NH Puebla Centro Histórico

Puebla, Calle 5 Sur #105, Col. Centro (in the centre) 🧭

Breakfast was great, and the location was excellent.

Excellent option to stay in downtown, great location for visiting major points of interest and museums. The staff is very friendly.

The place is very well located, comfortable, good breakfast, but the lobby looks a bit unattended, the lobby lady's room was dirty (3 toilets and all dirty).

We had a few things like the security box was broken , some fluid running water during many hours and rare sounds like guns in the very early morning.

The location is great ,staff is very friendly and helpful, great parking. Hotel rules and policies limits staff for guests needs . Unfortunate batrooms had some mold, sinks with a yellow rim, bathroom black rims, water gets out of shower and make a big poodle in the outside, dirty furniture

Everything was perfect; the best part was the breakfast (buffet)

Four Points by Sheraton Hotel

Puebla, Blvd. Hermanos Serdán 102, Real del Monte (45 min from centre) 🧭

The first night’s stay was not good and the hotel put us in a small noisy room next to the stairs and elevator. Some staff members have limited English speaking skills so misunderstandings did happen. Breakfast is not included with stay and the price is expensive to add breakfast. Housekeeping forgot to give us coffee, tea, and hair nets few times. Staffs are friendly and nice even though we had some...

The room is clean and the location is good. The room is clean and the location is good. The room is clean and the location is good. The room is clean and the location is good. The room is clean and the location is good. The room is clean and the location is good.

there is a trance club nearby, you can hear music from there on Friday and Saturday until 5 am. there are a lot of dogs, they bark constantly because their owners leave them alone

Very good hotel with good breakfast! I would definitely stay here again...

Very Good breakfast. Perfect hotel.

All perfect. Very comfortable rooms with no outside noise. I will definitely return :)

Camino Real Puebla Angelopolis

Puebla, Boulevard Atlixcayotl Km 5 (7 km from centre) 🧭

We like the service in general, and the hotel is really comfortable and is good looking.

A wonderful stay. The loft-style suites are on a different level. Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience!! Beautiful, spacious suites and a wonderful visit, excellent service, warmth and humane attitude, a rich breakfast.

I had a good experience. Nice, clean and spacious. Centric location, about 20-30 min. from major destinations.

Room service & customer service are great no complaints 👌 👍. I'm picky when it comes to cleanliness.. beds are clean the room is also keep well maintained .. my only downfall was the AC vents needed cleaning in overall , I would come back again here. Most definitely recommend it 👌.

Best hotel in puebla great services excellent rooms clean and kind people

Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Puebla

Puebla, Av Osa Menor 4-2do, Reserva Territorial A, 72830 Tlaskalansingo, Shtat Puebla, Meksika (7 km from centre) 🧭

Minimalistic room great for a quick trip to the city, clean and convenient

Front desk help was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However I didn't like the towels, they were very old and needed to be replaced. Also, my pillow wasn't comfortable and I had to request another one which the hotel provided to me. Breakfast is good and buffet type but if you want pancakes or other special breakfast items you have to pay about 3 dollars more. This hotel is far away from...

The room was clean and hygienic.

I used for 1 night and it was perfect I used just for 1 night. And it was just perfect fot what i needed it for

Good for short business trips The only I really do no like was the bath towel. it is like a piece of cloth instead of felling thick thick cotton sensation A possible improvement could be Offering tissues and at least one drawer for cloth

Very nice bedroom. Very clean.

Quinta Real Puebla

Puebla, Av. 7 Poniente 103 Col. Centro (in the centre) 🧭

The staff is always wonderful, I love waking up in such a beautiful property!

The structure was the original building with a few upgrades loved the building

Take care wirh Chile en Nogada, I tried it and had a terrible gastrointestinal infection

The hotel has been nicely remodeled since my last stay there about 9 months ago. Very nice enhancements without losing its charm. There now an Italian restaurant on the premises which upgrades the dining options without leaving the hotel. This is my favorite place to stay when I go to Puebla very year

Despite the central location rooms face inner courtyards and are very quiet. We stayed at recently renovated room 322 and it was excellent.

Very nice hotel to stay. Very clean and the staff is very friendly. It is next to the Zocalo. Excellent choice for pleasure or business trip.

Ramada Encore by Wyndham Puebla

Puebla, Lateral del Anillo Periferico (11 km from centre) 🧭

I needed to wait 15 minutes after 3 p.m., when I arrived, to get a key. I could hear the sound from other rooms and the chatting of housekeepers at the hall. The room wasn't something remarkable, but was ok.

Staff were generally speaking polite and helpful. The buffet breakfast i guess the staff got overwhelmed because many soccer players were in the hotel due to a tournament. Rather than that all was good

We have such a great time with the kids. Great breakfast, nice pool to play a little bit, they gave us a welcome drink at the check inn. The rool was clean and full amenities, extra pillows, coffee maker, staff friendly, game station was an extra.

The pillows were extremely comfortable and so was the bed. The quality of the food provided at breakfast could be improved.

I loved the hotel, it has a pool table and PCs, Xbox Series S available to relax, the bar is good they make delicious mojitos hehe 😅, highly recommended, I would come back, it also has a charger for electric cars, in case that information helps anyone ℹ️

The hotel is beautiful and confortable but the location is bad. The rooms are clean and confortable we take a good rest

MM Grand Hotel Puebla, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Puebla, Blvd. Atlixco 4303 (60 min from centre) 🧭

It's my favorite hotel in Puebla. It's a beautiful hacienda-style hotel in a very private and peaceful location. The facilities are gorgeous, the service is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. They also have a lovely restaurant with great service and excellent food. The staff is incredibly kind and efficient. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, clean, and quiet.

Great location, clean room and great staff

Excellent hotel decor. Highly recommended.

Good service and location, great environment. But it's waird there's no refrigerator....

Some staff in front desk could be a little nicer

Is a Nice renewed hotel, but they dont provide toilerys at room and charge for a low cost tooth brush and a tiny toothpaste even that I am an HiltonHonnors member

Collection O Al otro lado del rio, Puebla

Puebla, 3 Oriente 1030 Barrio de Analco (in the centre) 🧭

Lots of potential: close to the downtown square, restaurants and other points of interest. The restaurant in the premises is good, but a bit noisy. So if you are not eating there, the noise level is high.

Not great for holiday, just fine for quick stay. Parking is not in the property, it is close but it is need it to the staff to open the gate, at night is not ideal. Hotel have several not hotel restaurantes inside the hotel and they are too loud. Again, not for holiday only for quick stay.

Very pintoresque!! Being a restored building but in a very charming way, makes this place unique! A restaurant is in the property but is not part of the hotel, limited parking but walking distance to downtown.

It’s in a good location but the staff wasn’t very nice

Loved the colonial atmosphere and look to Al Otro Lado. The receptionist, Sheyla, was very friendly and helpful. The staff was nice and helpful. The unaffiliated restaurant in front is good, but a bit noisy during business hours, so if you want more privacy, ask for a room around the back patio.

Relaxing place Nice people. Old convent converted rooms. Very nice. Comfortable beds and linens. Rooftop restaurant noisy some not all nights but lots of sound in Mexico. Neighborhood always felt safe and great weekend market across the street. Clean water morning coffee for 20 pesos. All good

Hotel Gilfer Puebla Centro Histórico

Puebla, Av 2 Oriente #11, Colonia Centro (in the centre) 🧭

Lots of nearby shopping and was close to a lot popular tourist attractions. The center was only 3 minute walk and the hotel had a great view of the church.

Everything was clean. I was very comfortable.

Clean and friendly space. Great turistic places

It’s a good place to do a ENARM

The internet did not work the whole time. The mainstreet can be very noise.

EXCELENTE UBICACIÓN CON ESTACIONAMIENTO. NO HABÍA AGUA CALIENTE TODO EL DÍA. LA HABITACIÓN AMPLIA CON EXCELENTE VISTA, PERO MALA ILUMINACION Y NO LIMPIAN BAJO LAS CAMAS

El Sueño Hotel & Spa

Puebla, 9 Oriente No. 12 Centro Histórico (in the centre) 🧭

Noisy room next to nightclub and toilet has a bad smell

The hotel was perfectly reasonable and our room (junior suite) was on the roof so was quiet for most of the stay. The stairs to the room were unlit and we couldn’t find the switch. We asked the staff on the first night to switch it on but it wasn’t switched on on the second night, so not ideal. We had to ask for our free drink and when it was given we weren’t allowed - it seemed - to drink it at the...

First time here, came for a wedding. Staff was warm, friendly, and very helpful. The architecture of the building was beautiful and Unique. The zocalo is a beautiful area and we were lucky enough to be there when they had decorated for dia de los muertas. We had a wonderful stay overall!

Beautiful, quiet, clean boutique hotel very close to Zócalo de Puebla. Always my “go-to” stay whenever in Puebla

Incredible stay! The attend to detail and wonderfully friendly staff made my trip one to remember

The property was very clean, close to the main attraction, the staff was very friendly.

Casa Pepe Hostel Boutique - Puebla

Puebla, Calle 3 Oriente Num. 627 (in the centre) 🧭

Fantastic hostel. Genuinely friendly staff, spacious rooms, superb location, make sure to check the chill area on the 2nd floor. Only spent one night, will gladly return.

Dorms are nice and comfortable bed and pillows with curtains. Its sociable and we enjoyed our stay here. The shower head in our room could do with replacing. Most of the water goes onto the wall wasting it and makes the shower not as good.

My stay at Casa Pepe was absolutely incredible! The activities were so much fun and really enhanced the experience. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The rooms are a backpacker’s dream, complete with a plug, light, and curtain for privacy, plus the en-suite bathrooms are a real bonus. The hostel is clean, has a great bar and restaurant, and there are always promotions happening...

I loved everything about this hostel. Location is perfect, staff is absolutely lovely and the private room I had booked was gorgeous. It really deserves the title Boutique Hostel! Will definitely stay here again if I ever make it back to Puebla.

Stayed at tons of hostels and hotels here in Mexico as of my visits. But it’s super rare to see the entire team to be this nice and welcoming. Best hostel in Puebla fosho as they advertise it. Memo, Ale, Julian, Lupita, Diego and Kolya Thanking for your hospitality guys. Memo you’re doing great my man and thanks for the Spanish lessons too.came in for a day but had to extend for a couple since you...

The place is easy to find and convenient for travelers. The breakfast is nice and the service are excellent. Highly recommended

Casona de Los Sapos Hotel Boutique

Puebla, Av 7 Ote 406, Centro histórico de Puebla (in the centre) 🧭

Very helpful staff, clean comfortable room, excellent restaurant, beautiful building with gorgeous interior.

Spotless rooms, helpful staff, an amazing bakery, a pool with a view, and a great shower. What more could you ask for? Oh, how about an absolutely gorgeous adaptive reuse of an historic building? That too. Will absolutely stay there again.

Was very happy with my stay, the room very clean staff so friendly and accommodating. The food at the restaurants was excellent. Would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful hotel in the Centro Historico. I will stay here again.

Excellent, you can walk out to the square. Rooms decor and shower plumbing needs some work.

Loved the hotel. But discovered that the exits have wrought iron gates that are locked at night. When I inquired about exits in case of fire they said they would have to unlock the gates. I believed this was entirely dangerous situation.

Mesón Sacristía de la Compañía

Puebla, 6 Sur No 304 Callejón de los Sapos (in the centre) 🧭

I would 100% stay here again. You absolutely can’t beat the location. Our room was spacious and we had a balcony. The AC worked very well. Just keep in mind that if water pressure is very important for you, this is not the place for that. :) Also, your door key gets passed around a lot (cleaning person, etc). We really appreciated the coffee maker and local coffee. Carlos was very kind and looked out...

This place is beautiful, classy and the location is perfect. The owner and the young woman at the front desk are the nicest people you can imagine. The owner went way out of his way to,help me with parking my motorcycle. I’d stay here again without question. Highly recommended!!!

I think the Meson is such a unique property. It was very comfortable. The staff was so friendly and very helpful. Despite being on a main street, it was very quiet at night. We thoroughly enjoyed it. I would highly recommend it. I look forward to my next stay there.

A gem in the heart of Puebla A darling hotel in the heart of Puebla. Staying in a traditional casona you really feel you've gone back in time but with all the modern amenities. Carlos, the innkeeper, was a joy and we loved everything about our stay here. Highly recommend!

Wonderful, wonderful, quaint and detailed Hotel with special decor. Clean and the Hotel Services and Management team are excellent! Great location to many walking sites. The Hotel representatives at the desk are helpful beyond words!! They assisted with great taxi service, drivers and recommendations. As devoted Catholics to Our Virgin of Guadalupe, having a beautiful mural of Our Lady in our Room...

The restaurant was excellent! The food was amazing and I highly recommend the chalupas are highly recommended. I also really enjoyed my dish of 5 moles (mexican curry). The Poblano mole is so good.
