The food was really not the best. You could not pick what u wanted for breakfast and had to eat what was served which was always something with tomatoes and cucumbers, so no changes. Our room did not have a Sea view as advertised in the offer, and the A/C is not strong enough for the apartment. The appartment is fully equiped and has comfortable beds. It is very close to the beach and you can have a great walk to Utjeha Plaza for Bars and restaurant.

30 minutes walking distance to the old city. I recommend you choose the 3-room apartment, which has air conditioning in both rooms, comfortable beds, and a balcony with a wonderful bay view for breakfast and dinner.

Great suits with everything we needed, the owner Djuro and his wife are wonderful people, they helped us in everything. The apartments are in the best location in Tivat, 2 minutes from the beach, in front two supermarkets, 10 minutes walk to the center , we had a great stay.

I come to this place regularly, mainly with my other family members. The apartments are in a beautiful, quiet location, a 5-min walk to the beach. We had a good stay even though we didn't stay much. The apartment is clean and has a nice view of the mountains. It is well located (a few minutes from the beach, the bus station or the old town). The apartmani's location was unreal, with a pool and view overlooking Kotor Bay and the mountains! It's a very steep climb to get there, so not optimal for people who have a hard time walking, but very pretty.

Perfect view of kotor The perfect place to stay just out of kotor! It took 20 minutes to walk into town and the balcony has the perfect view of the town! Well presented apartment with all you need to self cater, and the pool was lovely - we had it to ourselves (but we did stay in October!) An excellent hotel in the heart of Kotor Fortress. The atmosphere is atmospheric, and the staff is very friendly. During my three-day stay, I felt like I was in a fairy tale. The streets of the fortress are very lively and fun at night. You can join the crowd, or stay home in the cozy hotel or on the balcony. The thick window frames provide ample protection from outside noise.

Fantastic location, beach view from your apartment, and in the middle of Budva old town Central to everything needed. Only 1 downfall in Montenegro is the traffic. However, there is nothing you can do about that but enjoy the beautiful location.

Griled squids are served with spinach , mixed meat are served with fried potatoes, spaghetti bolognese is served with parmigiana. All portions are so big and filling. Service is fine and everything is delicious and tasteful. If there were a sea view , this restaurant would be perfect.

Well worth it! We booked this apartment because of the balcony views... whilst it was super hot during the afternoon, it was definitely worth it. The location is ideal right next to the lake and only a 20minute walk away from old town. The restaurant next door is delicious - we would have loved to have eaten there more but there were so many options near by! All of the staff were incredibly helpful...

Loved the apartment. Taxis had a hard time finding it just off the main road, but otherwise it was perfect for us. Walkable to town -20 minute walk- and close to water- less than 5 minute walk. Peekaboo view of water and in a complex with loads of families so full of life with kids playing in evenings. Space was great with patio, room darkening blinds, great furniture, washing machine.

We spent a wonderful time in this hotel. We stayed two nights, the room was well equipped and the landlord was really nice. The hotel has a restaurant which is really nice (and not expensive).

Good things: clean room and people who work there, transport to the beach. Bad things: the breakfast was the same every day and not so good, the hotel is located near the street and it was very noisy. The cleaning women worked late at night and in the early morning. Not so good for resting.

This hotel is elegant, comfortable and reasonably priced. We made a last minute reservation here and I’m glad we did. The staff is very friendly, the room is spacious and very clean. In the morning we could eat a very nice breakfast wich was included in the price and the food was fresh. Also the place of the hotel is perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was very comfortable, with a small kitchen and nice bathroom with a big shower. The bed was really comfy and we had a nice terrace. Parking place available at place - a must have in Budva; we were sure that our car is safe and sound there. Also, Wi-Fi was working flawlessly! In general, everything is fine, the sea is close, from the second floor the views are beautiful - the sea, the mountains, all of Budva are in full view. In a minute of walking there is a good dining room, a megastore, a bar, a pizzeria. Of the minuses - very bad internet, speed is close to zero. If you sleep with the windows open, the noise of the condes of the megastore interferes.

Some pros some cons A beautiful former hotel with great architecture and landscaping. Very difficult to find the property and parking without signs. The pool was green and unusable and the property was listed as being on the beach but was actually a ten minute walk the property also boasts a poolside bar, wine tasting room, dining, and a host of nearby attractions that so not exist.

This apart-hotel is wonderful: big rooms, great sea view, swimming-pools and of course - Ranka was the best host ever. You also need to know that this property is far from any stores so to buy food or go to the restaurant you must walk. If you are in a good physical shape, it will take about 20 -30 min. You will have to go down the hill and take a walk along the beach, through three tunnels and again...

Stunning in every way! We felt like we were in paradise! The hotel is gorgeous, built on terraces with the sea all around. Swimming in the private beach was terrific. I liked this place. Everything was good about it. The only thing the sheets haven’t been changed once within 5 days of our stay and also guests don’t follow pool rules, they bring food and glass bottles, making mess and leave it this way, but staff don’t seem to care about it.
