Good things: clean room and people who work there, transport to the beach.
Bad things: the breakfast was the same every day and not so good, the hotel is located near the street and it was very noisy. The cleaning women worked late at night and in the early morning. Not so good for resting.
This hotel is elegant, comfortable and reasonably priced.
We made a last minute reservation here and I’m glad we did. The staff is very friendly, the room is spacious and very clean.
In the morning we could eat a very nice breakfast wich was included in the price and the food was fresh.
Also the place of the hotel is perfect.
Would definitely stay here again.

Some pros some cons
A beautiful former hotel with great architecture and landscaping. Very difficult to find the property and parking without signs. The pool was green and unusable and the property was listed as being on the beach but was actually a ten minute walk the property also boasts a poolside bar, wine tasting room, dining, and a host of nearby attractions that so not exist.
This apart-hotel is wonderful: big rooms, great sea view, swimming-pools and of course - Ranka was the best host ever. You also need to know that this property is far from any stores so to buy food or go to the restaurant you must walk. If you are in a good physical shape, it will take about 20 -30 min. You will have to go down the hill and take a walk along the beach, through three tunnels and again...

Stunning in every way! We felt like we were in paradise! The hotel is gorgeous, built on terraces with the sea all around. Swimming in the private beach was terrific. We are 3 dinners at the restaurant and we’re very satisfied with the quality, not to mention the ambiance. The staff was professional in every interaction we had. We stayed 5 nights and didn’t want to leave!

Amazing accommodation! The bed was very comfortable, the service was very friendly , we had a balcony with a beautiful view. It close to the beach and it was quite (we were in the middle of May). The cleaning service was spotless. Small supermarket is just downstairs, very convenient. We will definitely come back!

I liked this place. Everything was good about it. The only thing the sheets haven’t been changed once within 5 days of our stay and also guests don’t follow pool rules, they bring food and glass bottles, making mess and leave it this way, but staff don’t seem to care about it.

Stayed for almost 3 weeks. They were very satisfied. The location is convenient. Very close to a supermarket, to the sea (Central beach) 7-10 minutes at a leisurely pace, to the beach Lucice 15 minutes leisurely.
The room is spacious, simply decorated, but has everything you need, a full set of dishes, including a Turk and a citrus juicer.
Cleaning is daily, towels are changed every other day, bed...

The place was nice staying at, the view is beautiful and not far from everything. The only thing I didn’t like was the cleaning of the rooms, they don’t like them and no new towels.
It is close to the old city but climbing the hill is very bad, that's why we did not like the location, even the taxi left us on the hill, it was difficult to walk up the hill to get to the old city, and unfortunately the cleaning was not enough.
The location is very good but unfortunately the rooms are not as they appear in the photos and open onto a common terrace and therefore it is very difficult to ventilate the rooms, it is dark and the rooms are not clean.
Pros: Vila is in a convenient location, close to the old town. Relatively inexpensive.
Cons: the room is damp. The plaster is falling off. The mattress needs to be changed, you can feel the springs, and the old refrigerator hums very loudly.

It's good in a few days. The location is not bad there is to the old town not to lie 15 min to the beach also if you go to Mogren and 20 min. It is nice that it has an underground garage. It is clean but requires inventory renewal because the ravages of time have taken their toll.

We came to Kotor based on our friends' recommendation. We paid €45 for 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella for 3 people. The sea is beautiful, but the beach is filled with small pebbles. The pebbles aren’t too uncomfortable, but the turquoise color seen in photos isn’t real. We ordered pizza and risotto, and both were very delicious. The cocktails were average. In total, we paid €145.

Every thing was lovely. Jovan and his family are very nice. I got a sea view room. It was wery clean and tidy. We use the pool every day. Jovan told me that Septembar is the best month to visit Sveti Stefan.

I like to give 10 stars for Deus. The hosts are good and friendly.
Deus in on great location there, beach is in front of property. The rooms are good, clean and with great balcony, and they are changing towels every day. Deus has a good and safe parking for their guests.
For the price it is OK, not the cheapest, not the most expensive but you get the best for your money.
The restaurant is one of the best here. Very fast and efficient service. The food is delicious. I would recommend to everyone.
Every time I come here, they never disappoint me.
The rooms are clean and really good, hospitable staff and fine quality food. Recommendation for anyone who wants to truly enjoy their vacation!
