Greeting on arrival was great but nobody told us the restaurant was closed. Presumably also the spa, so we didn’t feel we got value for money at all. Actually no information to be found anywhere about facilities. Bed was comfortable but the room was either ridiculously hot or ridiculously cold and you had no control over the temperature. A very nasty smell emanating from the bathroom. TV overcomplicated. Luckily we had a Netflix account.

Everything was great about this hotel, the food, the staff , they are so positive and kind. This hotel is the best one i’ve been yet

I had three nights at the hotel and the room was huge and very comfortable. The hotel was quiet and in a good location. The staff were very nice.

I stayed in the hotel for three nights as part of a holiday which started in Bucharest. I was so surprised how pristine the hotel was, best Mercure standard. I have to call out an exceptional front desk team member Daniela / Danielle, so pleasant, helpful, full of super information and showed a genuine delight at guests approaching her for help. Breakfast was super, well stocked, perfect. Very.

Great 4 star hotel in the heart of the capital.
Apparently it’s been refurbished recently and I can tell you that it looks gorgeous!
They’ve got a lovely lobby and an entry level bar (limited in spirits).
Spacious rooms with decent views, very lovely showers.
Good looking reception and lovely staff.
I’d like to mention Miss Gabriela and the lady from reception (Nicoleta) for the outstanding service.
There are also plenty of conferences rooms within the hotel.
What I did not get is: you have to pay for the soft drinks, spirits and the crisps that are in the room at your disposal. Apparently you have to pay at the desk when you check out, therefore it’s not for free.
You will also find quite a decent gym, a tiny Russian sauna and a room designated for yoga only.
There are also 5 parking slots at the hotel, €20 per night.

The room is comfortable, the bathroom products - shampoo, paper, Bathrobe, towels, everything. enough. No sauna, gym, a small room for one person. Breakfast is delicious, there is a choice.

Firstly, they have english speaking staff and Ouzo! They also had some mezes such as tsaziki and feta. However few things were missing from the menu. Portions were bit small, pita was tasty and hot. Not so expensive. Only suggestion i can give to them, they might try to bring all the cold starters together, instead of bringing one by one:)
