Take care wirh Chile en Nogada, I tried it and had a terrible gastrointestinal infection

The hotel has been nicely remodeled since my last stay there about 9 months ago. Very nice enhancements without losing its charm. There now an Italian restaurant on the premises which upgrades the dining options without leaving the hotel. This is my favorite place to stay when I go to Puebla very year

Despite the central location rooms face inner courtyards and are very quiet. We stayed at recently renovated room 322 and it was excellent.

Very nice hotel to stay. Very clean and the staff is very friendly. It is next to the Zocalo. Excellent choice for pleasure or business trip.

I liked the outdoor area inside the property. Because it was outdoors, they should allow smoking. The brunch was lovely and the live music was nice. The front desk was very accommodating, pleasant, and worked to ensure your our stay was comfortable. They even handled transportation needs.

Built in a former monastery, it has unique feeling of touching the history without leaving your comfort. Friendly stuff and upscale shopping available

If you want to have a good experience of history this is the place. My room was beautiful high ceilings and the decoration was beautiful, also the surrounding areas were very nice and decoración. I only wish they had a small refrigerator in the room, but everything is very close to buy wherever you need.

It’s my first time trying Chiles en Nogada and I felt that it was pretty tasty. Good ambience and service. Love their salsa verde sauce.

Great food and drinks. Perfect for the family or if you're going on a date. Seasonal food like Chiles en Nogada are great. Excellent to know Puebla's gastronomy.

Delicious Spanish-Portuguese inspired restaurant! We had a nice dinner with calamari rings for starters, pulpo fideu and steak for main course and zapote ice cream + ron zacapa for dessert. Perfect service, prices above average.
