Lovely place to be at. Not too costly and the rooms are pretty nice. if you're lucky you can have a room with a small balcony that views to the small entryway you came in! Not to mention that it's near the popular attraction. Definitely worth considering. Service is friendly!

The staff were friendly, but the beds and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom cleanliness leaves much to be desired, and the faucets need maintenance. The one in the sink kept flushing, and the window was difficult to close, so I didn't open it again.

Good location but not pleasant because you can hear EVERYTHING from the notes next door and they are very small.

It's a hotel with history and charm. Right in the center of Puebla, across from the Plaza de Armas and the Cathedral. Its rooms are comfortable without great luxuries, but practical for what you'll be using them for: sleeping. It's a group hotel, so there's a constant flow of young people, families, and seniors. It's also a very inclusive, diverse hotel with equal treatment. Its manager, Bety, is a lovely person and always willing to provide the best service. Ls Alhondiga is a great option for when you travel to Puebla. I recommend it #TravelWithPride 🏳️🌈♿️🏳️⚧️

The first impression of the hotel is pretty good: located directly at Puebla's beatiful zócalo and an entrance hall that goes well with Puebla's historic center. On the other hand, the rooms are unfortunately very poorly soundproofed and outdated. However, you pay for what you get: a decent budget hotel in the historic heart of Puebla.

Extremely dated. No hot water, we had to change rooms 3 times to get a room with hot water. Even so, the water flow was just like a tap from the top. Our friend's room couldn't flush. The only good point is it's location but that said, there are SO MANY better hotels around the area. There's a difference between intentionally looking old and not renovating in ages.

Beutiful art-deco building with colonial style rooms. The servicentro usted crear Aldo. I don't give ir 5stars because some rooms até somehow Small, and The included breakfast was a joke (coffe was crear tough) You can ask for noisy or quiet rooms. Noisy ones are amazing, many street musicians start playing in The morning.
