Everything good except TV doesn’t worked

The rooms were average, but the staff kept the hotel very clean. The food however was horrible, breakfast eggs were absolutely cold and had to be the worse pumpkin soup in Moldova ( but still charged top restaurant prices)

The hotel was quite empty when i was there except for the natural clay tennis courts which were quite busy. They served us few guests in their giant dining room. Food was good; breakfast quite scant. (this is supposedly a 5 star) Individual service is good. If comoing from the airport, arrance for them to get you a taxi (and going back...generally under $5 US. Never grab a taxi at the airport...

5 stars?! No way. Old, stinky carpet, anti sanitary, mould on the wall, no bath, just portable douche cabin from supermarket. The only advantage is proximity to the airport I arrived at 3 am, missed breakfast, they offered me apples ( for payment).

Great hotel located near the embassy. Able to walk to a lot of things. Front desk people were super accommodating and the rooms were very spacious. Also had a variety of breakfasts to choose from that were all really good.

It was very clean and the room was spacious, which was nice. The bed and pillows were so comfortable that I slept well throughout my stay. The staff spoke English well and were friendly. Breakfast wasn't a buffet, but rather a menu. They served fresh, freshly prepared, warm food, so I looked forward to it. There's no elevator, but the staff helped me carry my luggage, which made it comfortable....

but there are too many things that do not let me do that. If we speak about the positive things at this hotel is that the rooms are enormous!!! big room, large beds and big plasma tvs. nice working desk and bathrooms... than is the cleaning which is good and as a plus for the cleaning ladies that will do the room every day, change the towels and event the soap every day. One of the very few Hotels located in this part of the Chisinau yet no more than 10 minutes from the center by bus. If you have heavy bags, there is no lift but the helpful staff offered to carry them.

I visited the Hotel cause i Saw the reviews. I hope I will be back in the Summer Time. I saw its a good place for swimming pool and located in a nice garden.

This hotel truly surprised us as the actual rooms and property look even more beautiful and luxurious than the photos. Our room had two queen beds and it was huge, with high ceilings. Beautiful carpeting and decorations, in the room as well as the lobby and hallways. Bathroom was spotless. Double curtains, bedding was crispy white and beds were comfortable. Unfortunately we got to stay here shortly...

Room price is abnormally high for a hotel where you have to pay €18 per person per day to use the pool.

Everything is good and overpriced.

Great experience in a great place.

Iris Hotel

The room was clean but smelled like old cigarettes. It’s about 45min by foot to the city centre.

The room is small and the facilities are old. It belongs to a relatively backward country in Europe. It feels very ordinary.

The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. Suggesting a Romanian restaurant for dinner. An excellent suggestion. Room was good, clean. Everything was fine. I had prearranged an airport shuttle pickup and he was already waiting for me. No complaints

The room was clean and the staff were nice. There was a road construction outside the hotel and the traffic was a bit unpredictable. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

The room was very clean and the soft mattress was so comfortable after flying for over 10 hours.

You get nice rooms for a reasonable price. The location might scare you on the map but in reality it saves you from a lot of traffic jams so you end up with a better connection then the hotels in center. The inside is cozy and stuff is trained properly. Fluent in English and helpful at your needs.

It is good place to stay in Moldova capital. All your requirement within walking distance. Good friendly staff and good variety of food.

The best options for lastminute.com Good room, clean bathroom with several towels, decent location - which is literally across the Rose Valley park. Quick check-in, self service (intercontinental breakfast) - a decent car park outside and underground. Very polite and helpful receptionists and staff. In my two weeks stay, I became as if a family member of the staff, on a first name basis of conversation, with genuine interest in my needs and friendly banter.

Good location, located in the center. The rooms are quite spacious, you sleep like a child in that crib)). It is clean and tidy. The staff is kind and friendly. There is no bathtub instead it is shower, I like more the shower. It is a restaurant and several terraces. Breakfast is diverse, everything tasty. We had a great weekend in Chisinau and loved staying at Hotel Plai. The hotel is recently renovated and the rooms are clean and stylish. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. We also found the location very convenient and we could easily walk to lots of places in the city. Excellent place for private or business trip. Nice modern rooms, with all essential stuff inside. Very good restaurant on the ground floor. All what you need in your business trip.

Stayed at hotel Plai for 3 nights with a friend and really enjoyed it. It's easy to locate and about a 15 minute walk to the main strip. The restaurant downstairs was excellent and always really busy and the coffee shop next door was great , there is also a fairly big super market down the street. The room was clean and comfortable and check in was easy and quick. I would definitely return here
