nice and helpful. The unaffiliated restaurant in front is good, but a bit noisy during business hours, so if you want more privacy, ask for a room around the back patio.

Relaxing place Nice people. Old convent converted rooms. Very nice. Comfortable beds and linens. Rooftop restaurant noisy some not all nights but lots of sound in Mexico. Neighborhood always felt safe and great weekend market across the street. Clean water morning coffee for 20 pesos. All good

The hotel has been nicely remodeled since my last stay there about 9 months ago. Very nice enhancements without losing its charm. There now an Italian restaurant on the premises which upgrades the dining options without leaving the hotel. This is my favorite place to stay when I go to Puebla very year

Despite the central location rooms face inner courtyards and are very quiet. We stayed at recently renovated room 322 and it was excellent.

Very nice hotel to stay. Very clean and the staff is very friendly. It is next to the Zocalo. Excellent choice for pleasure or business trip.

I needed to wait 15 minutes after 3 p.m., when I arrived, to get a key. I could hear the sound from other rooms and the chatting of housekeepers at the hall. The room wasn't something remarkable, but was ok.

Staff were generally speaking polite and helpful. The buffet breakfast i guess the staff got overwhelmed because many soccer players were in the hotel due to a tournament. Rather than that all was good

We have such a great time with the kids. Great breakfast, nice pool to play a little bit, they gave us a welcome drink at the check inn. The rool was clean and full amenities, extra pillows, coffee maker, staff friendly, game station was an extra.

The pillows were extremely comfortable and so was the bed. The quality of the food provided at breakfast could be improved.

I loved the hotel, it has a pool table and PCs, Xbox Series S available to relax, the bar is good they make delicious mojitos hehe 😅, highly recommended, I would come back, it also has a charger for electric cars, in case that information helps anyone ℹ️

It's my favorite hotel in Puebla. It's a beautiful hacienda-style hotel in a very private and peaceful location. The facilities are gorgeous, the service is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. They also have a lovely restaurant with great service and excellent food. The staff is incredibly kind and efficient. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, clean, and quiet.

The hotel was perfectly reasonable and our room (junior suite) was on the roof so was quiet for most of the stay. The stairs to the room were unlit and we couldn’t find the switch. First time here, came for a wedding. Staff was warm, friendly, and very helpful. The architecture of the building was beautiful and Unique. The zocalo is a beautiful area and we were lucky enough to be there when they had decorated for dia de los muertas. We had a wonderful stay overall!

Fantastic hostel. Genuinely friendly staff, spacious rooms, superb location, make sure to check the chill area on the 2nd floor. Only spent one night, will gladly return.

Dorms are nice and comfortable bed and pillows with curtains. Its sociable and we enjoyed our stay here. The shower head in our room could do with replacing. Most of the water goes onto the wall wasting it and makes the shower not as good.

My stay at Casa Pepe was absolutely incredible! The activities were so much fun and really enhanced the experience. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The rooms are a backpacker’s dream, complete with a plug, light, and curtain for privacy, plus the en-suite bathrooms are a real bonus. The hostel is clean, has a great bar and restaurant, and there are always promotions happening...

I loved everything about this hostel. Location is perfect, staff is absolutely lovely and the private room I had booked was gorgeous. It really deserves the title Boutique Hostel! Will definitely stay here again if I ever make it back to Puebla.

I would 100% stay here again. You absolutely can’t beat the location. Our room was spacious and we had a balcony. The AC worked very well. Just keep in mind that if water pressure is very important for you, this is not the place for that. :) Also, your door key gets passed around a lot (cleaning person, etc). I think the Meson is such a unique property. It was very comfortable. The staff was so friendly and very helpful. Despite being on a main street, it was very quiet at night. We thoroughly enjoyed it. I would highly recommend it. I look forward to my next stay there.
