Great experience starting w good location, friendly staff, everything looks new. Cozy bed, amazing view room 707. Had breakfast and food was excellent, they even have lactose-free milk 👍

Breakfast Buffet EXCELLENT. Lots of night live activities around. Commercial center just behind. Check-in delayed 30 minutes; room was not ready. Shower drain clogged, very uncomfortable.

Excellent stay Very kind and nice service. Next to everything you need, from restaurants, bars and a Walmart.

Lack of beer options,no limes for a nice gin and tonic, however server was very attentive.

Good hotel close to supermarkets, shops, a casino and more. Room was spacious and comfortable with a nice view but the window could not be opened. The breakfast was very good with a good choice of different kind of food. Unfortunately the pool area was under maintenance.

WiFi connection needs to improve and they do not have a work center or a place in the room for you to work. The staff was very friendly and they offered me a table at the restaurant but it did not have a place to plug in and the WiFi was terrible.

Incredible rooms. Very sound proof. Everything is first class. It is a newer building integrated into historic structures with high quality finishing at every turn. Exceptional property. Just touching the historic district. Pleasant location. Only weakness I could find was they are about the only restaurant without a proper espresso machine. Poor me I know. Good excuse for a pre breakfast morning...

It's my favorite hotel in Puebla. It's a beautiful hacienda-style hotel in a very private and peaceful location. The facilities are gorgeous, the service is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. They also have a lovely restaurant with great service and excellent food. The staff is incredibly kind and efficient. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, clean, and quiet.

Is a Nice renewed hotel, but they dont provide toilerys at room and charge for a low cost tooth brush and a tiny toothpaste even that I am an HiltonHonnors member

It's good for a night or two. Basic but comfy and with breakfast included. The bees option for a fast business trip.

Overall the hotel is nice. Where it falls down it the breakfast. The food is edible, but not great. There is room for much improvement. I have stayed at multiple One Hotels, and this has the worst breakfast of all I have stayed in. A second point is the noise from the highway. Get a room on the back side of the hotel if you are a light sleeper

Excellent staff and accomodations.

I think I have stayed at this property maybe four or five time, only one stay was not so great. I had a room that faced the highway, and the truck noise kept me up. After that I always took a room on the opposite side, something the staff was always happy to help with, and I slept like a baby.

The hotel is on the edge of an industrial zone so a bit of traffic is nearby. Nothing unsettling.

The hotel has been nicely remodeled since my last stay there about 9 months ago. Very nice enhancements without losing its charm. There now an Italian restaurant on the premises which upgrades the dining options without leaving the hotel. This is my favorite place to stay when I go to Puebla very year

Despite the central location rooms face inner courtyards and are very quiet. We stayed at recently renovated room 322 and it was excellent.

This hotel is nice, everyone nice, luxury style room. Great location. Only problem is that the water for tub is barely warm, so it’s impossible to take a bath, it’s very odd, by the time you fill the bathtub, it’s cold again, which was a let down because I waited all week for that bathtub moment, and they have a coffee maker in the room but provide no coffee for it which is confusing. Other than that...

Clean room. Staff was very helpful. Restaurant was also great, the room service was neat. There were some nights were it was kinda noisy, but overall the stay was pleasant. They might want to reconsider the amenities quality because the soap wasn't that good. However, its not a big deal. The hotel is great and location is a plus. I highly recommend it.

Room service & customer service are great no complaints 👌 👍. I'm picky when it comes to cleanliness.. beds are clean the room is also keep well maintained .. my only downfall was the AC vents needed cleaning in overall , I would come back again here. Most definitely recommend it 👌.

Noisy room next to nightclub and toilet has a bad smell

The hotel was perfectly reasonable and our room (junior suite) was on the roof so was quiet for most of the stay. The stairs to the room were unlit and we couldn’t find the switch. We asked the staff on the first night to switch it on but it wasn’t switched on on the second night, so not ideal. We had to ask for our free drink and when it was given we weren’t allowed - it seemed - to drink it at the...

First time here, came for a wedding. Staff was warm, friendly, and very helpful. The architecture of the building was beautiful and Unique. The zocalo is a beautiful area and we were lucky enough to be there when they had decorated for dia de los muertas. We had a wonderful stay overall!

The property was very clean, close to the main attraction, the staff was very friendly.

Liked that room was very quiet and very dark to sleep in. Didn't like that sinks are only 3" deep and due to unmaintained faucets, sprayed/splashed water all over our pants every time we turned on the sinks. Every though ******* filtered search for free breakfasts said this one had such, they would not honor it even though I showed them a screen print.

Hotel is very nice with a great location. Very easy to walk to major attractions. Check in was easy and they did note that there would be three people in our room and even scanned or ID’s. However, room was set up for two people. Only 2 bath towels, 2 coffee cups, 2 hand towels, 2 pair slippers, 2 bathrobes and 4 hangers in the closet. We asked for extra towels and coffee cups three times before...

Clean room, nice overall hotel. Issues with shower, uncontrollable cold-hot flow. Needed to call for simple maintenance issues. For a high end hotel, they were cheap in supplying 4 bath towels instead of just 2. Limited supply of hand bar soap and bath soap.
