Plai in Chisinau

Absolute a great city located hotel. Excellent service in the restaurant area and rooms are fantastic. Nice new renovated room and good space so you can stay in the room too Hotel manager super friendly and helpfull. I’m coming back to this location next time I’m there

The rooms are very nice, much better than I expected for a three-star hotel.
The bed was really comfortable, and everything was very clean.

The only unpleasant part was at check-in. There was a blonde lady (I think she works in the restaurant) who was sitting at the reception. She looked at me in a strange, judging way and said she was not at the reception, even though she was sitting there. It felt unprofessional and gave me a bad first impression, as if I was not welcome.

In the morning, two young people were at the reception, and they were very polite and helpful. They showed great customer service, and thanks to them my stay was much better.

I hope the hotel pays attention to this situation, because such experiences can spoil the first impression. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay.

We had a great weekend in Chisinau and loved staying at Hotel Plai. The hotel is recently renovated and the rooms are clean and stylish. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. We also found the location very convenient and we could easily walk to lots of places in the city. I would definitely recommend Hotel Plai if you are coming to Chisinau

Excellent place for private or business trip. Nice modern rooms, with all essential stuff inside. Very good restaurant on the ground floor. All what you need in your business trip.

Stayed at hotel Plai for 3 nights with a friend and really enjoyed it. It's easy to locate and about a 15 minute walk to the main strip. The restaurant downstairs was excellent and always really busy and the coffee shop next door was great , there is also a fairly big super market down the street. The room was clean and comfortable and check in was easy and quick. I would definitely return here

This hotel has lovely rooms and is in a central location. I found all the staff to be curtious and nice and the price was very reasonable. It had some what of a charming feel to it. The only two small negatives I could say was the breakfast was a bit hit and miss, and the restaurant in the evening appeared under staffed, but all in all, it was an excellent choice.

Amazing hotel. Great decor, comfy beds, very clean rooms with great facilities (mini bar, nice shower, toiletries). The staff are really friendly and helpful. I tried my best with my language skills but they were able to help me in English as I was very tired and my Russian was not going well!!

Location is great - close to the cathedral and Triumphal Arch, but nice and peaceful where the hotel is, with a nice park/boulevard at the front.

Make sure you eat at the restaurant - genuinely one of the best meals I’ve ever had.

Great place to stay for my first trip to Chisinău and had a great night’s sleep every night after exploring the city. Tasty breakfast too!

The location is perfectly for rest and walks but as well near to all municipality offices !!
Choose room + breakfast!! Believe me is best what you can eat for grate start of the day 🤗
