Bad service, in general the cost doesn't correspond with the place, the breakfast it's a racket far from what they promise.
The rooms seems clean but I found a cockroach
I recommend look for other options.

The reality is that the Parking services are not very well trained, since when I arrived they wanted to charge me for parking and gave me a ticket, in the end I had to return the ticket, so that they would charge me for parking.

They did not have air conditioning or a fan, hot water took a while or did not come out, the internet was terrible and could not work, towels were in poor condition and deteriorated.

They do not provide adequate maintenance to the facilities, the bathroom door does not close properly and the shower faucets are in poor condition and the room is cleaned and towels are changed daily.

I made a reservation and on the day I was going to travel, they did not cancel my Aeromexico flight due to the issue of contingency in the city of Puebla and it did not arrive. I rescheduled the trip and they did not accept the cancellation of the room even though I had done so in advance.
