A truly horrendous hotel stay! The worst I have ever had.

The property is not as described on your website. There are numerous issues that make this stay unsafe and unacceptable for a hotel advertised as 4 stars.

When we arrived, there was no one at reception, and we waited in the lobby for about 20 minutes before someone arrived to check us in. They had not even been in the building and only came because another guest arrived too and then found a phone number to call. The man was not in uniform, and communicated only via a translation app. He mentioned that their booking system was not working and initially had no record of our reservation. Another person, who didn’t appear to work at the hotel, was sent to check our room and then handed the key back through him. Who was he and why was he in there??

The property appeared largely unmanned for the majority of our stay which was thankfully only 3 nights, with only two people running the entire hotel, and there seemed to be no other guests. There is also a sign on the front glass door stating “business suspended,” which is concerning.

The facilities are not as advertised:
• The swimming pool is drained and not available for use
• In the room the main lights, the fridge, and several plug sockets didn’t work.
• Electrical outlets were loose and had exposed wires
• No toilet roll, no duvet, no shampoo, conditioner or hand soap and a dirty bathroom.
• The air conditioning blew hot air only, making it impossible to sleep comfortably
- we basically got locked out on the last night because we got back late and the front sliding doors were locked and there was no one in reception to let us know. We only managed to get in because we prised open the sliding doors and closed them behind us.

Given the false advertising, unsafe conditions, and lack of proper management, I advise anyone looking to book here to stay well away!

Believe me when i say, the worst experience i ever had in a hotel, and ive been to 25 countries. Thats all im gonna say. WORST HOTEL EVER!

Very unpleasant experience. We booked a sea-view room through Booking. We arrived at 4:00 PM and were told the room wasn’t cleaned yet, so we had to wait. On top of that, we were told that the available room was not the one we had booked, but one on the other side of the hotel with no view. The parking we were given was literally a small overgrown hill – they clearly don’t have enough parking spaces for guests.
Even though two mistakes were made regarding our booking, no discount was offered. Instead, they suggested we stay in one room for two nights and then move to the room we had originally booked for the remaining four nights. They made no real effort to resolve the situation, so we cancelled and had to look for alternative accommodation.

After a 10-hour journey, they couldn’t even have the room ready for our arrival. Additionally, the entrance area was very messy with random items scattered around. The pool was ugly. Awful experience!

Think very carefully before booking this hotel definitely not 4* more like 2* it’s nothing like the advertised photos and surrounded by derelict buildings which is not their fault. Our room and bedding were clean and we had hot water but all was very dated. Pool area and grounds are very unkept and riddled with mosquitoes we were badly bitten after sitting around the pool for only half an hour. The worst experience during the week was when our room was broken into and electrical goods stolen. We were aware of two other rooms also broken into the same day. Management were very lax to respond and only dealt with the situation after we repeatedly kept on at them for 2 days. If staying at this hotel ensure all valuables are locked in the safe.

Disappointing stay...even it was two nights only, managed to ruin it. To be honest, rooms were clean but...
First night..no hit water...wbeh we asked what is issue...surprisingly it seems that it is not normal that "all guests are taking shower approximately at same time (7 PM seems unusal for auch activity?)
Elevator...you can get to 3td floor but nit from it cause there is no button to call elevator
Than second night, no lights on staircase, which you have to use cause you can not use elevator...almost broke legs
Lady of the house as unfirendly as one can be

All in all..never again
