Spend your nights elsewhere.
I have stayed at many hotels in Puebla and this one is unquestionably the worst. I chose it because it had a gym and breakfast. Not one piece of equipment worked. Nor did the internet in the room. The pillows are so hard and thick they’d make better sofa cushions. And then there was the smell. According to friends in Puebla, hotel is built over a large sewer drainage pipe. The H2S smell in the bathroom (and the rest of the room) was overpowering. I complained multiple times. To their credit, they sent someone to try to fix it but there was nothing to be done. They wouldn’t switch my room (although not sure this would have helped). There are FAR better hotels here for the price. I have no idea why this hotel gets such great reviews. Makes me not trust this app. The staff was friendly at least.

I liked Everything. Rooms are quite large and comfortable

Two of the main lights in the room didn't work so needed to use phone light when entering and exiting

Loved the breakfast choices, friendly staff, room was spacious and clean. We love walking everywhere and liked that the historic/zocalo area where within a reasonable walking distance (10-15 mins.) I will be recommending this place to anyone and everyone.

The room is a lovely design right from the ability to park undercover right by your room to the sitting area at room entry. The bedroom is a generous size and the WC is separated from the sink and shower area. We liked the decor. The location is a short walk to the historic center. Staff are friendly and helpful. The wine selection I'm the restaurant was not good. There was no white the evening we were there so we agreed to red. The bottle of red we ordered was not in shock so we ordered a glass of another red that was not good - it tasted 'corked. The dinner was passable. We were the only ones eating there. Breakfast onthe other hand was very good. Perhaps the dining service should be closed and concentrate on breakfast.
