In the center of old Queretaro it was convenient and walkable. The property has maintained its old world charm. Very clean, staff are friendly and ready to meet all your needs!

The room and bathroom give a very good impression of cleanliness upon arrival. The floor in the room looks clean, the towels are white, and overall it looks good.

Good stay We were very comfortable at the hotel. It's not luxurious, but it has everything you need for a good stay.

Good location It was in a great location. They were close to the zocolo in the central histórico district. There was off street parking that was safe and secure. For the bad, there was no air conditioning which I knew about however I was supposed to have a ceiling fan. Only had a pedestal fan that was loud. Also our only window was to the enclosed courtyard so it never cooled off even though the night...

We reserved a balcony view room for a mother-daughter trip and were surprised that the hotel and location exceed our expectations! We felt safe throughout our trio and the hotel is conveniently located in the center. The hotel has beautiful wooden panels attached to the balcony windows and we used them at night…they worked wonders in blocking off the city noise. 5 stars for our experience at this...

Our favorite hotel to stay the staff is super nice and accommodating, and you can’t beat the location right in the central of everything downtown. Love it here

nice place, only discomfort the church across the hotel, the Bell ring every hour on the hour, hard to have a deep sleep, even using earplugs. 😒

The room was very clean and modern and the hotel was fairly quiet. There was a lot of activity happening in the downtown area, but the hotel is insulated enough from some of the noise. You heard some, but not a lot.

Noise from outside and inside the hotel was unbearably loud. The hot water faucet came off while I was in the shower and shot hot water in my face. We mentioned both to the front desk associate and she seemed to not really care. No offer of compensation or an apology. I doubt we will return. Arrival was good and the hotel is super convenient, but this was a disappointment this time.

The staff were very helpfull and the room was as expected, the building boasts grand hallways and high ceilings.

this hotel is in a great location but the floor was not clean in our room, the linens were not that great and we had bugs around our sink area. its in a great part of town and the staff is nice but its a 2.5 hotel at best.

Super quiet and convenient. Lovely upgrade for us on arrival that was a nice surprise. Spotlessly clean and comfortable bedding. We will be back.

This was an okay stay, I’ve had better. No breakfast included where other hotels do offer this. No hot water one day. The staff did try to make experience better but unfortunately a little to late

It was close to everything but we had issues with reservation and had to pay an extra fee. Room was a little dirty and blankets weren’t the best but the room was big. Bathroom was tiny.

Beautiful bright and cheerful hotel in the old town. It's located on a quiet street, just 5 minute walk to most central locations. Lovely decorated room and pretty lobby. My room was on second floor with a balcony, sunny and with a lovely trees view of the inner courtyard. Bonus- Great Cuban restaurant 2 doors away, make sure to try it! Lovely little hotel right in downtown on a quiet street. Parking is a couple blocks away - I would call first so they tell you where it is, then they give you a ticket at the hotel so there’s no cost. There’s a fantastic Italian restaurant on site, it looks unassuming but the food was incredible.

Overall a reasonable small hotel with limited facilities but very clean.

If you travel to Querétaro I will recommend as a solo female or male or as couple to stay in Ta Boutique Hotel , excellent location, clean, quiet at night and the rooms are beautiful decorated, and beds are super comfortable

We stayed for a wedding, lovely experience! The service was incredible from start to finish. Breakfast was delicious and the team was very nice. Overall great stay except for a problem with the hot water, took over 15 min for shower to heat up. Thanks for everything!

I had a lovely stay at Casa Santiago. The rooftop restaurant had delicious food with a great view. It was conveniently located near restaurant and coffee shops.

Close to the center and close to many cafes and other restaurants. Also very close to an artisan art alley (good for souvenirs)

The hotel had a strange banging noise at night, almost like a pipe hitting the wall. It was pretty distracting and made it hard to sleep. The worst part is that the front desk already knew about this issue and never mentioned it. Aside from that, the room was nice enough and the hotel was in a great location.

Place was very nice and clean, only downside is the walls are a bit thin and you can practically hear everything. But if you’re a heavy sleeper you should have no issue. I would stay here again.

The place is very well located, and the common areas are very nice. The rooms are fine, but the bathrooms are too old. The management needs to pay attention to these details. I wish I can attach some photos of the room, which is fine and has new furniture, but when it comes to the bathroom, it hasn’t been cared for in decades.
