A magnificent restaurant with excellent cuisine, always using local seasonal ingredients. A must-visit! The staff are perfectly courteous and will help you choose the ideal wine to pair with your dish. Suitable both for business meetings and for relaxing with friends or family.

The rooms facing the street are a bit noisy, the breakfast is simple, and the service is good.

If I am not mistaken the only 3 hotel chain options in Chisinau are Courtyard, Radisson Blu, and this MGallery. We chose the latter for our stay. All in all, MGallery was not bad considering the very limited competition but could have been better. Originally our upgrade as Accor Diamond was only +1 room category and I told them this is stingy because they give the same to lesser tiers Accor Gold...

The cleanliness and service are very good. The hotel is located a little far from the city center, so you will need to take a bus to go sightseeing. There are supermarkets and restaurants near the hotel, so you can spend the day there.

The hotel/hostel was very nice and clean; the staff were friendly and helpful. Except for one thing: there was an annoying noise heard in my room at night. The water pipes were vibrating and making noises, making it difficult to fall asleep.

Very big rooms, with everything you would need. The hotel is a little bit far from the centre but not too bad, perhaps a 20 minute walk! There is not much around the hotel, always best to walk into the centre and visit the shops and restaurants there. We did not have breakfast so can't comment on that!

Great hotel. Clean and new rooms. Have very nice breakfast available. The location is okay, some rooms that face the streets are loud, but their AC is very nice, so no need to open a window at night. Overall very recommended, will come again!

Amazing breakfast! Everything was homemade, unique, delicious and we looked forward to it. Great location, just a 15 min walk from downtown. Helpful staff-even found us converters because we forgot ours. Heater was in the bathroom which we didn't discover till the 2nd night so were a bit cold the first one but overall a great place to stay.

On booking the hotel was presented as 4⭐️. In reality it turned out to be 3.... It's a huge plus that you can take your pet with you 🐕‍🦺. There is no refrigerator in the room; there was a decent amount of leakage from the shower stall to the toilet. We arrived on the weekend, the windows were open and you could hear music from the neighboring restaurant until one in the morning.. Otherwise it was fine...

Very good value The staff were amazing 10/10 the first two nights were super quiet you wouldn't believe your in a city. Unfortunately there was no hot water for 3 nights I did raise it but it wasn't fixed, I sat by the pool but it wasn't that enjoyable as kids were shouting and throwing a ball into the furniture. also there are no blinds or curtains so you wake up when the sun's out

The most delicious cuisine. I've been to many countries, but the fact is that the quality here hasn't deteriorated over the years. The place is stunningly beautiful, and the rooms are cozy and equipped with everything you need. It's perfect for business meetings and various banquet-type events. The space is spacious, and there's always a free table.

The hotel claims to be 5-star, but there is no guaranteed parking for guests, and pool access for is restricted in such a way that we couldn’t use it. We checked in around 4:30 PM, but the pool is only available until 5:00 because they host evening events by the pool area afterward. The rooms are spacious but worn out. There is a noticeable smell of dust and sewage. The bathroom is large and well-equipped...

The hotel is excellent, albeit rather far away from the center and off the beaten track. This can be dealt with by taxi, which the front desk will easily order for you. The staff is great, both at the front desk and the restaurant. Rooms are crystal clean and fitted with all needed. I will certainly return.

Everything good except TV doesn’t worked

The rooms were average, but the staff kept the hotel very clean. The food however was horrible, breakfast eggs were absolutely cold and had to be the worse pumpkin soup in Moldova ( but still charged top restaurant prices)

The hotel was quite empty when i was there except for the natural clay tennis courts which were quite busy. They served us few guests in their giant dining room. Food was good; breakfast quite scant. (this is supposedly a 5 star) Individual service is good. If comoing from the airport, arrance for them to get you a taxi (and going back...generally under $5 US. Never grab a taxi at the airport...

5 stars?! No way. Old, stinky carpet, anti sanitary, mould on the wall, no bath, just portable douche cabin from supermarket. The only advantage is proximity to the airport I arrived at 3 am, missed breakfast, they offered me apples ( for payment).

We usually come to Shadow just to swim and sunbathe, so I cannot say anything about the rooms as we don't stay over the night. Administration of the hotel is super friendly and helpful. The pool is really cool, it's not big, but it's deep and if you want to chill without leaving the city, it's a perfect place to go. The only thing is food. Positive. Strange address, but if you come by car, it doesn't matter much. There were some little issues with using the swimming pool, but in the end I could go and enjoy it all by myself, which was awesome. The room and the bed were just perfect.
