This is a very new hotel, clean and tidy with a pleasant environment. The transportation is convenient, the service is friendly, and there's a restaurant downstairs offering a rich breakfast. The only downsides are that the rooms are a bit small and the soundproofing isn't great.

The hotel isn't bad, the problem is the constant noise at night, perhaps due to a battery or something similar.

The room is comfortable, the bathroom products - shampoo, paper, Bathrobe, towels, everything. enough. No sauna, gym, a small room for one person. Breakfast is delicious, there is a choice.

Clean hotel, double room not very big, but clean, electric kettle, but we only had tea bags. a free bottle of water and the mini bar in the room for a fee. The bathroom is a bit small, but clean and with everything you need. In the room they have bath mats, slippers, kits for anything you need. Very good and rich breakfast. About 15 minutes walk from the city center.

We spent here four nights between Christmas and New Year. The hotel is located in the Embassy District and the city centre as well as a lot of museums can be accessed easily by walking. I had a short stay at the Regency Hotel and it was a very pleasant experience. The rooms are big, comfortable, and nicely kept, making it easy to feel at home. Very big rooms, with everything you would need. The hotel is a little bit far from the centre but not too bad, perhaps a 20 minute walk! There is not much around the hotel, always best to walk into the centre and visit the shops and restaurants there. We did not have breakfast so can't comment on that!

One of the very few Hotels located in this part of the Chisinau yet no more than 10 minutes from the center by bus. If you have heavy bags, there is no lift but the helpful staff offered to carry them.

Room price is abnormally high for a hotel where you have to pay €18 per person per day to use the pool.

You get nice rooms for a reasonable price. The location might scare you on the map but in reality it saves you from a lot of traffic jams so you end up with a better connection then the hotels in center. The inside is cozy and stuff is trained properly. Fluent in English and helpful at your needs.

The hotel is 1.3 km from main center (15-20min walking) in a quiet area, close to different embassyes. The rooms are clean and larger than usual. Amazing breakfast! Everything was homemade, unique, delicious and we looked forward to it. Great location, just a 15 min walk from downtown. Helpful staff-even found us converters because we forgot ours. Heater was in the bathroom which we didn't discover till the 2nd night so were a bit cold the first one but overall a great place to stay.

On booking the hotel was presented as 4⭐️. In reality it turned out to be 3.... It's a huge plus that you can take your pet with you 🐕‍🦺. There is no refrigerator in the room; there was a decent amount of leakage from the shower stall to the toilet. We arrived on the weekend, the windows were open and you could hear music from the neighboring restaurant until one in the morning.. Otherwise it was fine...
