This is a very new hotel, clean and tidy with a pleasant environment. The transportation is convenient, the service is friendly, and there's a restaurant downstairs offering a rich breakfast. The only downsides are that the rooms are a bit small and the soundproofing isn't great.

If I am not mistaken the only 3 hotel chain options in Chisinau are Courtyard, Radisson Blu, and this MGallery. We chose the latter for our stay. The hotel isn't bad, the problem is the constant noise at night, perhaps due to a battery or something similar.

Clean hotel, double room not very big, but clean, electric kettle, but we only had tea bags. a free bottle of water and the mini bar in the room for a fee. The bathroom is a bit small, but clean and with everything you need. In the room they have bath mats, slippers, kits for anything you need. Very good and rich breakfast. The spa has a nice atmosphere and the staff were polite, but unfortunately the experience was affected by a lack of proper ventilation in the sauna. It became very difficult to breathe comfortably after a short time, which made it hard to relax and enjoy the session fully. Not a hotel, but a facility like a rental room. There is no front desk. Housekeeping is provided approximately once every three days. There is no laundry service. On the other hand, the rooms are spacious and the furnishings are of good quality.

Ok Hotel but ridiculous Breakfast Location is convenient for the station. The room is really clean but what really annoyed me was the lack of a basic coffee machine for breakfast. Just Nescafé sachets is simply not good enough for a hotel.

This hotel is OK. The room and bar area was clean and I was offered a free glass of wine which was very enjoyable. What they don't tell you is that reception is on the 4th floor and there are no lifts in the building, so you have to carry bags up anywhere from 1 to 5 levels. There is also no food available in the evenings, but several restaurants are within 10 mins walk.

Nice small hotel in the more north of the city. Easy access to trolley buses nearby so very easy to get to the city center. Very comfortable bed and very good AC! Also they offer one glass of wine for free once a day. I can recommend this place!

Everything good except TV doesn’t worked

The rooms were average, but the staff kept the hotel very clean. The food however was horrible, breakfast eggs were absolutely cold and had to be the worse pumpkin soup in Moldova ( but still charged top restaurant prices)

The hotel was quite empty when i was there except for the natural clay tennis courts which were quite busy. They served us few guests in their giant dining room. Food was good; breakfast quite scant. (this is supposedly a 5 star) Individual service is good. If comoing from the airport, arrance for them to get you a taxi (and going back...generally under $5 US. Never grab a taxi at the airport...

5 stars?! No way. Old, stinky carpet, anti sanitary, mould on the wall, no bath, just portable douche cabin from supermarket. The only advantage is proximity to the airport I arrived at 3 am, missed breakfast, they offered me apples ( for payment).

The hotel is 1.3 km from main center (15-20min walking) in a quiet area, close to different embassyes. The rooms are clean and larger than usual. It offers slippers and bathrobe which is not usual for a 3* hotel. The towels are changed daily. There are enough options for breakfast. You get nice rooms for a reasonable price. The location might scare you on the map but in reality it saves you from a lot of traffic jams so you end up with a better connection then the hotels in center. The inside is cozy and stuff is trained properly. Fluent in English and helpful at your needs.
