Rooms and environment acceptable, but service is poor.
Breakfast takes almost one hour since sitting down. Dinner almost same.

The rooms are almost ok, but the service is unacceptable.
For example, we ask for fried eggs because the breakfast is poor the waiter said ok and then he disappeared in the kitchen for half an hour.
Strong sewage smelt coming from the bathroom drains.

Surprisingly super nice hotel. Recommend highly. Room great. Had every little thing needed to clean myself and prepare for next meeting. Great quality everything. Atmosphere pleasant. Breakfast ok. Reception nice and helpful. Thank you for a nice stay. 🌹
Stayed here a year later... room was nice, but noise next door until 23:00 did not make me happy. My colleague also complained about hearing someone's phone buzzing all the time. Clearly some thin walls issues.
Restaurant also did not have some of the dishes we wanted.
The TVs did not work in the rooms. Had some cable issues. THIS NEEDS FIXING!!!

Good hotel, single room was big and quiet. Good and big bed. Cleanliness of the room acceptable. Breakfast was good, but no buffet, you should choose from the menu. All in one a good place to stay in Balti.

Generally a clean and modern hotel. Rooms where decent with up to date style aswell as toilets.

The best place to stay in Balti. Offers delicious food and nice comfy rooms. Management is top!
