We stayed at Jumbo for 2 weeks and I really liked it. The room was spacious and well maintained. Staff were fantastic at the front desk, the restaurant, and the room service. Room service could start cleaning a little bit earlier, but this is minor issue. We were working all day, and the breakfast was a great deal for us. Meals were great, coffee served to every guest. The location worked great for us. Overall 5 stars. The building is a little bit worn out, but hospitality is about great people, not the walls.

Great service. We had included dinner and we arrived when restaurant was closing. The staff was so kind to let us order, go upstairs to settle and call us when was ready

Poor customer service, no milk, no coffee, no sugar in the room. I asked at reception but I was turned down and told they can't give it to me 🙈😩

Excellent location opposite a park. Really helpful staff who gave us great recommendations. Great choice of buffet breakfast and evening meal. Room was very spacious and clean. The whole hotel was really clean. Great free WiFi.

The hotel is in a good location, close to Rose Valley Park. There are many shops and supermarkets around. It takes a few minutes to get to the main road of the city by taxi. There are not many hotel rooms. The facilities are relatively old. The hygiene is OK.

I booked this hotel due to the good reviews but my experience was different. The girl working the front desk spoke very limited English, which I am completely fine with, but she chose not to engage with our translator app. We showed her the name of Milestii Mici winery, the Guinness Book of World Records winning winery, and she shook her head that she didn't know it. We were hoping to have her help us call a taxi. There was a leak in the lobby. The breakfast did not taste as good as it looked and we had to wait for a table due to the small dining area. The coffee made at the bar for free was wonderful. The bed was comfortable.
