Amazing!!! The apartments are adorable, looking straight out onto the terrace and bay of Kotor. Just a stroll along the sea front takes to cafe's and bars and the beautiful Budva old town, The hosts are so helpful, I unfortunately hurt my back during my stay, and they were so amazing, arranging for a taxi to take me to the doctors, and for him to stay with me throughout. I could not fault the place...

The location is good and the views spectacular .I can only comment on the room we stayed in which was studio.The bed was comfortable but propped up with bricks and a piece of timber. The shower is in a deep bath with no curtain which any splashes on to the floor go into a drain off .You have to mop floor afterwards which leaves it slippy and dangerous..Had to ask for fresh towels after third day .Overall...

This accommodation is close to the water with a very nice pool. It's around 2 km from the city centre, the trip will cost you anywhere between 2euros or 10 euros depending on how dodgy the taxi driver is :) . Please note they only accept cash and would suggest parking on the back street close to the water as is easier to get to

Beautiful spot overlooking the bay

Swimming pool with an amazing view!! Next to that the rooms where decent with everything you could need. Only the bed was an sleeping couch that was very uncomfortable. So probably better to avoid the most basic room. The rest was perfect! Kotor is a 15 minute walk away.

Very nice apartment that has everything you need and everything you can imagine. Half a minute from the beach. The view from the terrace is unreal, the hosts are very kind. We are definitely coming back here next summer.

This family is going to make you feel welcomed and at home, the minute you arrive! The property is run by a father and two sons, with a high degree of hospitality and attention to detail! We can’t recommend the property high enough, and would stay with them again without hesitation!

We felt at home during our stay. The host was incredibly warm and friendly, always giving us helpful tips about what to do in the area. The breakfasts were amazing. Working on the balcony with a sea view was such a pleasure. It’s a very peaceful and relaxing place. Highly recommended!

A nice hotel (price vs quality) with friendly people. Parking space availabe and close to the beach. Rooms are OK, they are renovating the rooms step by step. Only the bed was teryfing for my back and I am not too old.

Quick and easy deal, the apartments are right on the seafront and everything is close by, and the view from the terrace is beautiful. Maybe people with children will have a problem with it, only that there are a lot of stairs, but all recommendations

Great hostel! We were only there for one night but our room was really nice, decently-sized locker, and the member of staff who welcomed us in was amazing, such a great, helpful guy! The shower wasn't too good but really a good place.

Miro was fantastic. We had a plane to catch early the next morning so he drove us himself. He recommended some authentic restaurants to us for our only night there. The hostel was clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend!

Spacious rooms, great location, stuff is very polite, breakfast is ok. What we didn’t like is that hotel is a bit neglected. For example in the rooms not all lights are working, carpet is with stains, small items in room that can easily be fixed are broken..

We spent a week at this hotel during one of the hottest weeks of the summer so far. The place was spotless, our room was a great size with much needed air con, the staff couldn't do enough for us and were so friendly, the location was great, beautiful views from the roof, decent food on offer. This small establishment offers an excellent but reasonably priced alternative to the more costly places on the beach. The apartments are excellently equipped, everything is new, rooms, furniture, appliances, air-conditioned, with a view of the sea, 50 m from the beach, the price of the apartment is moderate. In one word, excellent.

I recommend it 100%! A great place, both for rest and as a base for exploring Montenegro. Cozy rooms with a beautiful sea view, tasty breakfasts and very helpful people. I recommend taking advantage of hotel tours, thanks to which you can reach many interesting places and learn a lot of interesting facts about the country.

Modest but comfortable apartment. Cramped, but the rooms have everything you need. To the sea to go no more than 10 minutes, and this is the main plus. From our room we could see similar apartments standing nearby and a piece of mountains.

+ - Shop nearby - near the cafe - The room is comfortable, clean, it can be seen that the renovation was done - There was a mini kitchen, a balcony - TV, hair dryer, plenty of dishes - Friendly staff - - For 7 days they never cleaned - Towels never changed - Toiletries never brought

I am very satisfied with the accommodation and the friendliness of the staff, so I will surely return to the same apartment next year.
