Tradicional comodidad yexpeiencia del Fiesta América Puebla

Great experience starting w good location, friendly staff, everything looks new. Cozy bed, amazing view room 707. Had breakfast and food was excellent, they even have lactose-free milk 👍

Breakfast, both the buffet and to upstairs continental were awesome.

Loved how the whole hotel smelled everywhere since you first walked in

The service and hospitality was incredible. Everyone was polite and friendly and I have absolutely no complaints. The food was delicious, cleanliness was great, room service 10/10. The pool was relaxing and clean , my spouse and I had massages and they were also a great experience.

GREAT HOTEL! AMAZING LOCATION IN ANGELOPOLIS AND CLOSE TO SHOPPING MALL AND RESTAURANTS

The staff very courteous, service room was excellent

great facility, affordable and breakfast buffet is amazing

I love it my stay there and I would recommend 100%percent

I have stayed her multiple times and the service, quality, and staff are always the same. This is my go to hotel when I need to stay at a hotel in the area. The staff are always friendly, helpful and provide excellent service. The hotel is always clean and what I expect as a guest. I have never had a complaint when staying at the hotel. The times I have eaten at the restaurant has always been...

All the personnel was superb. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and has a unique view.

Always great place to stay. Whenever I stay in Puebla this is my go to place. Conveniently located next to CAPU.

Breakfast was great, and the location was excellent.

Excellent option to stay in downtown, great location for visiting major points of interest and museums. The staff is very friendly.

The place is very well located, comfortable, good breakfast, but the lobby looks a bit unattended, the lobby lady's room was dirty (3 toilets and all dirty).

We had a few things like the security box was broken , some fluid running water during many hours and rare sounds like guns in the very early morning.

The location is great ,staff is very friendly and helpful, great parking. Hotel rules and policies limits staff for guests needs . Unfortunate batrooms had some mold, sinks with a yellow rim, bathroom black rims, water gets out of shower and make a big poodle in the outside, dirty furniture

Everything was perfect; the best part was the breakfast (buffet)

This hotel has a great location, and the rooms are super clean and big. The service is amazing from the moment you get there, and the breakfast is seriously good. Everything's fresh and they keep refilling it. I totally recommend this place!

Good for a Short Stay The hotel is fine if you’re in town for a quick trip. It provides the basics you need—clean rooms and a decent place to rest. The breakfast is a bit limited and could be improved, and the service is just OK, nothing remarkable. That said, everything else is fine, and I would still recommend it mainly because it’s clean and functional. A solid option for a short stay.

This is a busy hotel for good reason. Room clean and spacious. Staff helpful and professional. Comfortable bed. Good wifi albeit with occasional hiccups. Fabulous breakfast included with room reservation. Real hangers in closet. I'm glad I didn't pay extra for a city-view room because if those windows were like my room's windows, I would have been unhappy trying to see through grime-clouded glass....

Everything was more than fine. The early teen soccer group that checked in on the last night was absolutely NOT fine. Loud, obnoxious kids. This is really not the hotel's fault but still...

The hotel has a great location with many excellent restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the front desk service was excellent. However, the rooms facing the street were a bit noisy, with constant noise from cars.

The windows were completely sealed shut and couldn't be opened. The room smelled terrible when I first entered, making me dizzy. It took a while to feel a little better after the air conditioner had been running for a long time and the door was left open. The elevator was also very old and slow. The bathroom didn't have a shower curtain, so after showering, the entire floor was soaked and wouldn...

The first night’s stay was not good and the hotel put us in a small noisy room next to the stairs and elevator. Some staff members have limited English speaking skills so misunderstandings did happen. Breakfast is not included with stay and the price is expensive to add breakfast. Housekeeping forgot to give us coffee, tea, and hair nets few times. Staffs are friendly and nice even though we had some...

The room is clean and the location is good. The room is clean and the location is good. The room is clean and the location is good. The room is clean and the location is good. The room is clean and the location is good. The room is clean and the location is good.

there is a trance club nearby, you can hear music from there on Friday and Saturday until 5 am. there are a lot of dogs, they bark constantly because their owners leave them alone

Very good hotel with good breakfast! I would definitely stay here again...

Very Good breakfast. Perfect hotel.

All perfect. Very comfortable rooms with no outside noise. I will definitely return :)

We like the service in general, and the hotel is really comfortable and is good looking.

A wonderful stay. The loft-style suites are on a different level. Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience!! Beautiful, spacious suites and a wonderful visit, excellent service, warmth and humane attitude, a rich breakfast.

I had a good experience. Nice, clean and spacious. Centric location, about 20-30 min. from major destinations.

Room service & customer service are great no complaints 👌 👍. I'm picky when it comes to cleanliness.. beds are clean the room is also keep well maintained .. my only downfall was the AC vents needed cleaning in overall , I would come back again here. Most definitely recommend it 👌.

Best hotel in puebla great services excellent rooms clean and kind people

Nice hotel, very convenient location in a mall. Needs to upgrade their amenities.

The hotel ia very nice, clean, practical. Rooms are comfortable. Staff is very nice.

The staff was very courteous and accommodating to me. The location was perfect with a nice variety restaurants near by. The views from the room and hallways was amazing. The room was also kept cery clean.

Sink was a little bit uncomfortable. Other than that all was good.

Great property stay a secound time i chose it for been in a great area and parking

Outstanding location very cool hotel for the price excellent!

Large rooms, with comfy beds and big bathrooms. Great view of the volcanoes. Indoor pool is nice.

Staff was very friendly, room was spacious

Best Stay since a long time I loved the whole stay

Parking was enclosed and the breakfast menu had different options daily

I love the way it was so clean and the pool is indoor great for families and the black out curtains amazing we slept in late

Hotel was great, room service and concierge were wow....

Great service at breakfast time. Señor Alfonso was always ready to help. Gracias Señor Alfonso and the rest of the staff.

Breakfast Buffet EXCELLENT. Lots of night live activities around. Commercial center just behind. Check-in delayed 30 minutes; room was not ready. Shower drain clogged, very uncomfortable.

Excellent stay Very kind and nice service. Next to everything you need, from restaurants, bars and a Walmart.

Lack of beer options,no limes for a nice gin and tonic, however server was very attentive.

Good hotel close to supermarkets, shops, a casino and more. Room was spacious and comfortable with a nice view but the window could not be opened. The breakfast was very good with a good choice of different kind of food. Unfortunately the pool area was under maintenance.

Excellent hotel, good service, the staff cares about their customers, presents a very good atmosphere

Hotel is clean and ideally located right at at large shopping mall. The staff is friendly and for breakfast they have a live cooking station where you can get your egg dishes and pancakes and such. The gym is spacious but lacks some equipment like a lat station or at least a power rack. The room is nice and clean, only the water pressure is a bit feeble.

We always love staying at the Fiesta Inn—especially the Fiesta Inn Express Puebla Explanada! The location is perfect, with so many fun things to do at the mall for the whole family. Our boys could spend hours in the indoor pool, while we adults appreciate the super comfortable beds and cozy bedding. And of course, the free breakfast is always a hit! The only thing we wish for is a mini fridge in the...

Very secure place, great options for food and play. I recommend it for a family get away.

Staff was friendly Hotel was awesome with everything in walking distance. WiFi could be a little faster but does the job.

Clean. Breakfast was great. A lot to do with the kids. I wish the rooms were a bit more spacious and wish the water had more pressure while washing hands.

I liked the fact that breakfast was included and it was close to where my mom lives.

Beautiful hotel in a good location with a view of the volcano.

WiFi connection needs to improve and they do not have a work center or a place in the room for you to work. The staff was very friendly and they offered me a table at the restaurant but it did not have a place to plug in and the WiFi was terrible.

Incredible rooms. Very sound proof. Everything is first class. It is a newer building integrated into historic structures with high quality finishing at every turn. Exceptional property. Just touching the historic district. Pleasant location. Only weakness I could find was they are about the only restaurant without a proper espresso machine. Poor me I know. Good excuse for a pre breakfast morning...

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, and nice rooms in a good location.

Staff was fantastic, room was spotless and extremely comfortable

Food is great and the staff is great. Had a great massage with Dani. Think she fixed my back! My 3rd or 4th time here, I'll be back...

It's good for a night or two. Basic but comfy and with breakfast included. The bees option for a fast business trip.

Overall the hotel is nice. Where it falls down it the breakfast. The food is edible, but not great. There is room for much improvement. I have stayed at multiple One Hotels, and this has the worst breakfast of all I have stayed in. A second point is the noise from the highway. Get a room on the back side of the hotel if you are a light sleeper

Noice from the nearby freeway, to loud. not a good resting place if you need to rest

Excellent staff and accomodations.

I think I have stayed at this property maybe four or five time, only one stay was not so great. I had a room that faced the highway, and the truck noise kept me up. After that I always took a room on the opposite side, something the staff was always happy to help with, and I slept like a baby.

The hotel is on the edge of an industrial zone so a bit of traffic is nearby. Nothing unsettling.

The staff is always wonderful, I love waking up in such a beautiful property!

The structure was the original building with a few upgrades loved the building

Take care wirh Chile en Nogada, I tried it and had a terrible gastrointestinal infection

The hotel has been nicely remodeled since my last stay there about 9 months ago. Very nice enhancements without losing its charm. There now an Italian restaurant on the premises which upgrades the dining options without leaving the hotel. This is my favorite place to stay when I go to Puebla very year

Despite the central location rooms face inner courtyards and are very quiet. We stayed at recently renovated room 322 and it was excellent.

Very nice hotel to stay. Very clean and the staff is very friendly. It is next to the Zocalo. Excellent choice for pleasure or business trip.

I needed to wait 15 minutes after 3 p.m., when I arrived, to get a key. I could hear the sound from other rooms and the chatting of housekeepers at the hall. The room wasn't something remarkable, but was ok.

Staff were generally speaking polite and helpful. The buffet breakfast i guess the staff got overwhelmed because many soccer players were in the hotel due to a tournament. Rather than that all was good

We have such a great time with the kids. Great breakfast, nice pool to play a little bit, they gave us a welcome drink at the check inn. The rool was clean and full amenities, extra pillows, coffee maker, staff friendly, game station was an extra.

The pillows were extremely comfortable and so was the bed. The quality of the food provided at breakfast could be improved.

I loved the hotel, it has a pool table and PCs, Xbox Series S available to relax, the bar is good they make delicious mojitos hehe 😅, highly recommended, I would come back, it also has a charger for electric cars, in case that information helps anyone ℹ️

The hotel is beautiful and confortable but the location is bad. The rooms are clean and confortable we take a good rest

It's my favorite hotel in Puebla. It's a beautiful hacienda-style hotel in a very private and peaceful location. The facilities are gorgeous, the service is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. They also have a lovely restaurant with great service and excellent food. The staff is incredibly kind and efficient. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, clean, and quiet.

Great location, clean room and great staff

Excellent hotel decor. Highly recommended.

Good service and location, great environment. But it's waird there's no refrigerator....

Some staff in front desk could be a little nicer

Is a Nice renewed hotel, but they dont provide toilerys at room and charge for a low cost tooth brush and a tiny toothpaste even that I am an HiltonHonnors member

Lots of potential: close to the downtown square, restaurants and other points of interest. The restaurant in the premises is good, but a bit noisy. So if you are not eating there, the noise level is high.

Not great for holiday, just fine for quick stay. Parking is not in the property, it is close but it is need it to the staff to open the gate, at night is not ideal. Hotel have several not hotel restaurantes inside the hotel and they are too loud. Again, not for holiday only for quick stay.

Very pintoresque!! Being a restored building but in a very charming way, makes this place unique! A restaurant is in the property but is not part of the hotel, limited parking but walking distance to downtown.

It’s in a good location but the staff wasn’t very nice

Loved the colonial atmosphere and look to Al Otro Lado. The receptionist, Sheyla, was very friendly and helpful. The staff was nice and helpful. The unaffiliated restaurant in front is good, but a bit noisy during business hours, so if you want more privacy, ask for a room around the back patio.

Relaxing place Nice people. Old convent converted rooms. Very nice. Comfortable beds and linens. Rooftop restaurant noisy some not all nights but lots of sound in Mexico. Neighborhood always felt safe and great weekend market across the street. Clean water morning coffee for 20 pesos. All good

We stay here every year for Christmas/new Year. Great hotel, great service, great location

It was good, the bedsheets were stained and the furniture worn out, but it wa ok

I’d like to bring to your attention an incident I observed at the breakfast station in the terminal on the 14th morning While ordering an omelet, I noticed that the cook preparing food was using her bare hands to pick up ingredients and mix them with the eggs. When I politely asked why gloves weren’t being used, the cook responded simply, “I don’t use.” I expressed my concern that this practice...

Safe, clean and friendly staff and always accommodating to my need. That is the reason I always stay at this place during my travel.

I really liked this hotel, much better than the Courtyard next door. The hotel staff was always supportive and everything was clean. The only thing that could do better is the pool and the pool area. Other than that, everything was great.

This Property is Great, Clean and very quiet. There’s a lot of conveniences. A mall next door. And Staff is Great.

Very clean very nice. It was a quick over night The staff is friendly and helpful.

Amazing service from all employees

This is absolutely beautiful hotel and you won't have regrets. I've booked junior suite with jacuzzi in the room and it didn't disappointed me. The breakfast was truly nice, buffet with sorts of fruit, drinks, coffee, lactose free milk. And the chef who can make you fresh omelettes. The pianist was here daily downstairs and playing for guests. I am highly recommending this hotel.

Comfortable beds, coffee maker, walk in shower, refrigerator, and big screen TV. Not a complaint, but an observation--the only down side to our stay was limited food service during the beginning of the week, but there are restaurants neaby.

Excellent experience at the Hotel JF Grand in Puebla. I was here for a month for a work trip and it became like a second home. I'm grateful to the staff for their hard work and level of detail. The hotel is located in a safe area with lots of restaurants, bars, and shops down Avenida Juarez. The rooms are nice with high quality beds. There's a hotel bar and the food is amazing. Definitely recommend...

Excellent place with Excellent staff. Super friendly and attentive. Rooms looks exactly like the photo. Highly recommended it

It was super nice, the staff were very attentive and polite, and the place was very clean and tidy. It also has many amenities. We would definitely go back!

The Hotel was Very Clean and Safe!! The location was one block away from INM where i had to go to get my permanent residency here in Mexico. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room didn't have A/C but they brought me a very nice Fan. If i ever need to go back to that area of Puebla i will be staying there again!!

Everything was good, the only thing it doesn’t have A/C

The parking is inside the facility and you can only access to it with the room key so it's pretty safe. The receptionist was really nice and helpful and there is an area where kids can play next to the pool.

I really liked the location, 1.2 km from the city center. The best thing was that they gave us access to the pool by booking in advance. Parking is available in front of the rooms. Easy access if you have a wheelchair.

Everything is very good, only that the bedroom or manager enters your room even when you are inside.

We loved the locations of this hotel! The room was nice, clean and big!

We enjoyed this hotel. It was close to Centro, great staff and a comfortable room. It was all we needed for our visit to Puebla!

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, SUPER comfy beds.

The staff was very helpful. The room was clean but

This hotel is nice, everyone nice, luxury style room. Great location. Only problem is that the water for tub is barely warm, so it’s impossible to take a bath, it’s very odd, by the time you fill the bathtub, it’s cold again, which was a let down because I waited all week for that bathtub moment, and they have a coffee maker in the room but provide no coffee for it which is confusing. Other than that...

Clean room. Staff was very helpful. Restaurant was also great, the room service was neat. There were some nights were it was kinda noisy, but overall the stay was pleasant. They might want to reconsider the amenities quality because the soap wasn't that good. However, its not a big deal. The hotel is great and location is a plus. I highly recommend it.
