Although we had a reservation, we waited almost 15 minutes in the hotel lobby. The “romantic dinner” took place in an old, poorly maintained room with electric candles, artificial flowers, and cracked leather walls - nothing romantic at all.
The food (ordered from another restaurant tge day before!) was reheated, all courses were placed on the table at once together : salad, main course and cheesecake, and for 30 minutes no one approached our table to ask if everything was fine. We were served mineral water in plastic bottles, absolutely unsuitable for a so-called romantic dinner
The atmosphere was cold, the service nonexistent, and the reality had nothing to do with what was advertised.
I do not recommend this experience at all – it’s not worth even 20% of the price paid. (150 Euro/ dinner for two)! Very disappointed!
Our room was a haven of comfort and luxury, boasting breathtaking views, plush bedding, and state-of-the-art amenities. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to ensure our utmost comfort and convenience.
