I visited Montenegro in June 2023. The country is wonderful, truly captivating with its beauty, cleanliness, and gentle charm! We stayed at Pod Lozom apartments in Petrovac. The accommodation is budget-friendly and simple, yet perfectly located between two beaches – the city beach and Lučice beach. It's incredibly convenient: the 'Voli' supermarket is just a few steps away, a bazaar is a 5-minute walk, and Diki pastry shop is 10 minutes away. Our room was simple but clean, equipped with internet, a kettle, a fridge, and consistent hot water. The apartments also have a restaurant where you can order individual dishes or full meals; the food is delicious. Prices here are slightly lower than at restaurants in the town center and along the promenade. On the downside, the rooms are compact, and the beds are quite small. If you're taller than 165 cm, sleeping might be problematic. As I'm not particularly tall, it was just enough for me (though this was specific to the room I occupied). Overall, for a budget-friendly vacation, it's an ideal spot. P.S. Be aware when booking: the apartments offer both rooms with kitchens and standard hotel rooms.
