The hotel is new, but the rooms are extremely small and not comfortable at all. Service was okay, though the staff could be more professional. The main positive point is the breakfast served in the glass rooftop — beautiful atmosphere. The Tibetan spa across street is a great plus and comfort for morning massages and spa services Otherwise, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Beautiful new restaurant outside the hotel to the right belonging to the same owner
To the left down the street, absolutely wonderful restaurant with a lovely variety of menu
Chefs are excellent, but very strict and like to stick to the menu poached eggs, and no boiled eggs
The soup is two varieties and they’re both excellent
Our lovely waitress Julia is extremely friendly and young
Receptionist strict about the checkout time however they were accommodating with an early check-in
I am already booked to come back in five weeks for my wife’s birthday,

The hotel was quite expensive for what it was compared with other hotels in Chisinau
The service at breakfast was quite indifferent, but most annoyingly we were given a ground floor room with patio doors - and immediately outside our room, the hotel were doing significant building work until 1.30am. It was in their own courtyard so they either shouldn't put people in those rooms, or should stop construction over night time hours.

Although the hotel is nice we had an unacceptable experience at the restaurant. We ordered one bottle of steel water and one is sparkling and they brought as waters.which were not on the cataloge and they charged each bottle more than a negroni!!!! On top of it the attitude when we stressed out our surprise about the prices was rude and pretentious. No respect to tourists. Disappointing

Nice hotel in a very good location, a few minutes of walking to the city centre. Modern and comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Within 2 nights stay the restaurant was closed for private events, so I could not experience the quality od the food. The breakfast is to be selected from a fixed menu, only one allowed choice from approx.10 options and one drink (juice, tee, coffee). If an extra bacon requested with the fried eggs, it is charged extra... Strange.

The restaurant is amazing and has spectacular deserts. Everyone is friendly and speak multiple languages. It is an unique and wonderful experience.

A wonderful hotel, I really liked the design and the staff. The receptionist Varvara tries to solve absolutely any customer problem. The dishes in restaurant are insanely tasty. I really recommend this hotel!

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Restaurant has left the best impressions, hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation and wonderful dessert. I highly recommend this hotel and I would like to come back here again and again!

Prices are very high for moldova, but they have a nice menu. Also great breakfast options. Has free wifi and plugs to charge your devices

I've had a Kenian coffee and it was very mediocre. It was in a french press and I don't even think they grind the beans freshly. Didn't try their food, so can't say more.
