Fantastic Stay!
We came to Chişinău and didn’t really know what to expect. What a fantastic city! We stayed at the Edem Hotel as it was fairly centrally located, not too far from the zoo and also within walking distance to main roads and a number of shopping centres. We were made to feel incredibly welcome and the colleagues at the hotel were so friendly. I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here and we will definitely stay here again!

No breakfast and no massage….
Breakfast is NOT included even if I paid for it via Hotels website. There is NO massage or resturant possibilities even if thats said when booking. There where mo cleaning if my room during the 3 nights I stayed there.
The staff was friendly though but I feel ripped of because of paying EUR 12 for breakfast for me and my guest, = 48 EUR extra in total. I jope Hotels will refund me for that.

Very good value
The staff were amazing 10/10 the first two nights were super quiet you wouldn't believe your in a city. Unfortunately there was no hot water for 3 nights I did raise it but it wasn't fixed, I sat by the pool but it wasn't that enjoyable as kids were shouting and throwing a ball into the furniture. also there are no blinds or curtains so you wake up when the sun's out

We stayed with my mom, dad and cat. The staff was very friendly and the hotel overall is very good.

Strongly recommended
It’s a nice, cozy, friendly and clean place with a very good location to have access in the hurt of town. I really enjoyed my trip staying with them! The supermarket, the restaurants and everything you need near to the accommodation.

Very hard to communicate with staff in english.

My issue was more with ******* than the property. They assured me it was okay to pay with credit card. Repeatedly. When I arrived it was cash only. When I arrived they had no knowledge of my reservation and said they don’t work with ******* any more and don’t know why they’re still listed. So I didn’t receive the room I booked; I’m lucky they let me stay at all. The listing said breakfast was included. The property said it was not, but they still gave it to us because of the old listing.
My only real issue with the place was that we had to use a bathroom in a hall with a virtually see through door. And there was another guest room in the same hall. But overall, a great visit and kind staff.

Beautiful hotel with a Cleaning and refreshing pool. But staff boat no English Made things difficult in communicating.

I was only for 1 night. The hotel is good, the street around the hotel is not asphalted, location is good.

Beautiful place where to stay. Not fare from city centre,restaurants and shops. Everything that you need is in walking distance. Was greeted by a beautiful lady with a beautiful smile. Made us all feel welcome, and it's not like it was 2 or 3 or us, but all together, it was 15 of us. Rooms clean and spacious with some smaller rooms,but lady at the reception tried her best to swap things around. Beautiful garden and swimming pool.
