Ambassador Hotel in Chisinau

Medium sized well appointed hotel a few blocks from the center of town. The room was comfortably furnished with tv, two comfortable chairs and desk. Marble bathroom with large shower but no hand rails and slippery floor. Breakfast room lovely with varied breakfast spread. Enjoyed the variety offered. Hotel very clean and comfortable. Reception staff rather aloof but tried to accommodate our requests. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location—central but still very quiet. Everything was spotless, and the staff were genuinely friendly and always willing to help.

Instalations in good standing , near the center of the town .
Should improve in attending other requests like being able to indicate about places to visit , travel agencies for local services , etc .

Everything first class at this hotel - fabulous. Ten minutes walk from main shopping and attraction street. Great Moldovian restaurant across the street and a supermarket!

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Ambassador Chișinău. The location is excellent, close to the city center, making it easy to explore the main attractions. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are large and comfortable, and the mattresses are of excellent quality, ensuring a restful sleep. Cleanliness is impeccable, which I really appreciated. The staff is extremely friendly and always ready to provide helpful information about the city and surroundings. The Wi-Fi works perfectly, with no connection issues. We had a parking spot in the inner courtyard, but the parking area seems quite small, so I’m not sure where additional guests with cars would park. The hotel has a partnership with a nearby Italian restaurant, offering a 10% discount. However, we chose to eat at traditional restaurants in the area to experience the local cuisine. Overall, Hotel Ambassador Chișinău is a great choice for those looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a central location. I would definitely stay here again!

I love this hotel. It is in a residential district just three blocks from the main shopping street. The staff are very pleasant. They help you, even if their English is limited. They help you out, and I appreciate that. My toilet broke during my visit. They called in a person to fix it that very hour (I checked in at 9 PM). Then they checked it again the very next day. I appreciate that. It was a great stay at this hotel.

The Ambassador Hotel is a beautiful hotel with details, the towels, the linen, everything has the hotel logo. The presidential suite is nice and big, and the customer service is terrific. I will definitely come back when I'm in that area, so thank you so much for a great experience. Until next time!!
