Breakfast and location is good, room and is spacious. Walls are thin, heard snoring, alarm, and even more intimate activities of person/couple in the next room. Floor 3 has a convention centre. Rooms in front will hear loud event preparations as if they are in the meeting hall themselves. Drain in the bathroom had a noxious smell of sewage. Staff not particularly helpful.

Located in the city center, next to a supermarket, the environment is very good, and the breakfast is great. The room and corridor are carpeted, and the room is spacious. A bottle of purified water, a kettle, a hair dryer, a disposable toothbrush, slippers, and a bathrobe are provided.

The hotel is in a good location, in the heart of the city center, and the road in front of the hotel is a bit congested all day long. The room is large, clean and tidy, with a kettle and disposable slippers that Chinese people need. The big window allows you to see the Arc de Triomphe. Sitting there looking out the window, daydreaming, it feels like time has stopped. I will choose this one next time

A magnificent restaurant with excellent cuisine, always using local seasonal ingredients. A must-visit! The staff are perfectly courteous and will help you choose the ideal wine to pair with your dish. Suitable both for business meetings and for relaxing with friends or family.

The rooms facing the street are a bit noisy, the breakfast is simple, and the service is good.

If I am not mistaken the only 3 hotel chain options in Chisinau are Courtyard, Radisson Blu, and this MGallery. We chose the latter for our stay. All in all, MGallery was not bad considering the very limited competition but could have been better. Originally our upgrade as Accor Diamond was only +1 room category and I told them this is stingy because they give the same to lesser tiers Accor Gold...

The rooms are spacious, cozy, very clean. The staff is polite and attentive. The only thing I didn't like was that when you come to the spa, you have to wait a long time for a towel, guests who don't live in the hotel are shown in street shoes and all the dirt from the street remains in the spa area ((( and the spa area needs more thorough cleaning (

The hotel is not very big, but it has a lot of style and the environment is very exquisite. There are apples at the front desk, which you can eat at any time. The lighting is also very warm. Overall, I think it is good. There is also a supermarket next to it.

The hotel isn't bad, the problem is the constant noise at night, perhaps due to a battery or something similar.

The perfect venue for training events

Well appointed rooms with a fridge. Breakfast had a good assortment of hot and cold local and international food. There are a number of restaurants near by as well as a supermarket right around the corner. A number of tourist attractions are within a fifteen minute radius walking.

Lovely hotel in Chisinau centre. I booked the "budget" room, but it honestly didn't feel budget. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was also very friendly, and ordered a taxi to the airport. Good breakfast also. Definitely recommend!

Pleasant stay right in the center of Chisinau We had a very pleasant two day stay at this hotel right in the center of Chisinau. The hotel is located very well in a quiet pedestrian street, just a minute walking from the main square. Our (business) room was large, comfortable and clean. The staff were all very friendly. The reservation it supposed to be for one person in a duble room and at the reception they told me that i have a bed in capsule with 9 other people in the room. You get nice rooms for a reasonable price. The location might scare you on the map but in reality it saves you from a lot of traffic jams so you end up with a better connection then the hotels in center. The inside is cozy and stuff is trained properly. Fluent in English and helpful at your needs.

Very good and nice hotel. Quiet but not far away from the tourist area. Don’t think there’s a carpark as my taxi have to wait for me at a small area beside the road but it’s manageable. But don’t think driver can wait for long. There’s a restaurant just downstairs which I think is operated differently from the hotel owner. Therefore no room service and you can’t charge to room. One of the very few Hotels located in this part of the Chisinau yet no more than 10 minutes from the center by bus. If you have heavy bags, there is no lift but the helpful staff offered to carry them.

Amazing breakfast! Everything was homemade, unique, delicious and we looked forward to it. Great location, just a 15 min walk from downtown. Helpful staff-even found us converters because we forgot ours.
