Hotel The Lit 13 in Queretaro

I disliked this hotel so much. I was charged for more than was told by my mom who was making the reservation BEFOREHAND when we got there and then was told there was AC but it was more of a ventilator. I didn't get to immediately test it because we were doing errands but later at night realized we were also given the WRONG remote control for the "AC" which is why it wouldn't work and went downstairs to change it. We gave it over an hour but simply COULDN'T sleep, it was so HOT! It was even cooler OUTSIDE! My mother even asked beforehand with the price if they had AC too...I went downstairs to look for the attendant and believe it was the owner. He was helpful enough to switch us room that night and is why I just DIDN'T give it a 1 star but it just wasn't worth it. What's worse is there's no elevators and we had to carry both of our luggages to the 3rd floor. And the stairs sucked, like there's something wrong with them too...

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. The hotel has one name, but the toiletries and linens are from another hotel, and the receipt is from yet another; it doesn't inspire confidence. There's no parking, the shower walls were moldy, the sheets were filthy, and you can hear everything, even when people use the bathroom in the adjoining rooms. Don't be fooled by the photos.
