This is no way a 4 star hotel. 2 at the most. The hotel reception staff have no people skills, no smiles or welcome of any kind. Bar staff really rude. Why are they so unfriendly. The food well if there were no labels you would not know what you were eating and all of it was cold. There is a microwave but in the whole week I was there it was not cleaned. There is a annexe to this hotel you can eat there strongly advise this the food was hot and restaurant area was clean.
There is only 1 toilet in the communal areas in this hotel so you have a treak back to your room. Seaview rooms excellent. Water for shower always hot. These are the only 2 things that are good. Would Not recommend.

Hotel position is very good facing the sea. Rooms comfortable although balcony doors need maintenance as Excremly difficult to open Food ‘beige ‘ repeating same menu each week.as with most european food just warm, never hot. Just along the promanard the friendliest cafe with wonderful food , you must visit them.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff are very friendly, the food is delicious, and it’s just a 3-minute walk from the beach. A great place to stay.🙃

The hotel is right on the beach, which is amazing, and the staff are really polite and helpful. The food is decent and gets the job done. That said, the hotel is a bit old and not very well maintained. The rooms are tiny, the furniture is worn, and the bathroom could be cleaner. It’s a decent spot if you mainly want to enjoy the beach and don’t mind the basic rooms.
The hotel has spa and conference facilities.

Just returned today from a week at this hotel. We had a really great holiday. We went with SAGA and our rep was Dragon he was absolutely brilliant. My only criticism was the food could have been a bit better but for the price for a week I am certainly not complaining. Overall a brilliant holiday

We had a memorable stay at the Palace Lux & we are enormously grateful to all the staff who made us so welcome and comfortable. Special thanks to Toma, Ranko, Ana, Larissa, Jovan & Pavle who went out of their way to make the holidays special. The hotel is beautiful, new and well-maintained. If we had some requests those were immediately responded to🙏. The kids loved the pool too and the food was very good. The hotel had the best location; right on the beach 🏖️ that is clean and super clear water 😎It is so picturesque, the whole little town of Petrovac and ideal for families as well as couples. We will be back next year ❤️Thank you 🙏

One star less because of the mess they made with sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool. It is a shame for such a good hotel that we have to literally fight for them in the morning. Every year less and less, just buy 50 more it will be a great solution. I am talking on behalf of most of the guests and as someone who has been to this hotel numerous times since it’s opened in the eighties (as someone whose father is from Petrovac). The minor stuff I will not mention (but in my humble it needs a bit of redecoration). Now to the good stuff. All other things are more or less perfect. The stuff is excellent, polite. Food is great and the prices in the bar by the pool are really reasonable. Rooms are good, it was quiet and great holiday, apart from that issue. I really hope that someone from the management will read it and correct it.

Beautiful and relaxing stay. Hotel staff was so frendly and helpfull. Clean rooms and good meal options. Really loved our stay here. I would totaly recomend it to everyone: single persons, families and older people. It is a perfect place to spend your vacation.

Currently staying at the hotel. Beautiful calm mornings with sea view watching birds flying in over the sea. Excelent and helpfull staff. Clean rooms and tasty meals. Staying with 2 children. Its great to have both indor and outdor pools and wellness. Hotel beach is beautiful
