We liked the cleanliness of the apartment, the comfortable bed and the well functioning air-conditioning. Shops and restaurant were just 100 m away. Everything else also within walking distance. Petrovac is a nice little town.

Location is very good, 5 min walk from both of the beaches. Situated in a qiuet part of a city, there is no outside noise whatsoever. Staff was very friendly, and the cleanliness was certainly above average.

I am totaly dissapointed as apatrments that we booked was totally different from the appartments we are living now. As we realized, there are a few Gregovic appartments in Petrovac and to attract people they show the best one. Villa Gregovic we are living in is not even found in google, just nice Gregovic family apartnents we belived we will stay during our vacation.
Plumbing is outdated, dirtyand dark room, dirty towels.

In a great place both beaches for 5 minutes.

I do not understand why this set two stars. Last year he lived in three stars. It's much more comfortable here. Cozy. Wooden furniture. Not to be confused with chipboard - it is WOOD. Little cozy studio. There is everything: a stove, dishes, an iron, a working air conditioner ... A TV with a quiet sound. But I'm not here came to watch telly.

Friendly hosts, excellent location - to the beloved Lučice beach within reach. There is a parking space, which we were extremely happy about. Thank you very much!

Were here with my wife in August 2018, really everything is decent, cleanliness, order, a quiet place. Suitable for holidays with children. The big minus is the eviction at 10 am. But we had a shuttle at 19, left the things with the owners and had to hang out in the sun, which was very tiring. Even they didn’t let them go to the toilet, we didn’t immediately become interested in them, although in other apartments there was a rest room for those leaving who were equipped with air conditioning, a shower, a toilet and lounge chairs. So, when selecting apartments, immediately find out if such a room is available, otherwise you can spoil the end of the rest.
