This is a very new hotel, clean and tidy with a pleasant environment. The transportation is convenient, the service is friendly, and there's a restaurant downstairs offering a rich breakfast. The only downsides are that the rooms are a bit small and the soundproofing isn't great.

A magnificent restaurant with excellent cuisine, always using local seasonal ingredients. A must-visit! The staff are perfectly courteous and will help you choose the ideal wine to pair with your dish. Suitable both for business meetings and for relaxing with friends or family.

The rooms facing the street are a bit noisy, the breakfast is simple, and the service is good.

If I am not mistaken the only 3 hotel chain options in Chisinau are Courtyard, Radisson Blu, and this MGallery. We chose the latter for our stay. All in all, MGallery was not bad considering the very limited competition but could have been better. Originally our upgrade as Accor Diamond was only +1 room category and I told them this is stingy because they give the same to lesser tiers Accor Gold...

The hotel isn't bad, the problem is the constant noise at night, perhaps due to a battery or something similar.

The environment is beautiful, the room is spacious and bright, and it has a small bar. The bed linens are clean and hygienic. It's close to the city center, making it convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and dining.

Clean hotel, double room not very big, but clean, electric kettle, but we only had tea bags. a free bottle of water and the mini bar in the room for a fee. The bathroom is a bit small, but clean and with everything you need. In the room they have bath mats, slippers, kits for anything you need. Very good and rich breakfast. About 15 minutes walk from the city center.

We spent here four nights between Christmas and New Year. The hotel is located in the Embassy District and the city centre as well as a lot of museums can be accessed easily by walking. I had a short stay at the Regency Hotel and it was a very pleasant experience. The rooms are big, comfortable, and nicely kept, making it easy to feel at home. The staff is very welcoming and always ready to help, which made my stay even better. The location is also great, right in the center, close to everything you might need. Very big rooms, with everything you would need. The hotel is a little bit far from the centre but not too bad, perhaps a 20 minute walk! Not a hotel, but a facility like a rental room. There is no front desk. Housekeeping is provided approximately once every three days. There is no laundry service. On the other hand, the rooms are spacious and the furnishings are of good quality.

Family B&B, Poor hygiene, hair on the sheets, There is a smell in the room, The facilities are old and backward, Not a traditional hotel. The experience is not very good. The location is OK, after all, the country is not big. You can take the No. 30 bus from the airport, which requires a ten-minute walk, and the road conditions are poor.

Ok Hotel but ridiculous Breakfast Location is convenient for the station. The room is really clean but what really annoyed me was the lack of a basic coffee machine for breakfast. Just Nescafé sachets is simply not good enough for a hotel.

Staff were absolutely lovely, and let me check in very early and even arranged a taxi to the airport the next morning (which is about 100 lei for anyone wondering), and they were very happy and polite with good English skills. This place once being the top soviet hotel is now old and shabby, and that's the reason I liked to stay there: For the truly soviet experience! Everything may look old but nothing is broken. AC works, beds were very comfortable, room was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. Though don't expect too much from the breakfast as it is very basic and served cold. Enjoyed my stay alot.

Rooms were okay for sleeping. Pick this hotel if you want to have a real Soviet experience. Also the reception were amazing! They called us a taxi for a local winery and even called again to get the tour earlier in order for us to be able to make our train!

If you come from the West and are curious about how Soviet hotels felt like, this is the place. And it doesn't mean it's bad; it just ain't the Radisson! The rooms are clean, the linen of good quality cotton, the breakfast is very good if you know what to choose or ask for and the staff is the kindest and most helpful you could dream of. The biggest issue with this hotel is that several of the rooms have no curtains. So very early in the morning, you'll get super bright daylight! In my two weeks stay, I became as if a family member of the staff, on a first name basis of conversation, with genuine interest in my needs and friendly banter.

Good location, located in the center. The rooms are quite spacious, you sleep like a child in that crib)). It is clean and tidy. The staff is kind and friendly. There is no bathtub instead it is shower, I like more the shower. It is a restaurant and several terraces. Breakfast is diverse, everything tasty. I definitely recommend spending the night with them.

The hotel/hostel was very nice and clean; the staff were friendly and helpful. Except for one thing: there was an annoying noise heard in my room at night. The water pipes were vibrating and making noises, making it difficult to fall asleep.
