This hotel Is very nice, But the bed Is a littoe bit old

They do not provide adequate maintenance to the facilities, the bathroom door does not close properly and the shower faucets are in poor condition and the room is cleaned and towels are changed daily.

Rooms are kinda small and maintenance could be better, but it's cheap and really close to the center of the city, like a 5 minute walk at most

It's a nice place to stay, cheap, clean and quiet. You have the basics, room, bed, hot water, TV; the price don't include breakfast and has no garage for cars (you can use public parking at a cost or park the car on some streets without risk).

Liked that room was very quiet and very dark to sleep in. Didn't like that sinks are only 3" deep and due to unmaintained faucets, sprayed/splashed water all over our pants every time we turned on the sinks. Every though ******* filtered search for free breakfasts said this one had such, they would not honor it even though I showed them a screen print.

Hotel is very nice with a great location. Very easy to walk to major attractions. Check in was easy and they did note that there would be three people in our room and even scanned or ID’s. However, room was set up for two people. Only 2 bath towels, 2 coffee cups, 2 hand towels, 2 pair slippers, 2 bathrobes and 4 hangers in the closet. We asked for extra towels and coffee cups three times before...

Clean room, nice overall hotel. Issues with shower, uncontrollable cold-hot flow. Needed to call for simple maintenance issues. For a high end hotel, they were cheap in supplying 4 bath towels instead of just 2. Limited supply of hand bar soap and bath soap.

Gorgeous hotel and very large room. Beautifully designed and very well maintained gardens and property. Super comfy mattress and pillows. Excellent service. Two very good restaurants on site. Great location in the historic district.

Fantastic hostel. Genuinely friendly staff, spacious rooms, superb location, make sure to check the chill area on the 2nd floor. Only spent one night, will gladly return.

Dorms are nice and comfortable bed and pillows with curtains. Its sociable and we enjoyed our stay here. The shower head in our room could do with replacing. Most of the water goes onto the wall wasting it and makes the shower not as good.

My stay at Casa Pepe was absolutely incredible! The activities were so much fun and really enhanced the experience. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The rooms are a backpacker’s dream, complete with a plug, light, and curtain for privacy, plus the en-suite bathrooms are a real bonus. The hostel is clean, has a great bar and restaurant, and there are always promotions happening...

I loved everything about this hostel. Location is perfect, staff is absolutely lovely and the private room I had booked was gorgeous. It really deserves the title Boutique Hostel! Will definitely stay here again if I ever make it back to Puebla.

The place is easy to find and convenient for travelers. The breakfast is nice and the service are excellent. Highly recommended

Spotless rooms, helpful staff, an amazing bakery, a pool with a view, and a great shower. What more could you ask for? Oh, how about an absolutely gorgeous adaptive reuse of an historic building? That too. Will absolutely stay there again.

Excellent, you can walk out to the square. Rooms decor and shower plumbing needs some work.

Loved the hotel. But discovered that the exits have wrought iron gates that are locked at night. When I inquired about exits in case of fire they said they would have to unlock the gates. I believed this was entirely dangerous situation.

I would 100% stay here again. You absolutely can’t beat the location. Our room was spacious and we had a balcony. The AC worked very well. Just keep in mind that if water pressure is very important for you, this is not the place for that. :) Also, your door key gets passed around a lot (cleaning person, etc). This place is beautiful, classy and the location is perfect. The owner and the young woman at the front desk are the nicest people you can imagine. The owner went way out of his way to,help me with parking my motorcycle. I’d stay here again without question. Highly recommended!!!

I think the Meson is such a unique property. It was very comfortable. The staff was so friendly and very helpful. Despite being on a main street, it was very quiet at night. We thoroughly enjoyed it. I would highly recommend it. I look forward to my next stay there.

A gem in the heart of Puebla A darling hotel in the heart of Puebla. Staying in a traditional casona you really feel you've gone back in time but with all the modern amenities. Carlos, the innkeeper, was a joy and we loved everything about our stay here. Highly recommend!

The restaurant was excellent! The food was amazing and I highly recommend the chalupas are highly recommended. I also really enjoyed my dish of 5 moles (mexican curry). The Poblano mole is so good.

This is a fabulosos hotel! It will be my main stay for years to come. I will use any excuse to come back (last time it was Talavera shopping). The hotel is modern, edgy but elegant, and no detall is lleft without attention. Super comfortable and in the middle of everything.

Nice stay at the hotel Only complaint was that when ever you enter the room and put the key in place the tv starts blasting music. I would recomend to take that automation off.

Our room was just great, spacious. We had 5 little balconies with great views of a crafts/antiques market and beautiful streets. We had a bath tub in the room which was also great. The decor was very modern and very edgy. Many attractions and restaurants were in the walking distance. We will definitely return.

The hotel is centrally located on a busy street but the rooms are completely quiet. The staff was wonderful assisting with restaurant and tour recommendations. Guadalupe helped us book our bus pass to Mexico City. The rooms are very spacious, clean and renovated. The only thing we don’t care for are those fancy bath tubs because they’re challenging to get in and out. The water pressure was excellent...

The worst part about this hotel? No elevator. It's not a big deal since the hotel is only two levels. However, if you have heavy bags like we did, there is help. The place is very nice, and the breakfast was delicious. My husband really enjoyed their "Cafe de la olla" which is essentially brewed coffee, as we enjoy it here in the states. Great property and beautiful rooms. The staff is helpful and everyone is nice. The location is perfect and you're in the middle of everything. I'll be back for sure! Some areas of improvement: Replace the safes or provide clearer instructions. Use better quality toiletries. The body lotion is useless and mostly water. Replace the robes. They only fit children. Nice enough. Huge rooms in character. I was disappointed by the bathrooms. They were modern nd functional but not in keeping with the historic vibe. The only reason to Stan the center. But other than that a solid choice.

When we are in Puebla, Casona de la China Poblana is our home away from home. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The upper courtyard area is fantastic. Quiet, relaxing, and with great views of nearby colonial buildings. The restaurant is also top notch, with classic Mexican breakfasts their speciality. With only about 7 rooms, this is perfect for an extended family.

Very friendly staff. No problem checking in early. Very early in fact. Love Puebla and have visited many times and ate at the restaurant here but this was the first time lodging. One of the oldest places in Puebla but had all modern facilities. A 2 minute walk to the Zocalo.

Gorgeous Historic Hotel with Modern Comfort This is an amazing and gorgeous hotel. This historic property has been updated with modern comfort. Each room is distinct and beautiful. The location could not be better for exploring central historic Puebla by foot. The staff were gracious, helpful and absolutely lovely. If you are visiting Puebla, this is the place to stay.

Only one night. Two-minute check in. Small room but comfortable. Pillows on the hard side. Towels used to be white, now shady grey. Breakfast ok. Nothing beyond expectations. Easy check out Hotel personnel, simply the best

I was only for a short time. The hotel seemed new, the service was very good. It is a good location for a certain sector because it is far from downtown, maybe for companies.

Breakfast included, unlimited coffee all day and night. It could use updated vending machines that take cards and not just cash. SD cable TV is not great but that’s a minor thing.

The food is always good and they keep cleaning all the surfaces and area .

Only complaint was the dripping water from the air conditioner unit everything else was great.

The staff and the breakfast buffet is really good . The bathrooms need an upgrade. The bed is hard .
