Great hotel. Clean and new rooms. Have very nice breakfast available. The location is okay, some rooms that face the streets are loud, but their AC is very nice, so no need to open a window at night. Overall very recommended, will come again!

Although it's about a 45-minute walk from Chișinău city center, it's convenient for those with business in the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a complimentary bottle of water provided daily. The reception staff—especially Corina, Sabina, and others—were very friendly...

I had a very nice experience in this Hotel.Was scared by previous review.But in reality it was better than I expected. Highly recommend. Great Customer service and very professional staff. Tasty food and comfortable bed.i slept there well.Clean and fresh.

The design of the rooms is very nice and they are very spacious. Unfortunately this is the end of my account of the hotel advantages. Hotel itself is situated rather far from the city centre and there is nothing especially noteworthy around. So, one needs to think twice what is the purpose of their stay in Chisinau to choose this hotel. Its rooms are unusually spacy which is here actually a drawback...

Building need major updates..My room was large but starting from door locks, bathroom, carpets all need updates.There was no blanket in my room I have asked to receptionist but they probably not understand what was I asking about? Need update and fix the bathroom shower was tricky ; hot water coming after 10-15 minutes and no pressure in the morning??..

Staff were very helpful and courteous at all times. Free tea, coffee and biscuits were always available. Although it is not close to the centre it is close to bus routes taking you there.

Friendly stuff, trying their best to make their guests feel comfortable. Clean and cozy rooms, homemade breakfast, nice location - 10 minutes to the airport. You gonna enjoy your stay. Highly recommended.

Nice place to stay for couple of days. Good food. Clean rooms. Unfortunatelly the SPA zone doesn't work/exist!

Large warm rooms, slippers and good hair dryer, 1 big bottle of water daily for free, confortable bed with lots of pillows. Everything is clean and new. They have an internet modem for daily renting, 50 lei, unlimited traffic they say. Sadly the hotel lacks a proper eating space, so they put tables in the large lobby and serve breakfast and dinner there. There is an exchage office outside of the hotel...

When i arrived at Hotel at 2 AM i had a big surprise. The reservation it supposed to be for one person in a duble room and at the reception they told me that i have a bed in capsule with 9 other people in the room. After that night they ask for another 100 euro to let me have a bed in a room by myself. They told that what a favor i have to be there. I do not recomand to pay online. Make a reservation...

I have stayed here in Nov 2017 for 7 days , This place is too good and i loved it here. What ever show is exactly like it is . I would recommend this to family , business people , solo travellers.

Wonderful hotel! We lived with a family with a small child for a little over a month, we felt at home. Spacious bright rooms, very calm and warm. Friendly, welcoming and attentive staff. I would like to say thank you very much for the cleanliness and comfort. If you have to choose a hotel again, then only Familion ?????

Clean and modern. Friendly staff and central location. Really decent breakfast options as well. Only slightly awkward caveat is they charge you for a robe to go to the indoor pool, which had cold water. But since that didn't exactly ruin our holiday, i'll still give this place 5 stars..

Real quality hotel, large spacious room with good decor, friendly multi lingual staff. The gashaus resturant next door is a very good place to eat. It is best to get cheap taxi into the centre at night as the pavements and street lighting are poor at night.

A nice walk away from the city centre. Good size rooms. 8 out of 10 for cleanliness. Nice young female receptionist, very service orientated. Large TV set in the room. Luxurious bathroom. Room was in the -1st floor. There was no window it always dark. I'm not sure about other rooms. Hotel location is far to city center.

Cosy, small hotel with a homely atmosphere. Friendly, sociable staff. Everything is great. The city center is a 20 minute drive. There is a stop nearby. Shops are not far. The airport is less than 29 km away.

I was not allowed to enter Moldova without any explanations by the authorities. So I tried to get in touch with the hotel, but no one even replied.

Very new hotel (only 2 months old) with tasteful facilities, large and bright rooms. Our host was actually the patron, to whom we must especially thank for his hospitality. I recommend with all my heart.

Nice hotel in a very good location, a few minutes of walking to the city centre. Modern and comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Within 2 nights stay the restaurant was closed for private events, so I could not experience the quality od the food. The breakfast is to be selected from a fixed menu, only one allowed choice from approx.10 options and one drink (juice, tee, coffee). If an extra bacon requested...

The restaurant is amazing and has spectacular deserts. Everyone is friendly and speak multiple languages. It is an unique and wonderful experience.

A wonderful hotel, I really liked the design and the staff. The receptionist Varvara tries to solve absolutely any customer problem. The dishes in restaurant are insanely tasty. I really recommend this hotel!

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Restaurant has left the best impressions, hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation and wonderful dessert. Very friendly personell and very good breakfast. The hotel is in short walking distance to the city center in a quite quarter of Chişenău. The rooms are clean and the price is allright. The interior style is not so much my thing, butnas always style is a rather personal question. To sum up: A good place to stay.

I am only visiting the wine bar (at the recommendation of wine maker friends) - but pleasant arcade, expert sommelier, friendly and efficient service in English, Russian, Romanian and Turkish. Delicious cold cuts plate to accompany the wine.

It was a little far from the city center, but the beds were clean and they spoke English.

I took a capsule bed. It was a good stay, I was well received. There is a bus stop downstairs from the hotel

The hotel is fine, the room was clean, the bed was comfy and it was quiet at night. But... I did give it only 3 stars why? Well, its the little things that make a hotel stay pleasant, and all during my stay i encountered the things that made me go, duh.. not good. First we arrived late at night, we got our room on the fifth floor, only... the elevator didnt work, so how am i supposed to get to...

It's the month of August, and the air conditioning doesn't work in the entire hotel, even though they promised to fix it. The room is unbearably hot. With the windows open, the temperature is +/- normal only in the morning. But the street noise and air conditioning from the sushi bar under the hotel interfere. During the week of stay, cleaning was never carried out, only the trash was taken out and...

More of a touristic sight than a hotel, but - works as both. Come here to stay the night, or to time travel into an era past.
